Claims (16)
- Sitzrückenlehne (20) umfassend einen steifen Rahmen (25), welcher ein konturiertes Teil trägt, welches aus einer Polsterdeckschicht (26) und mindestens einer zwischen der Polsterdeckschicht (26) und dem Rahmen (25) eingefügten Elastomerschicht (27) gebildet ist; und ein elastisches Mittel (24) zwischen dem Rahmen (25) und der Elastomerschicht (27), um der Polsterdeckschicht (26) und der Elastomerschicht (27) eine Wölbung zu verleihen, um eine erwünschte Kontur zumindest im Lendenbereich zu erzeugen, wobei das elastische Mittel (24) in einer Aussparung (28) in einem dem Rahmen (25) zugewandten Teil der Elastomerschicht (27) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mittel (24) mindestens eine eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) umfasst, welche eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) mindestens ein kontinuierlich gewickeltes Federelement aufweist, welches zu einer Reihe von Spiralfedern geformt ist, wobei jedes kontinuierlich gewickelte Federelement in einem Deckmaterial (31, 32) eingeschlossen ist und sich zwischen gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Aussparung (28) erstreckt.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) ein Deckmaterial (31, 32) umfassend ein Paar von einander zugewandten, miteinander verbundenen Gewebebahnen (31, 32) aufweist, wobei die Gewebebahnen (31, 32) durch beabstandete quere Befestigungslinien (33) in eine Mehrzahl von Taschen eingeteilt sind, wobei jede Tasche ein einzelnes Spiralfederelement aufnimmt, wobei jede der Taschen eine Länge aufweist, welche der Länge einer eingetaschten Federanordnung (30) gleich ist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kontinuierlich gewickelte Federelement aus einer einzigen Länge von Draht gebildet ist, welcher zu einer Mehrzahl von parallelen Spiralfedern geformt ist, wobei jede der Spiralfedern eine obere Endabbiegung, eine untere Endabbiegung und eine Mehrzahl von zentralen Windungen zwischen den Endabbiegungen aufweist, wobei die zentralen Windungen eine Achse der Spiralfedern definieren, wobei die Spiralfedern des kontinuierlich gewickelten Federelements in einer Reihe angeordnet sind und durch Verbindungsabschnitte von Drahten, die in oberen und unteren Teilen des kontinuierlich gewickelten Federelements abwechslungsweise angeordnet sind, miteinander verbunden sind.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der mindestens einen eingetaschten Federanordnung (30) gleich der Tiefe oder höher als die Tiefe der Aussparung (28) zwischen dem Rahmen (25) und der Elastomerschicht (27) ist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) sich zwischen gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen in der Aussparung (28) in der vertikalen Ausdehnung der Sitzrückenlehne (20) erstreckt.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) sich zwischen gegenüberliegenden Oberflächen in der Aussparung (28) in der Querausdehnung der Sitzrückenlehne (20) erstreckt.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (28), welche die mindestens eine eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) aufnimmt, zumindest in einem unteren Teil der Sitzrückenlehne (20), d.h. zu dem Lendenbereich der Wirbelsäule des Benutzers passend, angeordnet ist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (28), welche die mindestens eine eingetaschte Federanordnung (30) aufnimmt, zumindest in einem unteren und zwischenliegenden Teil der Sitzrückenlehne (20), d.h. zu dem Lenden- und Brustbereich der Wirbelsäule des Benutzers passend, angeordnet ist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mittel (24) eingetaschte Federanordnungen (30) verschiedener Längen aufweist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (28), welche die eingetaschten Federanordnungen (30) aufnimmt, dazu vorgesehen ist, der Größe des elastischen Mittels (24) zu entsprechen.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Mittel (24) eingetaschte Federanordnungen (30) verschiedener Größen aufweist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingetaschten Federanordnungen (30) gewickelte Federn verschiedener Höhen aufweisen.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingetaschten Federanordnungen (30) gewickelte Federn mit verschiedenen Drahtdurchmessern aufweisen.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingetaschten Federanordnungen (30) gewickelte Federn mit verschiedenen Spiraldurchmessern aufweisen.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (25) einen steifen Mantel aufweist, welcher die umfängliche Außenkontur der Sitzrückenlehne (20) begrenzt und eine der Form einer Wirbelsäule entsprechende vertikale Ausdehnung aufweist.
- Sitzrückenlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (25) ein geformtes Harzmaterial aufweist.
