Claims (12)
- Boîte de distribution (4) ou collectrice (4') pour un refroidisseur à plaques traversé de haut en bas par un liquide, la boîte (4, 4') pouvant être fixée aux extrémités d'un ensemble parallélépipédique constitué de corps de plaque espacés (1) du refroidisseur, lesquels renferment des canaux de liquide verticaux (2) et des canaux d'air (3) disposés entre ceux-ci, et la boîte (4 ; 4') étant réalisée sous forme de profilé extrudé creux en aluminium fermé à ses deux extrémités et comprenant un canal de liquide horizontal (5) ainsi qu'au moins une ouverture (7) qui mène jusqu'à une conduite d'amenée s'éloignant ou jusqu'à une conduite d'évacuation s'éloignant, et la boîte (4 ; 4') comprenant des rainures de guidage (6) ouvertes vers l'extérieur et en forme de T en section transversale pour installer des éléments de raccordement de refroidisseur, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'ouverture (7) se raccorde sélectivement respectivement l'un parmi différents éléments de raccordement se présentant sous la forme d'une plaque de fermeture (16) ou d'une pièce adaptatrice (8 ; 19) comportant une ouverture horizontale (9) dans l'alignement de l'ouverture horizontale (7) et une ouverture de raccordement (11) pour la conduite d'amenée ou la conduite d'évacuation s'éloignant, la plaque de fermeture (16) ou la pièce adaptatrice (8 ; 19) étant fixée à la boîte (4 ; 4') au moyen de vis (14) qui viennent en prise par le haut ou par le bas dans des écrous (13) disposés dans les rainures de guidage (6).
- Refroidisseur à plaques pour liquides, en particulier pour de l'huile hydraulique, comprenant un ensemble parallélépipédique constitué de corps de plaque espacés (1), lesquels renferment des canaux de liquide verticaux (2) et des canaux d'air (3) disposés entre ceux-ci, caractérisé en ce que les canaux de liquide (2) sont, à leurs extrémités, en liaison avec une boîte de distribution (4), selon la revendication 1, disposée au niveau de leur limite supérieure et avec une boîte collectrice (4'), selon la revendication 1, disposée au niveau de leur limite inférieure.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de raccordement (11) de la pièce adaptatrice (8 ; 19) est disposée verticalement.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les rainures de guidage (6) s'étendent sur toute la longueur de la boîte respective (4, 4').
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les rainures de guidage (6) sur le côté supérieur ou le côté inférieur de la boîte (4, 4') sont disposées au niveau de leurs bords, les vis (14) retenant la pièce adaptatrice (8 ; 19) ou la plaque de fermeture (16) venant en prise par le haut ou par le bas dans des écrous (13) disposés dans les rainures de guidage (6).
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce adaptatrice (8) et la plaque de fermeture (16) comprennent des alésages verticaux (15) pour les vis de fixation (14) .
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que différentes pièces adaptatrices (8 ; 19) dotées de différentes ouvertures de raccordement (11) orientées dans la direction souhaitée peuvent être utilisées sélectivement.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les corps de plaques (1) sont réalisés sous forme de profilés extrudés en aluminium.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la boîte de distribution (4) et la boîte collectrice (4') sont réalisées de manière symétrique et sont en alignement latéralement aux deux extrémités avec l'ensemble de corps de plaque (1).
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les pièces adaptatrices (8 ; 19) sont réalisées sous forme de profilés extrudés en aluminium et comprennent un canal de liquide vertical (10) qui se raccorde à l'ouverture horizontale (7) de la boîte respective (4, 4'), ainsi qu'un canal de liquide horizontal (11) se raccordant au canal de liquide vertical (10), lequel canal de liquide horizontal se raccorde à l'ouverture de raccordement de préférence verticale pour une conduite s'éloignant.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les pièces adaptatrices (8) comprennent des rainures (12) ouvertes latéralement vers l'extérieur et en forme de T en section transversale pour installer d'autres éléments de raccordement pour les conduites ou tubes s'éloignant.
- Refroidisseur à plaques selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que d'autres éléments de raccordement sous forme de pieds (20) servant à la fixation du refroidisseur peuvent être fixés aux rainures de guidage (6) de la boîte collectrice (4').
