Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif anti-contrefaçon multicouche comprenant de manière consécutive :
    - une couche de support (1) ;
    - une couche (a) de laque de libération permettant de détacher les couches suivantes ;
    - une couche anti-rayures (b) constituée de laques résistant aux rayures ;
    - une couche résistante (c) constituée de laques résistant aux attaques chimiques ;
    - une couche (d) constituée d'une laque de gaufrage et dotée de zones diffractives holographiques ou non holographiques gravées ;
    - une couche réfléchissante métallisée (e) ;
    - au moins une couche (f) dotée d'impressions enregistrées ;
    - au moins une couche barrière (g) constituée de laques résistantes ;
    - une couche adhésive (h) ; et
    - une sous-couche (2) pour l'application dudit dispositif anti-contrefaçon ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - la couche de laque de gaufrage (d) fournit des zones diffractives holographiques ou non holographiques qui alternent avec des zones non diffractives ;
    - ladite couche réfléchissante métallisée sous-jacente (e) est seulement prévue en dessous desdites zones diffractives et en correspondance avec celles-ci ;
    - la au moins une couche (f) dotée d'impressions enregistrées est seulement agencée en correspondance avec les zones non diffractives et contigües à la zone réfléchissante métallisée (e) qui est seulement prévue en correspondance avec lesdites zones diffractives ;
    - une fenêtre, à savoir une zone sans zone réfléchissante métallisée (e) à travers laquelle les impressions sous-jacentes situées seulement entre lesdites zones diffractives holographiques ou non holographiques, sont visibles en transparence ;
    - ladite au moins une couche barrière (g) placée au-dessus de ladite couche adhésive (h) étant située en dessous desdites couches réfléchissantes (e) et alignées avec celles-ci.
  2. Dispositif anti-contrefaçon multicouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone (f), concernée par les impressions enregistrées, porte des impressions réalisées au moyen de pigments et colorants normalement visibles, d'encres visibles sous une lumière ultra-violette et/ou infrarouge, de pigments thermochromiques, de pigments photochromiques et de pigments variables ou non variables optiquement et iridescents.
  3. Dispositif anti-contrefaçon multicouche selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche réfléchissante métallisée (e) est transparente ou semi-transparente, et une autre couche (e') est insérée entre celle-ci et la couche barrière (g) de façon à couvrir en partie ou en totalité la zone holographique portant les graphismes imprimés de telle sorte qu'ils soient visibles à travers la couche métallisée transparente ou semi-transparente (e).
  4. Dispositif anti-contrefaçon multicouche selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de laque de gaufrage (d) est appliquée d'une façon continue.
  5. Dispositif anti-contrefaçon multicouche selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de laque de gaufrage (d) est appliquée d'une façon discontinue et localisée, et les zones (f), qui portent des impressions enregistrées, disposées parmi les couches réfléchissantes métallisées (e) et seulement localisées en non correspondance avec les zones holographiques ou non holographiques diffractives, s'étendent dans les espaces discontinus exempts de laque de gaufrage.
  6. Support de sécurité protégé par un dispositif anti-contrefaçon selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5.
