Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Installationsschalter mit Fernbedienung, insbesondere zur Steuerung von Licht, aber auch für generelle Zwecke respektive generell zur Ansteuerung fernsteuerbarer elektrischer Verbraucher.
- Es sind RGB(Rot-Grün-Blau)-Leuchtmittel in Form einer normalen Glühlampe allgemein bekannt, die mittels einer Fernbedienung geschaltet, gedimmt und in der Farbe verändert werden können. Des Weiteren sind Energiesparlampen in der Bauform einer normalen Glühlampe bekannt, die mittels einer Fernbedienung geschaltet und gedimmt werden können. Diesen Systemen haftet ganz allgemein der Nachteil an, dass beim Betreten eines (dunklen) Raumes in vielen Fällen zunächst einmal die Fernbedienung gesucht werden muss, um das Licht einzuschalten. Dies kann zu gefährlichen Situationen, beispielsweise Stolpern über ein auf dem Boden liegendes Hindernis, führen.
- Aus der
US 2009/251 352 A1 ist eine batteriegespeiste Fernbedieneinheit für eine drahtlose Ansteuerung von elektrischen Verbrauchern bekannt. - Aus der
US 23006/284 734 A1 ist ein ferngesteuertes Beleuchtungssystem, dessen elektrische Geräte jeweils zur Versorgung mit elektrischer Energie an Ansteuergeräte angeschlossen sind, die mittels einer Fernbedienung ferngesteuert werden. - Aus der
US5458 311 A ist eine Wandhalterung zur Aufnahme einer Fernbedienung bekannt. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen zur Ansteuerung fernsteuerbarer elektrischer Verbraucher, insbesondere Leuchtmittel, geeigneten Installationsschalter anzugeben.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Installationsschalter gemäß Anspruch 1.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass die Fernbedienung mit einem Installationsgerät, vorzugsweise dem neben der Tür befindlichen Lichtschalter, kombiniert werden kann. Auf diese Weise werden ein einfach auffindbarer und stets wieder findbarer Ablageplatz respektive eine Halterung für die Fernbedienung fest vorgegeben. Die Bedienung der Raumbeleuchtung ist von der gewohnten und bekannten Stelle aus möglich, an welcher sich üblicherweise der Lichtschalter befindet. Dabei ist die Bedienung sowohl mit befestigter als auch mit entfernter Fernbedienung möglich. Bei befestigter Fernbedienung wird das mindestens eine Bedienelement der Fernbedienung betätigt. Dabei ist die Bedienung aller Funktionen möglich. Bei entfernter Fernbedienung wird das mindestens eine Bedienelement des Installationsschalters betätigt. Die Einstellung des Lichts (Farblicht) erfolgt dann zweckmäßig mittels Betätigung der Fernbedienung von der Stelle aus, an welcher sich der Betrachter befindet und an welcher es auf den Betrachter auch einwirkt.
- Der Installationsschalter kann mit beliebigen Komponenten eines konventionellen Installationsgeräte-Programms für Steckdosen / Schalter / Taster / Dimmer kombiniert werden, desgleichen wird ein konventioneller Abdeckrahmen dieses konventionellen Installationsgeräte-Programms eingesetzt. Unter konventionellen Installationsgeräte-Programmen werden dabei Programme verstanden, wie sie von zahlreichen Installationsgeräte-Herstellern vertrieben werden und verschiedene Wippschalter-Einsätze, Wipptaster-Einsätze, Dimmer-Einsätze, Steckdosen-Einsätze sowie Wippen und Abdeckrahmen 1fach, 2fach, 3fach, 4fach in bestimmtem Design und bestimmten Farben beinhalten.
- Dabei kann die Fernbedienung einen Akkumulator aufweisen, welcher über ein induktives Ladegerät aufladbar ist, wobei ein Primärteil des induktiven Ladegeräts mit Gleichrichter, Wechselrichter, Zwischenkreiskondensator und Primärspule im Gerätesockel des Installationsschalters angeordnet ist und ein Sekundärteil des induktiven Ladegerätes mit Sekundärspule und Gleichrichter im Gehäuse der Fernbedienung angeordnet ist.
- Die lösbare Befestigung der Fernbedienung am Installationsschalter kann über magnetisch wirksame Baukomponenten oder über eine Rastverbindung erfolgen, wozu am Gehäuse der Fernbedienung angeformte Laschen in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen des Installationsschalters eingreifen.
- Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend an Hand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele erläutert. Es zeigen:

- In
Fig. 1 ist ein seitlicher Schnitt durch einen Installationsschalter mit abnehmbarer Fernbedienung gezeigt. Im dargestellten Beispiel handelt es sich um einen Unterputz-Installationsschalter, bei welchem ein Gerätesockel 2 des Installationsschalters 1 in einer UP-Gerätedose 15 montiert ist, wobei die UP-Gerätedose 15 in eine Wand 16 eingebaut ist. Im Gerätesockel 2 ist unter anderem eine Schalter-Elektronik 3 inklusive Funksender und Funk-Antenne 4 untergebracht - siehe hierzu auchFig. 4 . Der frontseitige Randbereich des Installationsgeräts 1 ist mit einem Abdeckrahmen 13 abgedeckt. An der Frontseite des Installationsgerätes 1 ist eine abnehmbare Fernbedienung 17 mit ihrem Gehäuse 18 befestigt. Das Gehäuse 18 ist mit Griffmulden 19 versehen, um derart ein Entfernen der Fernbedienung 17 vom Installationsgerät 1 zu erleichtern. An der Frontseite der Fernbedienung 17 ist mindestens ein Bedienelement 20 (Bedientaste) angeordnet. - In
Fig. 2 ist eine die Montage eines Installationsschalters erläuternde "Explosionszeichnung" gezeigt. In einem ersten Schritt wird der Gerätesockel 2 in die UP-Gerätedose 16 eingeführt - siehe Pfeil A - und dort befestigt, z. B. mittels Federspreizen. In einem zweiten Schritt werden ein Bedienteil 10 und der Abdeckrahmen 13 auf den Gerätesockel 2 aufgesetzt - siehe Pfeil B. An der Frontseite des Bedienteils 10 ist mindestens ein Bedienelement 11 (Bedientaste) angeordnet. - Im linken Abschnitt von
Fig. 2 ist eine Sicht auf die Frontseite eines Bedienteils 10 dargestellt, wobei zwei Bedienelemente 11, 12 (Bedientasten) zu erkennen sind, welche vom Abdeckrahmen 13 umschlossen sind. Zwischen dem Abdeckrahmen 13 und den Bedienelementen 11, 12 ist ein Spalt 14 ausgebildet, welcher zur Halterung der abnehmbaren Fernbedienung 17 verwendet werden kann. Hierzu greift das Gehäuse 18 der Fernbedienung zumindest abschnittsweise in diesen Spalt 14 ein, z. B. mittels angeformter Laschen, wodurch eine lösbare Verrastung zwischen Fernbedienung 17 und Bedienteil 10 ermöglicht wird. Alternativ kann eine magnetisch bewirkte Befestigung der Fernbedienung 17 am Bedienteil 10 vorgesehen sein, wozu z. B. die Fernbedienung mit einem oder mehreren Magneten bestückt ist, während magnetisch wirksame Komponenten am Abdeckrahmen 13 und/oder an den Bedienelementen 11, 12 angebracht sind. - In
Fig. 3 ist eine die Bestückung eines Installationsschalters mit einer Fernbedienung ehäuternde "Explosionszeichnung" gezeigt. Im rechten Abschnitt vonFig. 3 ist der in der UP-Gerätedose 15 montierte Installationsschalter 1 mit Gerätesockel 2, Abdeckrahmen 13 und Bedienelement 11 zu erkennen (seitlicher Schnitt). Im mittleren Abschnitt derFig. 3 ist eine Seitenansicht der abgenommenen Fernbedienung 17 mit ihrem Gehäuse 18 inklusive Griffmulde 19 und einem frontseitigen Bedienelement 20 (Bedientaste) gezeigt. Im linken Abschnitt derFig. 3 ist eine Sicht auf die Frontseite der Fernbedienung 17 dargestellt, wobei zwei Bedienelemente 20, 21 (Bedientasten) zu erkennen sind, welche vom Gehäuse 18 umschlossen sind. - Es ist in einfacher Art und Weise möglich, die Fernbedienung 17 auf das Installationsgerät 1 aufzustecken respektive die Fernbedienung 17 am Installationsgerät 1 zu befestigen - siehe Pfeil C - oder die Fernbedienung 17 vom Installationsgerät 1 zu entfernen. Beim Aufstecken der Fernbedienung auf das Installationsgerät 1 umschließt das Gehäuse 18 die Bedienelemente 11, 12 des Bedienteils 10.
- In
Fig. 4 ist eine Skizze zur Erläuterungen der elektrischen Funktionen des Systems "Installationsschalter + Fernbedienung + Leuchtmittel" gezeigt. Das System besteht aus den drei Komponenten Installationsschalter 1, Fernbedienung 17, fernsteuerbarer elektrischer Verbraucher 28. Unmittelbar am elektrischen Verbraucher 28 ist eine Verbraucher-Elektronik 29 inklusive Funk-Empfänger und Funk-Antenne 30 angeordnet. Beim elektrischen Verbraucher 28 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um ein fernsteuerbares Leuchtmittel, insbesondere Energiesparlampe oder LED-Lampe oder Farb-LED-Lampe. - Sowohl die Schalter-Elektronik 3 inklusive Funksender und Antenne 4 des Installationsgerätes 1 als auch die Verbraucher-Elektronik 29 sind an ein Wechselspannungsnetz 31 mit Phase L und Nulleiter N angeschlossen. Durch Betätigung der die Schalter-Elektronik 3 beaufschlagenden Bedienelemente 11, 12 wird der fernsteuerbare elektrische Verbraucher 28 angesteuert, z. B. eingeschaltet, ausgeschaltet, ferner lässt sich das Licht in der Farbe und Intensität ändern, falls ein Leuchtmittel als Verbraucher 28 verwendet ist. Die Ansteuerung erfolgt über die zwischen den Funk-Antennen 4 und 30 skizzierte Funkstrecke.
- In gleicher Art und Weise wird durch Betätigung der eine Fernbedienungs-Elektronik 26 beaufschlagenden Bedienelemente 20, 21 der fernsteuerbare elektrische Verbraucher 28 angesteuert, z. B. eingeschaltet, ausgeschaltet, ferner lässt sich das Licht in der Farbe und Intensität ändern, falls ein Leuchtmittel als Verbraucher 28 verwendet ist. Die Ansteuerung erfolgt über die zwischen den Funk-Antennen 27 und 30 skizzierte Funkstrecke.
- Für die Energieversorgung ist die abnehmbare Fernbedienung 17 vorzugsweise mit einem Akkumulator 25 versehen, welcher mittels eines induktiven Ladegerätes aufladbar ist, sobald die Fernbedienung 17 am Installationsschalter 1 befestigt ist. Das induktive Ladegerät besteht aus einem im Gerätesockel 2 des Installationsschalters 1 befindlichen Primärteil 5 und aus einem in der Fernbedienung 17 befindlichen Sekundärteil 22. Das Primärteil 5 beinhaltet einen Gleichrichter 6, welcher eingangsseitig mit dem Wechselspannungsnetz 31 verbunden ist und ausgangsseitig mit einem Wechselrichter 7 beschaltet ist, wobei ein Zwischenkreiskondensator 8 zwischen Gleichrichter 6 und Wechselrichter 7 eingebunden ist. An den Ausgang des Wechselrichters 7 ist eine Primärspule 9 angeschlossen.
- Das Sekundärteil 22 beinhaltet einen Gleichrichter 24, an den eingangsseitig eine Sekundärspule 23 angeschlossen ist und der den Akkumulator 25 ausgangsseitig speist. Die Primärspule 9 des Primärteils 5 ist induktiv mit der Sekundärspule 23 des Sekundärteils 22 gekoppelt, d. h. die Energie wird zwischen Primärteil 5 und Sekundärteil 22 induktiv in Form eines hochfrequenten magnetischen Wechselfeldes übertragen. Vorzugsweise wird zur Erhöhung der transformatorischen Kopplung und zur Verringerung des Streufeldes ein (nicht dargestellter) geteilter Eisenkern oder Ferritkern eingesetzt. Des Weiteren ist zur optimierten Ladung des Akkumulators 25 ein (nicht dargestellter) Lade-Controller vorgesehen, welcher wahlweise im Primärteil 5 oder im Sekundärteil 22 des Ladegerätes angeordnet sein kann und die Ansteuerung der steuerbaren Halbleiterschalter von Gleichrichter oder Wechselrichter vornimmt.
- Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, die Fernbedienung 17 mit einer Batterie an Stelle eines Akkumulators zu versehen, wobei in einem solchen Fall das induktive Ladegerät entfällt.
- Die vorstehend behandelten Ausführungsbeispiele orientieren sich am bevorzugten Anwendungsfall, der Fernbedienung zur Steuerung von Licht, besonders von Energiesparlampen, LED-Lampen und Farb-LED-Lampen (Einstellung von Helligkeit und Lichtfarbe). Als fernsteuerbare elektrische Verbraucher können daneben z. B. auch Jalousien ferngesteuert betätigt werden. Auch wenn vorstehend je zwei Bedienelemente beim Installations schalter und bei der Fernbedienung vorgesehen sind, können auch je ein Bedienelement oder je drei oder vier usw. Bedienelemente vorhanden sein. Es ist auch möglich, dass die Anzahl der Bedienelemente beim Installationsschalter 1 und bei der Fernbedienung 17 unterschiedlich sind, beispielsweise kann der Verbraucher 28 mittels des Installationsschalters 1 nur eingeschaltet / ausgeschaltet werden, während die Einstellung von Helligkeit und Lichtfarbe ausschließlich mit der Fernbedienung 17 möglich ist.

Claims (6)
- Installationsschalter (1) mit einer Fernbedienung, umfassend einen Gerätesockel (2), ein Bedienteil (10) mit mindestens einem Bedienelement (11, 12) und einen Abdeckrahmen (13),• wobei eine Schalter-Elektronik (3) inklusive Funksender und Funk-Antenne (4) zur Ansteuerung eines fernsteuerbaren elektrischen Verbrauchers (28), insbesondere eines Leuchtmittels im Gerätesockel (2) untergebracht ist,• wobei die Fernbedienung (17) lösbar auf dem Installationsschalter (1) befestigt ist• und wobei die Fernbedienung (17) mindestens ein Bedienelement (20, 21) und eine Fernbedienungs-Elektronik (26) inklusive Funksender und Funk-Antenne (27) zur Ansteuerung des fernsteuerbaren elektrischen Verbrauchers (28) aufweist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass• die Fernbedienung (17) einen Akkumulator (25) aufweist, welcher über ein induktives Ladegerät aufladbar ist, wobei ein Primärteil (5) des induktiven Ladegeräts im Gerätesockel (2) des Installationsschalters (1) angeordnet ist und ein Sekundärteil (22) des induktiven Ladegerätes im Gehäuse (18) der Fernbedienung (17) angeordnet ist.
- Installationsschalter (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Primärteil (5) des induktiven Ladegeräts mit Gleichrichter (6), Wechselrichter (7), Zwischenkreiskondensator (8) und Primärspule (9) im Gerätesockel (2) des Installationsschalters (1) angeordnet ist und das Sekundärteil (22) des induktiven Ladegerätes mit Sekundärspule (23) und Gleichrichter (24) im Gehäuse (18) der Fernbedienung (17) angeordnet ist.
- Installationsschalter (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (18) der Fernbedienung (17) eine Griffmulde (19) aufweist.
- Installationsschalter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lösbare Befestigung der Fernbedienung (17) am Installationsschalter über magnetisch wirksame Baukomponenten erfolgt.
- Installationsschalter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lösbare Befestigung der Fernbedienung (17) am Installationsschalter (1) über eine Rastverbindung erfolgt, wozu am Gehäuse (18) der Fernbedienung (17) angeformte Laschen in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen des Installationsschalters (1) eingreifen.
- Installationsschalter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalter-Elektronik (3) inklusive Funksender und Antenne (4) des Installationsgerätes (1) als auch die Verbraucher-Elektronik (29) an ein Wechselspannungsnetz (31) mit Phase (L) und Nulleiter (N) angeschlossen sind.
