Claims (6)

  1. Mehrlagige fälschungssichere Vorrichtung, umfassend aufeinanderfolgend:
    - eine Trägerlage (1);
    - eine Lage (a) eines Trennlacks, welcher das Lösen der nachfolgenden Lagen gestattet;
    - eine kratzfeste Lage (b), welche aus kratzfesten Lacken hergestellt ist;
    - eine widerstandsfähige Lage (c), welche aus chemischen Angriffen widerstehenden Lacken hergestellt ist;
    - eine Lage (d), welche aus einem Prägelack hergestellt ist und mit eingeprägten holografischen oder nicht-holografischen brechenden Bereichen bereitgestellt ist;
    - eine metallisierte reflektierende Lage (e);
    - wenigstens eine Lage (f), welche mit registrierten Abdrucken bereitgestellt ist;
    - wenigstens eine Barrierelage (g), welche aus widerstandsfähigen Lacken hergestellt ist;
    - eine Kleberlage (h); und
    - eine Teillage (2) für die Aufbringung der fälschungssicheren Vorrichtung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Prägelacklage (d) holografische oder nicht-holografische brechende Bereiche bereitstellt, welche sich mit nicht brechenden Bereichen abwechseln;
    - die darunter liegende metallisierte reflektierende Lage (e) nur unter und in Zuordnung zu den brechenden Bereichen bereitgestellt ist;
    - die wenigstens eine Lage (f), welche mit registrierten Abdrucken bereitgestellt ist, nur in Zuordnung zu den nicht brechenden Bereichen angeordnet ist und an den metallisierten reflektierenden Bereich (e) angrenzt, welcher nur in Zuordnung zu den brechenden Bereichen bereitgestellt ist;
    - ein Fenster, d.h. ein Bereich ohne den metallisierten reflektierenden Bereich (e), durch welchen die darunter liegenden Abdrucke, welche nur zwischen den holografischen oder nicht-holografischen brechenden Bereichen lokalisiert sind, transparent sichtbar sind;
    - die wenigstens eine Barrierelage (g), welche über der Kleberlage (h) angeordnet ist, sich unter den reflektierenden Lagen (e) befindet und an diesen ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Mehrlagige fälschungssichere Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der für die registrierten Abdrucke interessante Bereich (f) Abdrucke aufweist, welche mittels im Normalfall sichtbaren Pigmenten und Farbstoffen, unter UV oder/und Infrarot-Licht sichtbaren Tinten, Thermochrompigmenten, Photochrompigmenten, irisierenden und optisch variablen oder nicht variablen Pigmenten hergestellt sind.
  3. Mehrlagige fälschungssichere Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallisierte reflektierende Lage (e) transparent oder semi-transparent ist und, dass zwischen ihr und der Barrierelage (g) eine weitere Lage (e') angeordnet ist, um teilweise oder gänzlich den holografischen Bereich abzudecken, welcher die gedruckten Graphismen aufweist, so dass sie durch die transparente oder semi-transparente metallisierte Lage (e) sichtbar sind.
  4. Mehrlagige fälschungssichere Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägelacklage (d) auf kontinuierliche Weise aufgetragen ist.
  5. Mehrlagige fälschungssichere Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägelacklage (d) auf diskontinuierliche und lokalisierte Weise aufgetragen ist und sich die Bereiche (f), welche registrierte Abdrucke aufweisen, welche zwischen den metallisierten reflektierenden Lagen (e) angeordnet sind und nur nicht in Zuordnung zu brechenden holografischen oder nicht-holografischen Bereichen positioniert sind, in die diskontinuierlichen Bereiche erstrecken, welche frei von Prägelack sind.
  6. Sicherheitsträger, welcher durch eine fälschungssichere Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 geschützt ist.
