Abstract

Such a control (10) firstly has a control housing (11) with a control rocker switch (21) which is mounted on the control housing in such a way that it can be rocked and at least two electrical wires in the interior of the housing, which protrude from the control housing (11) and are attached to an electrical drive of one lock. An electrical switch which in turn has a switch housing with a ductile snap disc (40), which interacts with at least two rest contacts as articulated contact when a switch actuator deforms the snap disc, is normally a part of this control. The rest contacts are connected to the wires in the control housing (11). In order to manufacture an economical and space-saving device, it is proposed that the control housing (11) is also used as the switch housing and that the control rocker switch (21) is also utilized as the switch actuator. That way the rest contacts of the switch and the wires are formed from one part in the control housing (21) and make up a grill insert in the control housing (21). The control housing (21) has a support bearing (37) in the area of the grill insert, at which the snap disc (40) is supported with its bearing points.

Description

The invention is directed to a handle specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art., From the DE 102 02 371 B4 can be seen.

In the known from the DE 102 02 371 B4 To removable handle of this type, the handle housing is provided with a manually operable handle rocker, which is pivotally mounted in the handle housing. There are at least two electrical lines in the handle housing, which lead to an electric drive of the closure. Inside the handle housing is a microswitch, which has a deformable snap disc in its switch housing, which generates a movable contact in the microswitch. In the switch housing then at least two normally closed contacts are provided, which are connected to the lines in the handle housing. The handle rocker acts on a switch actuator in the micro-switch, which leads to the deformation of the snap-action disc. In a rest position the snap disc takes a one-sided arched shape. By the Schalterbetätiger the snap disc is deformed and enters a flat or in a counter-curvature position having. As a result, the microswitch is transferred from a non-contact rest position to a contact-giving work position. This handle numerous items are provided, which are space consuming.

From the DE 102 41 220 C1 a snap-action disc is known, which in addition to the digital signal according to the aforementioned rest position and working position also a can generate analog signal. For this purpose, a dome-shaped area with two surfaces on the snap-action disc is proposed.

The DE 198 23 894 C1 shows a domed snap disc with at least two contact points for a support bearing. At least the one support element is used as a fastener for the snap disk. For this purpose, the fastener is connected via webs with one of the contact points.

From the DE 10 2004 040 395 A1 an electrical pressure switch is known which has a curved snap disc in the switch housing under a pressure surface. The switch housing includes a socket on which the push button is supported via an elastomeric bellows. The bellows is surrounded by a perforated lid, from which protrudes the push button. The lid has lugs that engage under the base after assembly of the housing. A handle with a handle rocker is not provided here.

From the US 4,438,304 is known an electrical pressure switch, which also has a domed snap-action disc in a switch housing. The switch housing is closed by a patch plate through which a mechanical actuator acts on the snap disc and thus triggers the button.

From the JP 5 041 141 an electric push button is known, which combines two snap discs in a switch housing, which are jointly operated via a button attachment.

Also the US 4,837,411 shows an electrical pressure switch, which is composed of a base and an operating field. In this patent, a Wippfunktion is provided, wherein the operation field is elongated and can be operated on both sides, whereby two different button functions have been realized. But even here, no protection against ingress of dust and moisture is provided.

The invention has for its object to develop a space-saving, inexpensive handle mentioned in the preamble of claim 1. Art. This is achieved by the measures specified in claim 1, which have the following special significance.

From the DE 102 49 579 A1 a switching device for the electromechanical actuation of a vehicle door is known, which consists of a housing, a switch arranged in the housing, preferably a microswitch, and a longitudinally extending movable probe, which is connected via an elastic membrane with the housing, wherein the button on a flat, arranged between the button and the housing lever mechanism acts, which is coupled to the micro-switch.

In the invention, the handle housing directly has the function of a switch housing, because it has directly the support bearing for contact points of the snap-action disc. Then the handle rocker also acts as a switch operator. Then, the invention proposes integrally form the normally closed contacts of the switch and the lines in the handle housing and to be arranged as an insert grid inside the housing. For the insert grid sufficient linear strands, which are optionally cranked to act below the snap disc as normally closed contacts. The outer end pieces of these linear, current-conducting strands then serve as web contacts for electrical couplings to be connected to the grip housing. After production of the handle housing with integrated insert grid, it is then only necessary to arrange the snap disk on the support bearing and then put the handle rocker on the handle housing. These are few, easy to handle components that can be assembled quickly and space-saving.

The in the Fig. 1a . 1b shown handle 10 is mounted in the area of the tailgate of a vehicle and is used to open the tailgate. The handle 10 serves to electrically actuate a closure which is effective between the tailgate and the body of the vehicle. The handle 10 consists of a cup-shaped lower handle housing 11 and a handle rocker 21, which acts as a lid for the shell 11.

As Fig. 5 shows the handle rocker 21 is generated with its elastomeric edge portion 25 in a so-called multi-component injection molding technique. It consists of a hard component 20, which both the in Fig. 1a apparent, serving as a manual handle central area 23 generated as well as the Fig. 5 removable pivot bearing parts 24 on the back of the handle rocker 21 forms. The pivot bearing parts 24 consist of two bearing blocks, which project on the underside. The other component of this injection molding technique is a soft component 22, which has a circumferential elastomeric edge region 25 according to FIG Fig. 1 a and 5 generated. This soft component 22 engages in a central strip 26 and the underside of the central region 23 and forms from this Material also a special, dating Fig. 1a and 5 apparent actuating plunger 27 on the underside of the handle rocker 21st

When assembling the handle 10 of the elastomeric frame on a peripheral shell edge 15 of the in Fig. 2 shown handle housing 11 is placed and welded to it. The latter can be done in particular by laser welding. Own as, out Fig. 1a it can be seen, the edge region 25 of the handle rocker 21 and the shell edge 15 from the handle housing 11 a complementary wave-shaped labyrinth profile

The handle housing 11 has in the housing interior 55 two pivot abutment members 14, which come in the aforementioned assembly with the pivot bearing parts 24 of the handle rocker 21 in engagement. These abutment members 14 in the present case consist of two bearing shells, which receive a web pivotably on the abovementioned bearing block 24 of the pivot bearing parts 24.

As Fig. 2 shows, a combination insert 30 is integrated in the housing interior 12, one component of which is an insert grid 31.1 of two linear metallic conductors 32.1, 33.1, which can be cranked in itself. The two conductors 32.1, 33.1 are pre-enveloped by an electrically insulating mass, which is done for example by encapsulation. The resulting structure is in Fig. 1a thick / thin-hatched. Namely, the prefabricated composite insert 30 is positioned correctly in an injection mold, where the handle housing 11 is then produced. In the finished product then project end pieces 34 from the insert grille 31.1 from the handle housing 11 out, like Fig. 1a lets recognize. In the region of these end pieces 34, a sleeve 12 is formed from the housing material, which then has the function of an electrical connector in connection with the end pieces 34. At the opposite end are initial pieces 35.1, 36.1 of the two conductors 32.1, 33.1 which cooperate in a manner to be described in more detail with a snap-action disc 40.

Dadurch entsteht die Strahlenstruktur an den vier Anlagestellen 41.The snap disk 40 is, seen in plan view, designed as a four-beam star whose four radiating ends create contact points 41. The snap disc is to its disc top 42 out with an in Fig. 4 dash-dotted illustrated vaulting 43, which also in Fig. 1 can be seen. In the center of curvature, there may be a dent 44, which contributes to the stability of the curvature 43. The contact points 41 located at the beam ends are connected to one another by an arcuate disk edge 45. This results in the beam structure at the four contact points 41.

At the inner end of the combination insert 30 is a flat support bearing 37 for the snap disk 40. There are two brackets 38 on opposite sides, each having two passages 39 for receiving the tapered contact points 41 of the snap disk 40. At the two other, opposite points from the support bearing 37 guide elements 48 may be provided, as from Fig. 3 recognizable webs 48. These webs 48 guide the snap disc when placed on the base surface of the support bearing 37. In the base surface of the support bearing 37 open the two ends of the two conductor-start pieces 35.1, 36.1, such as Fig. 3 shows; they are opposite to the concave arch bottom 46 of Fig. 4 blank.

After completion of the assembly of the handle housing 11 and combination insert 30 is there, as I said, only the prefabricated snap-action disc 40 placed on the support bearing 37. Then, in the manner already described, the handle rocker 21 according to Fig. 1a associated with it. It is noteworthy that the actuating plunger 27 in the off Fig. 1a apparent rest position exerts no pressure on the curvature 43 of the snap-action disc 40. The actuating plunger 27 can but one off Fig. 1a have apparent profile piece 28, the position for securing the unactuated Snap disk 40 on the housing-side base surface 37 is used. The profile piece 28 ensures that the snap disc can not fall off the support bearing 37. The elastomeric soft component 22 of the handle rocker 21 ensures that the unactuated handle 23 normally in a by the auxiliary line 23.1 in Fig. 1a illustrated off position of the handle 10 is held. Then the snap-action disc 40 is in its non-contact rest position relative to the insertion grid 31.1.

In Fig. 1a the position of a pivot bearing 13 between the handle rocker 21 and the handle housing 11 is indicated, resulting from the described engagement position between the grip side pivot bearing part 24 and the housing side pivot-bearing parts 14. If the handle 23 in the sense of the force arrow 29 of Fig. 1b actuated, so there is a deformation of the elastomeric material 22, which, as I said, normally endeavors, the handle 23 in its open position 23.1 of Fig. 1a to keep. By the operation 29, the handle 23 comes into its by the auxiliary line 23.2 in Fig. 1b clarified another position where their actuating plunger 27 deforms the snap disk 40. The above, out Fig. 1a apparent disk curvature 43 is flattened or even transferred to a counter-curvature. Related to Fig. 4 This means that the existing of electrically conductive material snap disk 40, the starting pieces 35.1, 36.1 from the insert grid 31.1 in Fig. 4 shorts. The mentioned position 23.2 of Fig. 1b proves to be as Einschaltstellung where a circuit is closed to the drive of the shutter not shown in detail.

In the Fig. 6, 7 an alternative embodiment of a handle housing 11 'and a handle rocker 21' are shown. In this case, a stamped grid not shown in detail is integrated into an electrical component carrier 16 which serves as an insert in the housing mold during the injection molding of the cup-shaped handle housing 11 '. The electrical component carrier 16 has at its inner end a shell-like receptacle 17, which serves for inserting a snap-action disc 40. These too Recording 17 has locking means or positioning webs 18, which provide for a positionally correct position of the snap-action disk 40 after insertion.

When the housing 11 ', the pivot abutment members 14 are arranged substantially centrally to the width dimension of the handle housing 11', resulting in a central position of the associated Fig. 1a . 1b described pivot bearing 13 is used. This results because the associated handle rocker 21 'of Fig. 7 has a central arrangement of its pivot bearing parts 24. In this case, the hard component 20 occupies the underside of the entire central region of the handle rocker 21 'and then forms there also the actuating plunger 27' from. The handle housing 11 'is produced with the handle rocker 21' by laser welding between the frame-shaped rocker edge region 25 and the shell edge 15 of the handle housing 11 '.

In Fig. 8a a second embodiment of an insert grid 32.2 is shown, which consists of two bars 32.2 and 33.2. These bars 32.2, 33.2 are introduced after the production of the handle housing not shown in detail at defined locations in the housing interior. This can be done by pushing through the housing wall, which can also be weakened at the defined locations. In this case, the associated starting pieces 35.2, 36.2 arrive in a housing area where the support bearing for the contact points of the in Fig. 8a only shown snap disk 40 are located. The two bars 32.2, 33.2 have, according to Fig. 8a , eg a circular cross-section.

The Fig. 8b shows in one too Fig. 8a analog representation, an alternative embodiment of such insert grid 31.3. It is sufficient here only to the differences Fig. 8a enter into.

One difference is that the two grid bars 32.3, 33.3 have a flat cross section, for example a rectangular cross section. Another difference is that the associated starting pieces 35.3, 36.3 have profilings 19 at their bar ends. These profiles 19 exist in present case of a cutting edge 49, which makes its way through the housing wall itself, when the bars 32.3, 33.3 are pressed during their assembly in the associated handle housing. The bars 32.3, 33.3 are stretched, like the blade of a dagger. Instead of this subsequent insertion movement, of course, the bars 32.2 to 33.3 could be inserted as an insert into the mold, which is used for injection molding of the handle housing.

The Fig. 9a shows another embodiment of an insert grid 31.4. The one grating bar 32.4 has an approximately U-shaped wound inner piece 47, which at the same time four support bearing 50.4 for the Fig. 9b apparent four contact points of the snap disk 40 generated. The other grating bar 33.4 protrudes into the winding interior 51 from the inner piece 47 and engages under the snap disk 40 in its curvature area according to Fig. 5b , The winding inner piece 47 has in its turn corner areas upstanding tabs 52.4. When placing the snap-action disc 40, these tabs 52.4 initially serve to guide their tapered abutment points 41 according to FIG Fig. 9b , But then the tabs 52.4 also serve to secure the position of the snap-action disc 40, because they, according to the bending arrow 53 of Fig. 9b can be crimped over the disc contact points 41. Then, the position of the flanging disk 40 is fixed on the insert grille 31.4 in the interior of the handle housing not shown in detail. The protruding from the housing end 34 of the two bars 32.4, 33.4 can according to Fig. 9a, 9b be discontinued.

In Fig. 10 is a to Fig. 9a, 9b similar insert grille shown 31.5, which is why the description of the preceding embodiment applies. All you have to do is address the differences.

Ebenso greifen in Fig. 10 die Laschen 52.5 im Wölbungsbereich 43 der aufgelegten Schnappscheibe 40 an.The one grating bar 32.5 from the insert grille 31.5 also has a flat profile, while the other grate bar 33.5 has a circular cross-section. The two end pieces 34 of the two bars 32.5, 33.5, which are part of a future electrical connector on the handle housing, are offset from each other in the same shape and have a nearly square cross-section. The flat profile having grating bar 32.5 has a cranked flat inner piece 57 which is octagonally wound. On three octagonal sides of the inner piece 57 are again towering tabs 52.4. Four support bearings 50.5 for the tapered contact points 41 a dot-dash line in Fig. 10 illustrated snap-action disc 40 lie in the spaces 54 between the tabs 52.4. Therefore, the tabs 52.4 do not engage the abutment sites 4, but in the arching area on three of the four arcuate disk edges 45 of the snap disk 40.
