The invention relates to a sales display of cardboard material such as cardboard, corrugated cardboard or the like, with a supporting support surface, such as a rear wall, are provided in the receptacles for shelves by means of web connections.

Multifunctional shelves, which can be inexpensively manufactured on the basis of a modular system and can be assembled or dismantled in a very short time, are known.

EP 0 868 873 A1 shows a shelf of this type, in which the side stands are provided with smooth-surfaced outer surfaces and the inner surfaces have openings into which coupling elements can be inserted. It is desirable to create a shelf that is multifunctional and that is characterized by a high stability and at the same time manufactured inexpensively due to the modular system and can be built up or taken down in no time.

It would also be advantageous if the goods carriers used, shelves for receiving goods after insertion are stably connected to the supporting rear wall.

Furthermore, it is desirable if the shelf can carry goods with considerable weight and these are freely visible from the front and from the side.

Furthermore, shelf systems are known in which, for example, strips are fastened to the wall, which have slots. Support brackets are hooked into these slots, which in turn support the shelf.

However, from all this information of the prior art, the way to the present invention has not been presented.

If a product is to be displayed in a shop or trade fair, shelving systems or sales stands are required. These are often manufactured individually to do justice to the different features and textures of the product. The disadvantage is that for each new sales campaign of the same or different products, new sales displays must always be manufactured individually.

The sales display according to the invention offers a good opportunity to counter these disadvantages.

The sales display according to the invention is multifunctional, is characterized by a high stability, is also inexpensive to produce due to the modular system and can be built or dismantled in a very short time.

In order to set up the stand according to the invention, if necessary, also under the open sky, the support surface, shelves, panel and / or feet can be provided with moisture protection. Wet protection can, as is known, take place by means of impregnating agents or applied films, preferably transparent films.

About the slots (2) in the support surface, the trays (5, 6) are held over the webs inserted therein (8). Positive locking means that the webs of the shelves (8) fit snugly into the slots (2) and hold them due to the weight of the shelves. After insertion, the webs of the shelves (8) are supported in the slots (2) of the support surface (1).

The slots (2) of the support surface (1) may be continuous, i. be present in the front and back of the support surface. Advantageously, depending on the thickness d of the carrier surface (1), the slots (2) can also be arranged only on the front side of the carrier surface or only on the rear side of the carrier surface. The height h of the slots (2) is preferably 3 mm to 80 mm, preferably 5 to 25 mm, and the width b of the slots is preferably in the range of 10 mm to 600 mm, preferably 50 to 400 mm. The webs (8) are dimensioned accordingly, so that a stable attachment and suspension of the shelves (5, 6) is ensured.

The size of the shelves (5, 6) and the support surface (1) are preferably matched to common pallet sizes.

The inserted shelves (5, 6), goods carriers, also called trays, are stable after insertion via the webs (8) with the support surface (1), e.g. a supporting back wall, connected. The support surface (1) takes the loads of the shelves (5, 6) on the webs (8) ideally completely.

The webs (8) of the shelves (5, 6) are preferably prevented from slipping out of the slots (2, 4) by means of an undercut (9) (FIG. 6), a bond or other fastening possibilities customary in display construction. The sales display can thus carry goods with considerable weight. The dimensioning of the shelves takes place depending on the goods and objects to be presented. The stability of the shelves is preferably dimensioned up to 15 kg carrying weight. However, the stability of the shelves can also be up to 30 kg per shelf.

Even with high payloads, no additional load-bearing or stiffening struts or bars between the individual shelves, the product carriers, are required (Figure 4).

Another significant advantage is that the shelves are freely visible from the front and from the side due to the only single attachment over the webs or in the support surface. The goods presented on the goods carrier are thus freely visible in an angular range of at least 180 ° starting from the rear wall without disturbing the side walls or additional struts disturb the view. If the shelves are laterally beyond the support surface, a viewing angle of more than 180 ° is possible.

With the help of the invention, for the first time, a more than 180 ° visibility of goods or objects to be presented on the sales display is possible.

Struts between the shelves (5, 6) are therefore still additionally usable depending on the goods to be presented. A visual obstruction is, as formulated as one of the tasks to be solved, then via the form of struts, their material and size to prevent or reduce. Advantageously, more slots (2) are provided in the support surface (1) than webs of the shelves (8) are inserted. In this way it is possible to create a multi-functional shelf that can be flexibly equipped with the required number of shelves (5, 6) as needed. It is also possible different widths or differently shaped shelves, goods carriers and trays with a different number of bars to insert. The sales display can therefore be configured differently depending on requirements (see Figure 4, 5, 6)

Likewise, in addition to the shelves (5, 6) and the presentation of the goods promotional items (10) additionally by means of one or more webs (8) are attached to the carrier (Figure 7).

In order to ensure the widest possible variety of plug-in options of shelves, any number and size, the slots are preferably arranged in the support surface in a grid (see Figure 1).

The stabilization of the shelves (5, 6) in the support surface takes place only via the slot - bar lock. The web (8) protrudes into the slot (2) preferably flush. The web (8) can protrude so far into the slot (2) as the support surface is thick. This prevents protruding out of the rear wall, which makes an aesthetic impression possible, especially when there is free presentation in the room. The panel (3) has slots (4), which are advantageously dimensioned like the slots (2) of the support surface and are arranged congruently with the slots (2) to a positive reception of the webs (8) of the shelves in the support surface guarantee. The diaphragm (1) may be equal in its surface, smaller or larger than the support surface (1). In the case of the latter, the panel projects beyond the support surface or its front side (see Figures 3, 4). As material layers, also plug-in connectors (12) can be attached to the panel or integrated in the panel (see Figure 4). The clipping or additional material layers are advantageously hinged attached to the aperture and advantageously consist of the blend material.

The panel itself is advantageously made of paper, cardboard and has only necessary according to the cover thickness d (aperture) of advantageously a few millimeters to a few centimeters.

One purpose of the bezel is that all unnecessary slots of the support surface (2) can be covered with it. This increases the visual effect of the salesman. It is advantageous that the support surface in mass production can always be made with the same number of slots and only the panels must be adapted to the respective individual presentation or product events.

The panel (3) is preferably attached to or on the carrier surface (1) and is advantageously held directly by means of the slots (5, 6) inserted into the slots (2) of the carrier surface (1) by means of webs (8). The panel (3) is thus simply placed in the structure in front of the support surface (1) and the shelves (5, 6) inserted (Figure 1).

If the panel is integrated in the support surface, various design options can also be provided according to the invention here. For example, the panel (3) may comprise only the front of the support surface (1), which is designed as a wall, for example. Likewise, however, it is also possible to grasp the rear side, one or all of the side walls by means of the panel (Figure 4).

It is thus possible according to the invention to provide in each case one diaphragm (3) also on the side surface and / or rear side of the carrier surface (1) (see Figure 3). The panels and possibly additional layers of material on the back, front and sides of the support surface may be mounted individually, but preferably the material layers are at least partially interconnected (see Figure 3). The integration of the panel in the support surface has also made it possible to simplify the production and the individual design of the sales stand. The panel (3) can be advantageously printed as well as serve for shaping, as an information carrier or for stabilizing the sales stand.

The display stand according to the invention can be used for various goods to be presented.

Since the support surface has several slots, the goods carriers can be placed individually depending on the product, shape and size. The support surface and the shelves can therefore be used for differently configured sales displays.

By means of the erector according to the invention, it is possible for the first time to inexpensively produce the same carriers and trays in a large number. Only the panels are manufactured individually and designed, printed or expanded depending on the purpose.

This results in significant cost advantages in the production and storage. An inventive sales display can be used for different product presentations.

Only the panels are designed according to the product to be presented for sales promotion, possibly printed with pictures of the goods. The support surface can be mass-produced and possibly reused. The panel and its material layers can extend beyond the support surface or its side surfaces in width and height.

For example, a user would take from the camp a prefabricated Trägerfiäche with grid-like arrangement of the slots and select the required shelves according to his goods. He would then have to customize the bezel individually and finished his individual sales stand, the carrier and shelves would then be reusable.
