Abstract
The invention relates to an anchor having a tie rod comprising a head on the front end thereof having a greater diameter than the tie rod at least in a radial direction, and having a longitudinally supported expanding sleeve longitudinally axially displaceably disposed on the tie rod in the direction of the head, so that forcing the expanding sleeve onto the head expands the expanding sleeve in the radial direction. According to the invention, the expanding sleeve contacts the tie rod with a friction fit without threads, said tie rod being preferably cranked. An extension of the expanding sleeve extends backwards over the area of the crank.
Description
Anker mit einer Zugstange Anchor with a drawbar
The invention relates to an anchor with a pull rod, which has at its front end a head with a larger diameter in at least one radial direction than the pull rod and with a longitudinally supported expansion sleeve which is arranged längsaxial in the direction of the head on the pull rod, so that a distraction of the expansion sleeve on the head, the expansion sleeve is widened in the radial direction.
Such anchors are used in the fastening technology in construction and in particular for fixing suspended ceilings, installation ways, for anchoring insulation connectors, in the construction of cladding brick cladding and other structures in which concrete or solid brick are used.
Such fastening applications are used in particular to comply with small axis and edge distances. The simplest method is to anchor a head bolt by pouring in the ground, other constructions work with so-called. Spreader anchors. In most cases, an expansion body is used, which can be retracted into an expansion sleeve or in which the expansion sleeve is pushed over the expansion body. The expansion sleeve is usually made of a stamped sheet metal part and has one or more slots, whereby the expansion sleeve is divided into several expansion leg. The expansion body (head) is designed in the simplest case as an expansion cone and connected to an anchor shaft, the pull rod. In principle, it is also possible to form the expansion head as Spreizkegelmutter and screw on the anchor shaft.
At its rear end, the pull rod may have different abutment, such as screwed heads or the like. For attachment of the armature, the expansion sleeve is driven in the known from the prior art embodiments via a threaded connection by rotation relative to the pull rod in the direction of the head, where it is widened at its expansion lugs and so for a positive connection with the borehole. Such anchors are known for example from DE 33 30 669 C2. The disadvantage of these anchors is that the necessary screw movements for anchoring anchorage prevent a fast anchor assembly. In addition, an inaccurate cut thread on the expansion sleeve or on the anchor or it can not make matching threaded parts or a damaged thread the anchor unusable, at least make its installation considerably.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an anchor of the type mentioned, which is simple in construction, is inexpensive to produce and its handling is simple.
To solve this problem, an anchor is proposed in which the expansion sleeve frictional and thread-free rests on the pull rod.
This design has the advantage that the propulsive force can be applied without rotation to the expansion sleeve for direct linear feed. Possibly. With the aid of a striking tool or directly, the expansion sleeve can be driven by impact in the direction of the head. For spreading thus suffice few strokes that can be performed in less time than the screw movements required by the prior art last.
Particularly easy, usually without further aids, the anchor can be attached when the drawbar is cranked. This construction provides the possibility that an extension piece of the expansion sleeve protrudes beyond the Kröpfungsbereich so that this extension is "exposed" due to the cranking and thereby a clearance for hammer blows to propel the expansion sleeve is created.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the head is formed as a flat profile, wherein the broad side to the head end at least over a portion of its longitudinal extent conically widened and is formed conically tapered. By this measure, the frictional resistance, the expansion sleeve during axial propulsion in Area of the head experiences, limited to a minimum, since the frictional contact surfaces are essentially limited to the narrow sides.
According to a further embodiment, the head tip may be cylindrical, cubic or cuboid-shaped, wherein the largest cross-sectional width is preferably smaller than the largest radial extent of the head. This training has the advantage of a further optimized wedging of the anchor.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the expansion sleeve has a subsequent to the cylindrical profile half-cylinder profile which projects beyond the cranked region of the tie rod back, preferably the protruding out of the half-cylinder profiles has a length corresponding to the way that cover the expansion sleeve to maximum Aufachs longitudinal axial got to. Such a configuration allows in a simple way that the extension of the expansion sleeve can be guided past the region of the cranking during the propulsion. Furthermore, a semi-cylindrical profile-like impact surface is created with the greatest possible rigidity of the expansion sleeve extension.
It has proved to be advantageous if the expansion sleeve has only a single longitudinal slot, which facilitates their production, since then it can be assumed that a sheet metal blank, which is bent into an expansion sleeve and pressed onto the pull rod.
Es zeigenFurther embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the drawings. Show it

All of the illustrated embodiments are easy to handle and prevent rotational movements must be performed on the head to drive the expansion sleeve.
The preferred embodiment according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. It can be seen that the illustrated armature has a head 1, which is arranged at the front end. The conclusion forms a head tip 8, which is formed in the present case kurzzylindrisch. The head 1 is formed as a flat profile, the broad side (see Fig. 2) widens conically towards the head end to a maximum, whereas the apparent from Fig. 1 and 3 narrow sides are conically tapered. At this head is followed by a tie rod part 3, which is surrounded by an expansion sleeve 2, which has a single longitudinal slot 7 (see FIG. 2). The cylindrical profile of the expansion sleeve 2 is adjoined in the rear region by a half-cylinder profile as extension 9, which projects beyond the region of the crank 4. The longitudinal slot 7 and the extension 9 are arranged on different sides. The semi-cylindrical end face 6, however, is free and above the range of the crank 4, so that the expansion sleeve 2 completely encloses the region 3 of the armature or the tie rod. Beyond the rear end of the crank 4, the tie rod end 5 is arranged exposed. For attachment of the anchor this is introduced with its support or his head 1 in an existing hole, after which subsequently (in the drawing from below) to the free end of the extension 9 hammer blows are performed, which drive the expansion sleeve in the direction of the head 1. In this case, the expansion sleeve is widened and forms a form-fitting to the borehole wall. In principle, it is also possible to use a pull rod 3, 15 according to FIGS. 4 and 6, which has no offset, but extends in a straight line. In this case, the impact force on the end face 10 at the rear end of the half-cylinder profile of the extension 9 must be applied in each case, possibly with the aid of a titmouse or the like.
Fig. 7 to 9 show the armature in a cranked design, however, the expansion sleeve is designed as a cylindrical profile 12 with a single slot 7. Again, the impact force must be applied to the lower side of the expansion sleeve using an auxiliary. 10 to 12 show an embodiment in which the same expansion sleeve 12 as shown in Fig. 7 to 9 is used is used, but here is the tie rods 3, 15 formed in a straight line.
It is essential in the present invention that the expansion sleeve 2 or 12 rests in a region of the tie rod, which lies below a conically widening to the end head, wherein the expansion sleeve encloses this cylindrical Zugankerteil 3 over its entire surface. The anchor shown in Figs. 1 to 12, which can serve for example for suspending racks, has an expansion sleeve 2, which consists of steel and which has a single longitudinal gap 7 which extends over the entire Spreizhülsenhöhe 2 (except the extension ). Part 5 of the drawbar can be used for fastening suspended ceilings, installation ways and other construction joints. In the cranked embodiment, there is also the advantage that a force acting on the part 5 of the drawbar force due to the crank 4 additionally generates bending and shear forces, which improve the frictional adhesion of the armature in the receiving the head and the expansion sleeve component.
