Abstract

L'expression « Cubitainer » est une définition générale d'un vin stocké dans des sacs en feuille d’aluminium ou en matière plastique, comprenant un robinet de soutirage, lequel sac est lui-même emballé dans un carton en forme de boîte dans lequel le robinet de soutirage peut être fixé lorsque le vin est versé. L'inconvénient d'un « Cubitainer » est, entre autres, qu'il n'est pas décoratif sur une table à manger, et, en particulier, que le robinet de soutirage est disposée le plus près du fond de l'extrémité inférieure du carton, ce qui provoque la nécessité d'élever le carton afin de disposer un verre en dessous du robinet de soutirage. Ceci a abouti au développement de différents supports et de différents caches, dont l'aspect esthétique laisse à désirer. De plus, il n'est pas possible de déterminer visuellement la quantité de vin qui reste dans le sac à l'intérieur du carton. Par conséquent, l'invention porte sur un distributeur pour des fluides/du vin stockés comme exposé précédemment, lequel distributeur est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une enceinte (8) pour recevoir un sac (4) contenant un fluide, le côté (12) de l'enceinte (8) comprenant une première prise pour recevoir le robinet de soutirage (6), et, à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (8), une plaque (18) montée de façon déplaçable et appliquée par pression et/ou traction contre le couvercle, mettant le fluide/vin sous pression, ce qui permet au vin d'être versé sans élever le carton au-dessus de la surface de la table, grâce à quoi le carton ne dominera pas visuellement le décor de table. La plaque appliquée par pression (18) comprend de plus des goujons faisant saillie à travers des pistes dans l'enceinte, ce par quoi un contrôle visuel du contenu de fluide dans l'emballage peut être déterminé.
