Claims (16)
- Dossier de siège (20) comprenant un cadre rigide (25) supportant une partie contournée constituée par une couche de rembourrage de recouvrement (26) et au moins une couche d'élastomère (27) interposée entre la couche de rembourrage de recouvrement (26) et le cadre (25); et un moyen élastique (24) pourvu entre le cadre (25) et la couche d'élastomère (27) pour impartir une courbure à la couche de rembourrage de recouvrement (26) et la couche d'élastomère (27) afin de produire un contour désiré, au moins dans la région lombaire, le moyen élastique (24) étant situé dans une cavité (28) dans une portion de la couche élastomère (27) tournée vers le cadre (25), caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique (24) comprend au moins un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30), ledit ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) comprenant au moins un élément de ressort hélicoïdal continu formé dans une rangée de ressorts hélicoïdaux, chaque dit élément de ressort hélicoïdal continu étant enfermé dans un matériau de recouvrement (31, 32) et s'étendant entre des côtés opposés de la cavité (28).
- Dossier de siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) comprend un matériau de revêtement (31, 32) comprenant une paire de feuilles de parement de tissu (31, 32) l'une reliée à l'autre, lesdites feuilles de tissu (31, 32) étant divisées en une pluralité de poches par des lignes transversales espacées de fixation (33), chaque poche contenant un seul élément de ressort hélicoïdal, chacune desdites poches étant d'une longueur égale à un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30).
- Dossier de siège selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de ressort hélicoïdal continu étant formé à partir d'une seule longueur de fil formée en une pluralité de ressorts hélicoïdaux parallèles, chacun desdits ressorts hélicoïdaux ayant un tour d'extrémité supérieure, un tour d'extrémité inférieure et une pluralité de circonvolutions centrales entre lesdits tours d'extrémité, lesdites circonvolutions centrales définissant un axe desdits ressorts hélicoïdaux, lesdits ressorts hélicoïdaux dudit élément de ressort hélicoïdal continu étant disposés dans une rangée et reliés entre eux par des segments d'interconnexion de fil situés alternativement dans des parties supérieures et inférieures de l'élément de ressort hélicoïdal continu.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur de l'au moins un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) est égale à ou supérieure à la profondeur de la cavité (28) entre le cadre (25) et la couche d'élastomère (27).
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) s'étend entre des surfaces opposées dans la cavité (28) dans le prolongement vertical du dossier (20).
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) s'étend entre des surfaces opposées dans la cavité (28) dans le prolongement transversal du dossier (20).
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (28) contenant l'au moins un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) est disposée au moins dans une partie inférieure du dossier (20), c'est-à-dire en correspondance avec la région lombaire de la colonne vertébrale de l'utilisateur.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (28) contenant l'au moins un ensemble de ressorts ensachés (30) est disposée au moins dans une partie inférieure et intermédiaire du dossier (20), c'est-à-dire en correspondance avec les régions lombaire et thoracique de la colonne vertébrale de l'utilisateur.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique (24) comprend des ensembles de ressorts ensachés (30) de longueurs différentes.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (28) contenant les ensembles de ressorts ensachés (30) est agencée de manière à correspondre à la taille du moyen élastique (24).
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique (24) comprend des ensembles de ressorts ensachés (30) de différentes longueurs.
- Dossier de siège selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les ensembles de ressorts ensachés (30) comprennent des ressorts hélicoïdaux de différentes hauteurs.
- Dossier de siège selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que les ensembles de ressorts ensachés (30) comprennent des ressorts hélicoïdaux de différents diamètres de fils.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les ensembles de ressorts ensachés (30) comprennent des ressorts hélicoïdaux de différents diamètres d'enroulement.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (25) comprend une coque rigide délimitant le contour périphérique extérieur du dossier (20) et ayant une extension verticale correspondant à la forme d'une colonne vertébrale.
- Dossier de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (25) comprend un matériau de résine moulé.
