Gegebenenfalls können weitere Absaugschächte auch zwischen verschiedenen Kochmulden angeordnet werden, die gemeinsam das Kochfeld bilden, Mit einem kompletten Rahmen-/Kanalsystem, das sich individuell um das Kochfeld legt, werden somit die Schwaden nach unten abgesaugt, so dass der Verschmutzungsgrad inner halb der Küche unmittelbar verringert wird.
