Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system for surface infiltration of precipitation drains with a vertical sequence of a green, mineral topsoil, a mineral subsoil and a mineral substrate.
Physical and chemical weathering, biological processes and the ingress and leaching of substances present natural soils with uniformly similar characteristics and properties. These distinct areas, in a top-down vertical sequence, form a nutrient-rich, invigorated topsoil characterized by humus enrichment and leaching, a subfloor dominated by mineralization and washed-in matter, and a subsurface from a little changing source rock. These soil horizons bring in their vertical sequence an advantageous, natural filtering effect and the digestion of organic pollutants by microorganisms, but only on the condition of an undisturbed soil structure, so that driving on such soils due to the consequent soil compaction makes these properties null and void. Systems for surface infiltration taking advantage of the natural filtering and sorption of the soil and the degradability of organic pollutants therefore require in addition to the paved roads significant additional unpaved surfaces to precipitation outflows to allow seepage from paved traffic areas without risk of groundwater pollution.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a drivable system for Flächenversickeung without having to give up the natural filtering and sorption of the soil and the degradability of organic pollutants.
Starting from a system for surface infiltration of precipitation discharges of the type described above, the invention solves the problem by the fact that between the mineral substrate and the mineral subsoil a ballast bed as a support layer for the bottom and top of the height by enforcing, at least in the transition region of Upper floor to the subfloor over the infiltration surface largely continuous floor area sicherstellendes support frame is provided, which removes traffic loads from the surface of the topsoil on the support layer while avoiding the surface infiltration lasting impairing compression of the upper and lower floor traffic loads.
By providing a ballast bed on the ground as a support layer for the top and bottom penetrating through scaffolding that absorbs the traffic loads, a compression of the upper and lower floors can be avoided in a simple and sustainable way, because the traffic loads occurring on the support frame are deposited directly on the base layer forming a ballast bed and thus the unencumbered soil retains its properties, especially as the living things and the roots of the vegetation bring a continued soil care especially in the topsoil area with it. Therefore, the natural soil properties with regard to filtration and sorption as well as pollutant decomposition can be used to advantage, but only if at least in the transition region from the topsoil to the subfloor a ground area largely continuous over the infiltration surface is ensured, which ensures largely uniform soil conditions over the infiltration surface and possible Avoid deterioration of the desired soil properties in locally separated areas.
In order to avoid frost damage in the area of the infiltration surface, the ballast bed forming the base layer may comprise a frost box so that the seeping rainwater discharge through the freezer box can be discharged into a frost-proof area in a manner known per se. In the event that the speed of the seepage in the area of the upper and lower subsoil is greater than in the area of the subsurface, a water storage layer can be provided between the base course and the subsoil, which prevents flooding of the seepage area in the event of large amounts of precipitation.
In order to obtain simple construction conditions for the framework, the framework may be composed of grid bodies forming chambers for receiving the upper and lower floors, wherein the chamber walls are provided at least in the transition region from the topsoil to the subsoil with openings to form a largely continuous over the infiltration surface bottom area , About these breakthroughs results in an over the extension of the grid body away through bottom area, so avoided in their effect on the individual chambers locally restricted floor sections and despite the chamber training a soil is achieved, which largely corresponds in its features and characteristics of a naturally grown soil without shoring ,
So that the ventilation of the floor necessary for the desired effect of upper and lower floor can be ensured, the area of the openings in the chamber walls of the individual chambers should correspond at least to the cross-sectional area of these chambers. These breakthrough surfaces related to the cross-sectional area of the chambers provide, in addition to the continuous floor ventilation, also an optimal connection between the individual chambers with the advantage that a natural nutrient balance with a good rooting can be achieved via the floor surface fastened by the support frame and a largely undisturbed movement behavior of the soil organisms results.
Particularly advantageous construction conditions are achieved with grids that form a molded plastic body, because the plastic walls, for example, compared to concrete walls may have a much smaller thickness, without jeopardizing the load transfer to the ballast bed of the support layer. However, thin walls of the grid body involve the danger that due to the traffic loads, the grid bodies are pressed into the ballast bed of the base course, so that the support structure can no longer protect the soil from compression. In order to prevent such a penetration of the grid body in the support layer, the chamber walls may be at least partially provided with support webs for the support layer. These footbridges increase the bearing surface of the grid body accordingly, so that in the area of the footprint results in a lower specific pressure.
Since it brings a considerable effort to fill individual chambers of the framework first with a subfloor and then with a topsoil, for the production of inventive systems for surface infiltration of precipitation outflows first on the mineral substrate a base layer of a ballast and then on the support layer Shoring be applied before the shoring is filled over its entire height with a topsoil material. Since the height of the shoring is designed for the total thickness of the top and bottom and thus has a usual height of about 25 to 30 cm, formed over time, the subsoil by itself, because just the properties of the topsoil, which are mainly determined by the soil organisms and the rooting, confine to a near-surface layer with a thickness of about 15 to 20 cm. After one or two winters, accordingly, corresponding soil horizons will have developed. As a filling material can be advantageously introduced a mixture of topsoil material and sand in the support frame, wherein a ratio of about two parts by weight Upper soil material to a part by weight of sand has proved to be particularly advantageous because in this case, before the formation of the subfloor, the filtering effect of the sand is used, which also prevents lumping of the earthy topsoil.

Since it is difficult to construct the ground above the
