Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour emballer des produits avec des surfaces mécaniquement dangereuses, telles que des crustacés et des fruits de mer. Ledit procédé comporte l'utilisation d'un film double (10) comme film moulant supérieur dans un processus d'emballage par film sous vide. Le double film comporte des films à au moins deux composants superposés les uns sur les autres qui ne sont ni soudés, ni liés, ni adhérés, ni collés, ni scellés entre eux. L'invention concerne également un emballage par film sous vide (16) qui comporte un produit alimentaire, choisi dans le groupe constitué de crustacés et de fruits de mer, chargé sur un support (5), et un double film drapé sur le produit et soudé au support.
