  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs d'affichage et plus particulièrement au domaine des articulations qui forment la charnière entre le panneau ouvrant et le dormant de ces dispositifs d'affichage.
  • Actuellement, les panneaux d'affichages de fabrication courante comprennent une ou plusieurs charnières qui participent à l'articulation d'un ouvrant du dispositif d'affichage avec le dormant formé par le bâti dans lequel un élément affiché se trouve logé. Lors d'intempéries importantes, l'étanchéité du dispositif d'affichage peut être soumise à rude épreuve et conduire à des problèmes d'infiltration d'eau de pluie ou de neige à l'intérieur du dispositif d'affichage au niveau des charnières d'articulation.
  • Ce problème d'infiltration peut alors entraîner une dégradation des éléments affichés, voire même des mécanismes mécanique ou électronique à l'intérieur du dispositif, et donc altérer la qualité de l'affichage par le dispositif.

  • La présente invention a pour objet de pallier ce principal inconvénient de l'art antérieur en proposant un mécanisme d'articulation entre un ouvrant et un dormant qui permettent de restreindre voire même de supprimer les risques d'infiltration à leur niveau.
  • Cet objectif est atteint grâce à une articulation pour panneau d'affichage et comprenant les caractéristiques de la revendication 1.
  • Selon une variante de l'invention, l'articulation est caractérisée en ce que le troisième élément forme avec le dormant une gouttière.

  • L'invention porte sur une articulation entre deux pièces d'un dispositif d'affichage (9), à savoir un dormant (1) formé par un bâti et un ouvrant (2). Cette articulation réalise une charnière formée par au moins trois éléments.
  • Un premier élément (3) de l'articulation est fixé sur une première des pièces du dispositif d'affichage, et forme et/ou porte un élément en saillie constituant un axe de pivotement (3b) de la charnière. Un second élément (4) est monté fixé au premier élément (3), par exemple au niveau d'une zone adaptée de vissage en forme de U (X). Ce second élément (4) comporte en extrémité au moins une portion (4b) présentant un profil sensiblement en forme de secteur cylindrique au niveau d'une de ses faces de façon à réaliser avec l'élément saillie (3b) formant l'axe de pivotement et la partie évidée du premier élément (3) située à proximité de l'élément en saillie (3b), un logement (6) au profil de secteur circulaire centré sur l'axe de pivotement (3b), ce logement formant une cavité ménagée entre le premier élément (3) et le deuxième élément (4). L'articulation comprend encore un troisième élément (5) qui, lui, est fixé à la seconde des pièces du dispositif d'affichage, par exemple le dormant, et qui comporte au moins une portion (5b) dont le profil en secteur cylindrique est arrangé pour coulisser en rotation par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (3b) dans le logement (6) ou cavité en secteur cylindrique formé par les deux premiers éléments (3, 4) de l'articulation. Cette partie (5b) du troisième élément (5) de l'articulation présente également un profil circulaire centré sur l'axe de pivotement avec une section de diamètre adapté à celui de l'axe de pivotement et d'épaisseur identique à celle du logement (6). Ainsi, cette partie coulissante (5b) du troisième élément (5) s'articule au niveau d'une première face avec l'axe de pivotement (6b) porté par le premier élément (6) et au niveau d'une seconde face avec la partie (4b) du second élément (4).
  • Préférentiellement, le second élément (4) de l'articulation, positionné sur la face extérieure de l'ouvrant, a une partie de profil circulaire (4b) qui présente une courbure pour recouvrir la partie de profil circulaire (3b) du troisième élément (3) de façon à former avec celui-ci une continuité étanche.
  • Le premier élément (3) et le second élément (4) sont situés du même côté par rapport au troisième élément (5) et présentent une forme complémentaire, ce qui permet de réaliser un logement et un agencement étanche de l'articulation, comme décrit ci-avant et sur la figure 2.
  • Selon une particularité de réalisation de l'invention, l'articulation est caractérisée en ce que les premier (3b) et le second (4b) éléments de l'articulation sont montés sur l'ouvrant et le troisième élément (5b) est monté sur le portant. Dans une alternative de réalisation, le montage des éléments (3, 4, 5) de l'articulation sur l'ouvrant (1) et le dormant (2) du dispositif d'affichage peuvent être inversés.
  • Le premier élément (3) et le second élément (4) de l'articulation comprennent respectivement une partie sensiblement plane (3a, 4a) arrangée pour interagir avec une structure plane du dispositif d'affichage. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, cette structure plane du dispositif est réalisée par l'élément de l'ouvrant (2) qu'est le panneau transparent (2a), par exemple en plexiglas ou en verre.   • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le dormant (1) du dispositif d'affichage est réalisé par un bâti sur lequel le troisième élément (5) de l'articulation est fixé. Cette fixation est réalisée par exemple par un vissage (Y) au niveau d'une zone appropriée de façon à rendre étanche la jonction entre ce troisième élément (5) et le dormant (1). Cette étanchéité peut être, par exemple, renforcée par la présence de butées (1a) de positionnement qui interagissent avec des butées (5a) du troisième élément (5) sur le dormant (1) et limitent et réduisent les risques éventuels d'infiltration. De même, selon un mode de réalisation préféré mais non limitatif, le dormant (1) du dispositif comporte également une partie dont la section à la forme d'une gouttière ouverte vers l'extérieur du dispositif d'affichage. L'articulation de l'invention, notamment le troisième élément (5) de l'articulation dans l'exemple représenté sur les figures, est positionnée à l'intérieur de cette gouttière de façon à renforcer l'étanchéité de la jonction entre le dormant (1) et l'ouvrant (2) du dispositif d'affichage.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l'articulation qui assure la jonction de l'ouvrant (2) sur le dormant (1) du dispositif d'affichage n'est disposée que sur une partie d'une longueur du dispositif d'affichage. Cette articulation charnière peut ainsi être discontinue le long du dispositif d'affichage. Bien que les premier (3) et troisième (5) éléments de l'articulation peuvent être positionné de façon discontinu le long de la jonction ouvrant (2)/dormant (1), le second élément (4), positionné sur la surface extérieur du dispositif d'affichage, demeure préférentiellement disposé sur toute la longueur de la jonction ouvrant (2)/dormant (1). En absence d'articulation, l'étanchéité du dispositif d'affichage est alors assurée d'une part par le profil du dormant (1) en forme de gouttière et d'autre part par le second élément (4) dont la partie recourbée (4b) déborde vers l'intérieur de la gouttière et recouvre les parties ou du dispositif où l'articulation est absente.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le second élément (4) de l'articulation comprend une partie (4c) qui comporte une épaisseur plus importante qui permet dans le cadre d'une standardisation de positionner certains accessoires dans le dispositif d'affichage. Une autre pièce de ce second élément (4) peut ainsi être positionnée sur le bord de l'ouvrant (2) qui est opposé à l'articulation. Dans ce cas, un exemple de ces accessoires peut être une serrure (8). Le second élément (4) comprend alors un trou perforant (7) centré sur un axe de pivotement d'une clé dans une serrure, la serrure (8) étant montée fixée sur la partie épaisse (4c) de l'élément de l'articulation.     - un second élément (4), monté fixé au premier élément (3) et présentant au moins une portion (4b) arrangée de façon à réaliser avec le premier élément un logement (6) en forme de secteur cylindrique centré sur l'axe de pivotement (3b),

    le second élément (4) forme une continuité étanche avec le troisième élément (5), la portion du second élément (4) qui réalise le logement de coulissement recouvrant la partie coulissante du troisième élément (5), et en ce que le premier élément (3) et le second élément (4) sont situés du même côté par rapport au troisième élément et présentent une forme complémentaire, permettant de réaliser un logement et un agencement étanche de l'articulation et en ce que le second élément
    (4) est positionné sur la face extérieure de l'ouvrant (2).
  2. Articulation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le troisième élément (5) forme avec le dormant une gouttière.
  3. Articulation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier élément (3) et le second élément (4) comprennent chacun une partie de leur structure qui se font face de façon à pincer un élément de l'ouvrant (2), lors de la fixation du second élément (4) sur le premier élément (3).
  4. Articulation selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que l'élément de l'ouvrant pincé par les premier (3) et second (4) éléments est une plaque de verre (2a).
  5. Articulation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier (3) ou le troisième élément (5) forment un élément unique avec la pièce, ouvrant (2) ou dormant (1), à laquelle ils sont fixés.
  6. Articulation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le second élément (4) et/ou le troisième élément (4) forme un élément unique avec la pièce, ouvrant (2) ou dormant (1), à laquelle ils sont fixés.
  7. Articulation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'articulation est disposée sur au moins une partie de la longueur du dormant (1) et/ou de l'ouvrant (2).
  8. Dispositif d'affichage (9) comprenant au moins une articulation selon une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que, une section du dormant (1) du dispositif d'affichage (9) présentant un profil avec au moins une gouttière, l'articulation comprend au moins un élément fixé à l'intérieur de la gouttière du dormant (1).
  9. Dispositif d'affichage selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que la
    gouttière comprend une ouverture orientée vers l'extérieur du dispositif.
