These machines are assemblable and are normally composed of a number of printing stations which coincides with the number of colours with which the cardboard sheets are to be decorated; once the number of printing stations has been set up, the machines are normally completed by an infeed station 5, which is located at the start of the machine and inserts the sheets therein, and a cutting station 6, which is located at the end of the machine and performs the die-cutting of the printed sheets.

The result cannot be achieved with the known machines as, very often, the surfaces of the sheets to be completely coloured or waterproofed are those not destined to be printed on with words or decorations.

Claims (7)
- Machine d'impression sur feuilles de carton rigides (1), comprenant une pluralité de stations d'impression (2) étant alignées les unes à côté des autres de sorte à définir une trajectoire rectiligne (3) le long de laquelle les feuilles de carton (1) à imprimer glissent, chacune des stations d'impression (2) comprenant à son tour :une portion de trajectoire pour les feuilles de carton (1) ; un groupe d'impression (2a) servant à imprimer sur une face des feuilles (1) ; un groupe de blocage (2b) pour les feuilles (1), disposé sur un coté opposé du groupe d'impression par rapport à la trajectoire des feuilles (1) ;le groupe d'impression (2a) de chacune desdites stations d'impression (2) étant réalisé avec un rouleau flexographique et le groupe de blocage (2b) de chacune desdites stations d'impression (2) étant pneumatique et étant réalisé par un plan pourvu de nombreux orifices à travers lesquels l'air est aspiré afin de créer, lorsque une feuille de carton (1) transite, une dépression entre les orifices et la feuille de carton (1) qui permet à la feuille de carton (1) d'être bloquée, avec des mouvements de relèvement et latéraux de la feuille de carton (1) bloqués par rapport à un sens de progression de la feuille de carton (1),caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des stations d'impression est une station inversée (2i) dans laquelle le groupe d'impression (2ia) et le groupe de blocage (2ib) sont disposés sur des côtés opposés, par rapport à la trajectoire rectiligne, des groupes d'impression (2a) et des groupes de blocage (2b) des stations d'impression (2) restantes de la machine, et un produit d'étanchéité pour couvrir toute la face de la feuille de carton (1) étant utilisé dans au moins une phase d'impression effectuée dans la station inversée (2i).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que : les groupes de blocage (2ib) des stations inversées (2i) définissent un plan de blocage étant parallèle à un plan de blocage défini par les groupes de blocage (2b) des stations d'impression (2) restantes ; les deux plans de blocage étant disposés à une distance réciproque dont la distance est presque équivalente à l'épaisseur d'une feuille de carton (1) étant traitée.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une des stations inversées (2i) qui est placée, en référence au sens de progression des feuilles de carton (1), avant les stations d'impression (2a) restantes.
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une station de séchage (4) est positionnée après la station inversée (2i).
- Procédé d'impression sur feuilles de carton rigides, comprenant une phase d'introduction de feuilles de carton rigides (1) sur une trajectoire rectiligne le long de laquelle une pluralité de stations (2) sont placées, chacune des stations effectuant une phase d'impression d'une face des feuilles (1) et une phase de blocage des feuilles (1) sur ladite face qui n'est pas destinée à être imprimée, chacune desdites stations (2) possédant un groupe d'impression (2a) qui est réalisé avec un rouleau flexographique et un groupe de blocage (2b) qui est pneumatique et qui est réalisé par un plan pourvu de nombreux orifices à travers lesquels l'air est aspiré afin de créer, lorsque la feuille de carton (1) transite, une dépression entre les orifices et la feuille de carton (1) qui permet à la feuille de carton (1) d'être bloquée, avec des mouvements de relèvement et latéraux de la feuille de carton (1) bloqués par rapport à un sens de progression de la feuille de carton (1),
caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une station inversée, où la phase d'impression et la phase de blocage sont effectuées sur une face de la feuille opposée à sa face sur laquelle la phase d'impression et la phase de blocage sont effectuées dans les autres stations,
et un produit d'étanchéité pour couvrir toute la face de la feuille de carton (1) étant utilisé dans au moins une phase d'impression effectuée dans la station inversée (2i). - Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une phase de séchage suit la phase d'impression et la phase de blocage effectuées dans la station inversée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la phase d'impression et la phase de blocage de la station inversée sont effectuées une fois seulement et avant les phases d'impression et les phases de blocage effectuées dans les stations restantes.
