Such devices for depression massage have been known for many years, in various fields such as: the fight against cellulite (by the disintegration of fat and cellulite nodules, thus improving the venous and lymphatic circulation, in order to fight effectively against an aspect "orange peel" of a cutaneous zone), for the improvement of the body aesthetic or the fitness. These massage devices were initially developed to automate the classic massage method known to physiotherapists as "palpate-rolling", so as to increase the effectiveness of this technique and to remove the painful phenomena. traumatic of the digital pinch.

Initially, such depression massage devices formed a single fold of a skin area to be massaged. Devices have been developed forming several folds of the cutaneous area to be massaged.

Most of these known massage devices comprise a hollow casing delimiting a massage chamber having an open inner face, means for connecting this casing to a suction source adapted to generate a reduced pressure inside the casing. massage chamber, and massage means subjected in whole or in part to the depression created by the suction source. In GB330461 the displacement means consist of non-depressed rollers, while a skin area is held in the form of a fold by suction nozzles interposed between the rollers. Such a device does not allow to form or work folds of high height, thus limiting its effectiveness, especially in the case of cellulite treatment. These devices of the first type compensate for their lower folding efficiency by increased suction, resulting in a feeling of discomfort or pain for the user, close to a series of successive pinches.

FR2723310 discloses a second type of device comprising three massage rollers, two end rollers of the same diameter are mounted on movable shafts adapted to be moved in horizontal lights in a housing where there is a depression, and a central roller is mounted on a fixed axis. Here again, the rollers have zones of contact with the cutaneous zone situated substantially in the same plane disposed at the bottom part of the housing. At rest, the axis of the central roller is located equal distance from the axes of the other two rollers. In such a device, the rollers participate in both the displacement of the device and the formation of folds of the cutaneous zone. Under the effect of depression, the rollers approach and exert an increased pinching action of the cutaneous zone. Although such a device comprises elastic return means mobile end rollers in a direction opposite to their approximation, the inconvenience associated with the pinching of the cutaneous area remains unpleasant for a user and difficult to control. The invention aims to overcome these drawbacks by proposing a vacuum massage device capable of forming and moving multiple skin folds penetrating inside a vacuum chamber, simultaneously making it possible to perform an effective massage, in particular able to fight effectively against cellulite, and with an improved feeling of comfort for the patient, especially without pain.

The invention aims more particularly to provide such a massage device forming specific folds providing a better massage effectiveness, in particular which promotes the disintegration of fat and cellulite nodules by a pumping and drainage effect of the grease contained in the zones. cutaneous to massage.

10. Device according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the bottom edge of each side wall of the casing (3) forming said peripheral rim has an edge inclined upwards and inwards in respect of the massage chamber (4).
11. Device according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the side walls (29) of the casing (3) have notches (36) formed as a recess in the thickness thereof on the inner face thereof from said peripheral rim between the fold-creating rollers (7, 8).
12. Device according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that it further comprises means (6, 41) for guiding the casing (3) in movement, suitable for guiding same in contact with the skin area (2).
13. Device according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that it comprises means (12) for setting the depression level applied in the massage chamber (4).
