Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Schalter mit einem Grundkörper, der eine Aufnahme aufweist, ausgeführt ist. Zudem weist die Schnappscheibe einen gewölbten Bereich, der oberhalb der ersten Kontaktfläche liegt und mindestens drei Auflageelemente auf, wobei mindestens ein Auflageelement die zweite Kontaktfläche kontaktiert, wobei über eine Betätigung der Schnappscheibe der gewölbte Bereich sich elastisch verformt, so dass eine elektrische Verbindung der beiden Kontaktflächen erzielbar ist und somit ein Schaltsignal erzeugbar ist. Erfindungswesentlich ist hierbei, dass die zweite Kontaktfläche, die einen Abstand zur ersten Kontaktfläche aufweist, zumindest bereichsweise um die erste Kontaktfläche sich derart erstreckt, dass in jeder Position der Schnappscheibe zumindest ein Auflageelement die zweite Kontaktfläche berührt. Ein besonderer Vorteil dieser Erfindung ist, dass die Schnappscheibe lediglich in die Aufnahme des Grundkörpers eingebracht werden muss, ohne dass die Notwendigkeit besteht die Schnappscheibe innerhalb der Aufnahme entsprechend ihrer Position auszurichten, da durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der ersten und der zweiten Kontaktfläche sichergestellt ist, dass die Schnappscheibe zumindest mit einem Auflageelement die zweite Kontaktfläche stets berührt. Eine Nachjustierung der Schnappscheibe innerhalb der Aufnahme ist somit nicht mehr notwendig, wodurch der Herstellungsaufwand eines Schalters wesentlich vereinfacht werden kann.According to the invention it is provided that the switch is designed with a base body having a receptacle. Claims (16)
- A switch for a door, a flap or a door handle of a motor vehicle, with a basic body (10), comprising a support (11),
a first (31) and a second contact surface (32) provided in the support (11),
a snap dome (40), which is arranged in the support (11) and has a domed region (41), which is located above the first contact surface (31), and comprises at least three support elements (42), wherein at least one support element (42) contacts the second contact surface (32), wherein by way of actuating the snap dome (40) the domed region (41) elastically deforms so that an electrical connection of the two contact surfaces (31, 32) is achievable and thus a switching signal is generatable, characterized in that
the second contact surface (32), which is spaced from the first contact surface (31), extends at least in regions around the first contact surface (31) within the support (11) in such a manner that in each position of the snap dome (40) within the support (11), which is possible for the snap dome (40) upon introducing the snap dome (40) into the support (11) during the production of the switch, at least one support element (42) touches the second contact surface (32) so that a readjustment of the snap dome (40) within the support (11) is no longer necessary. - The switch according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support (11) is configured circular, oval, square, rectangular or triangular.
- The switch according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first contact surface (31) is arranged in the centre of the support (11) and/or the second contact surface (32) extends along the edge region of the support (11).
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the snap dome (40) comprises n support elements (42), wherein each support element (11) is orientated at an angle α=(360/n)° to the neighbouring support element (11), wherein in particular the second contact surface (32) extends on a circular path wherein the length of the second contact surface (32) is L > arc (α)x r, wherein r is the radius of the circular path.
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second contact surface (32) is composed of individual contact surfaces that are spaced from one another and/or in that the first (31) and the second contact surfaces (32) are made of metal, in particular that the first (31) and the second contact surfaces (32) have a gold coating.
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support (11) has an obliquely running wall region (12), which tapers in the direction of the snap dome (40).
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a lid (20) of plastic, which is fastened on the basic body (10), sealingly closes the support (11), wherein in particular the lid (20) is fastened in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting and/or materially joined manner, and/or in that the basic body (10) comprises engagement elements (13), which project into mating engagement elements (21) of the lid (20).
- The switch according to Claims 7, characterized in that the lid (20) comprises a foot element (22), which projects into the support (11) and contacts the support elements (42), as a result of which a reliable fixing of the snap dome (40) is achievable, wherein in particular the foot element (22) runs circumferentially, in particular that the foot element (22) is configured annular.
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lid (20) comprises a seal (23), which comprises a first (23.1) and a second sealing region (23.2), wherein the first sealing region (23.1) is a radial seal and the second sealing region (23.2) is an axial seal, wherein in particular in a cross-sectional view of the lid (20) the seal (23) is L-shaped.
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support (11) is embraced by a collar element (14) of the basic body (10), wherein the lid (20) is supported on the collar element (14), wherein in particular the seal (23) contacts the collar element (14).
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lid (20) is a two-component plastic part, wherein a first region (24) of the plastic part is produced from a first plastic and a second region (25) of the plastic part is produced from a second plastic, wherein the first plastic is softer than the second plastic, wherein in particular the first region (24) of the lid (20) is embodied with an internal contact element (26), which extends in the direction of the domed region (42) of the snap dome (40).
- The switch according to Claim 11, characterized in that the second region (25) of the lid (20) embraces the first region (24) of the lid (20), wherein the second region (25) of the lid (20) is fastened on the basic body (10).
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the domed region (41) of the snap dome (40) and the support elements (42) have a coating, in particular the coating consists at least of Au and/or Ni and/or Ag and/or Sn.
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mating engagement element (21) of the lid (20) is embodied with an engagement hook (21.1), which is held in the engagement element (13) of the basic body (10), wherein the engagement element (13) of the basic body (10) is embodied as opening and/or in that the second region (25) of the lid (20) comprises at least one mating engagement element (21).
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second region (25) of the lid (20) has an edge (25.1) on the lower side (27) of the lid (20), wherein the edge (25.1) comprises a seal (28), which is embodied from the first plastic, wherein in particular the first region (24) is material-uniformly connected to the seal (28).
- The switch according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first (31) and the second contact surface (32) each is a part of a first (31A) and a second contact element (32A), wherein the first (31A) and the second contact element (32A) extend out of the support (11) and/or the first region (24) and the second region (25) have a common contact surface (24.2, 25.2), which is embodied in particular step-like and/or stair-like.
