Claims (15)

  1. Fixiervorrichtung (20), umfassend:
    einen Fixierdrehkörper (21);
    einen gegenüberliegenden Drehkörper (22), um den Fixierdrehkörper (21) zu kontaktieren, um einen Fixierspalt (N) dazwischen zu bilden, durch den ein Aufzeichnungsmedium (P), das ein Tonerbild trägt, verläuft;
    eine Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23), die stromabwärts des Fixierspalts (N) in einer Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) und mit dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) unabhängig voneinander kontaktierbar angeordnet sind,
    die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23), um den Fixierdrehkörper (21) zu kontaktieren, um das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P), das durch den Fixierspalt (N) verlaufen ist, von dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) zu trennen;
    eine Vielzahl von Kontaktierungsrichtung-Vorspannelementen (26), die an der Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) befestigt sind, um eine erste Vorspannung (D1) auf die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) auszuüben, um zu verursachen, dass die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert;
    eine Antriebsvorrichtung (30);
    eine eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34), die stromaufwärts des Fixierspalts (N) in der Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) angeordnet ist, um das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) zu erfassen; und
    eine Steuerung (37), die mit der Antriebsvorrichtung (30) verbunden ist, um die Antriebsvorrichtung (30) basierend auf einem Erfassungssignal, das von der eintretenden Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) gesendet wird, zu steuern, um einen Kontaktzeitraum, in dem die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert, zu verändern, gekennzeichnet durch:
    einen Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27), um gegen die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) gegen die erste Vorspannung (D1) zu pressen, die durch die Vielzahl von Kontaktierungsrichtung-Vorspannelementen (26) ausgeübt wird, um die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) von dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) zu trennen; und
    eine einzelne Antriebsvorrichtung (30), die mit der Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) verbunden ist, um die Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) von der Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) zu trennen.
  2. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend ein Kontaktlosrichtungs-Vorspannelement (29), das an der Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) verbunden ist, um eine zweite Vorspannung (D2) darauf auszuüben, um die Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) gegen die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) zu pressen,
    wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung (30), eine Antriebskraft (D3) auf die Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) ausübt, um die Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) von der Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) zu trennen und
    wobei die zweite Vorspannung (D2) des Kontaktlosrichtungs-Vorspannelements (29) größer als die erste Vorspannung (D1) der Vielzahl von Kontaktierungsrichtung-Vorspannelementen (26) ist und die Antriebskraft (D3) der Antriebsvorrichtung (30) in eine Richtung ausgeübt wird, die entgegen einer Richtung der zweiten Vorspannung (D2) und größer als die zweite Vorspannung (D2) ist.
  3. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung (30) eine Zylinderspule (30) beinhaltet, die Folgendes beinhaltet:
    eine Spule (31a); und
    einen Kolben (32), der in der Spule (31a) beweglich angeordnet ist, und
    wobei, wenn die Zylinderspule (30) eingeschaltet ist, der Kolben (32) in die Spule (31a) einfährt, um die Antriebskraft (D3) auf die Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) auszuüben.
  4. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, ferner umfassend eine Vielzahl von Arretierungen (33), um die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) zu kontaktieren und anzuhalten, wobei, wenn die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) von dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) isoliert ist, die Vielzahl von Arretierungen (33) die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) an einem vorgegebenen Abstand zu dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) anhält.
  5. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei, in einem Zustand, in dem die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert, die Trennvorrichtungspressvorrichtung (27) von der Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) isoliert ist.
  6. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei
    die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) eine kontaktartige Erfassungsvorrichtung (34; 34T) beinhaltet, um das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) durch Kontaktieren des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P), das zu dem Fixierspalt (N) befördert wird, zu erfassen,
    die kontaktartige Erfassungsvorrichtung (34; 34T) einschließlich eines Fühlers (36; 41), um das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) zu kontaktieren, und in der Nähe einer Mitte eines Aufzeichnungsmediumsförderwegs (R) in einer Breitenrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediumsförderwegs (R) senkrecht zu der Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) angeordnet.
  7. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) einen Registrierungssensor (41) beinhaltet, um das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) zu erfassen, das zu einem Registrierungsrollenpaar (19) gefördert wird, das stromaufwärts der Fixiervorrichtung (20) in der Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) angeordnet ist.
  8. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Steuerung (37) einen ersten Zeitraum (ΔT1) verändert, der vergeht, bevor die Steuerung (37) anfängt, die Antriebsvorrichtung (30) anzutreiben, nachdem die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) erfasst.
  9. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) von der Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) mit einem ersten Abstand (E) zwischen der eintretenden Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) und einer Kontaktposition (B) an dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) beabstandet ist, wo die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert, wobei der erste Abstand (E) verursacht, dass die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert, bevor das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P), das durch die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) erfasst wird, die Kontaktposition (B) an dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) erreicht, wo die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert.
  10. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Steuerung (37) den Kontaktzeitraum, in dem die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert, gemäß mindestens einem aus einem Papiergewicht des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P), einer Länge des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) in der Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P), eines Anteils eines abgebildeten Bereichs in Bezug auf einen gesamten Oberflächenbereich des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) und einer Art des Tonerbilds, das auf dem Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) gebildet ist, verändert.
  11. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Steuerung (37) die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) von dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) trennt, wenn ein zweiter Zeitraum, der für eine Hinterkante des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) in der Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P), erfasst durch die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34), erforderlich ist, um die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) zu erreichen, abläuft, nachdem die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) erfasst.
  12. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, ferner umfassend eine ausgegebene Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (43), die stromabwärts des Fixierspalts (N) in der Förderrichtung des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) angeordnet ist, um das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) zu erfassen, das von dem Fixierspalt (N) ausgegeben wird, wobei die Steuerung (37) die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) von dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) basierend auf einem Erfassungssignal, das von der ausgegebenen Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (43) gesendet wird, trennt.
  13. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die eintretende Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (34) und die ausgegebene Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (43) ferner ein blockiertes Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) erfassen.
  14. Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei die ausgegebene Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (43) von der Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) mit einem zweiten Abstand (Z) zwischen einer Kontaktposition (B) auf dem Fixierdrehkörper (21) beabstandet ist, wo die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) und die ausgegebene Aufzeichnungsmediumerfassungsvorrichtung (43) berührt, wobei der zweite Abstand (Z) basierend auf dem Kontaktzeitraum, in dem die Vielzahl von Trennvorrichtungen (23) den Fixierdrehkörper (21) kontaktiert, und einer Biegemenge des Aufzeichnungsmediums (P) bestimmt wird, das von dem Fixierspalt (N) ausgegeben wird.
  15. Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung (100), umfassend die Fixiervorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14.
