Claims (8)

  1. Ein Brenner für professionelle oder Haushaltsgaskocher, insbesondere vom Typ von Brennern mit vertikaler Flamme zum Kochen mit Woks und dergleichen, der Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Brennerkörper (11), der im Wesentlichen ringförmig ist und eine rohrförmige Kammer (12) einschließt, die in einer im Wesentlichen spiralförmigen Anordnung um eine Zentralachse (A) liegt und mit einer Zugangsöffnung (13) versehen ist,
    - eine Venturi-Zuführdüse (14), die mit dem Körper (11) verbunden ist und sich zu der Öffnung (13) hin öffnet, um das Verbrennungsgas der Kammer (12) zuzuführen,
    wobei der Körper (11) ausgestattet ist mit
    - oberen Auslassöffnungen (15) für das Gas, die sich zu der Seite (16) des Körpers (11) hin öffnen, die im Gebrauch die obere ist, und ausgebildet sind, um eine Flamme zu bilden, die im Wesentlichen entlang der Zentralachse (A) ausgerichtet ist,
    - zentrale Auslassöffnungen (17) für das Gas, die sich zu dem Körper (11), im Wesentlichen zu der Zentralachse (A) hin, öffnen,
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Auslassöffnungen (15) eine Ringöffnung (19) umfassen, die peripher zu dem Körper (11) ist.
  2. Der Brenner gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Venturidüse (14) eine Einströmrichtung (B) für das Gas in die Kammer (12) bestimmt, die im Wesentlichen tangential zu der Zentralachse (A) ist.
  3. Der Brenner gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Auslassöffnungen (15) Löcher (18a, 18b) umfassen, die im Wesentlichen im Umfangsrichtung zu der Zentralachse (A) und peripher zu dem Körper (11) angeordnet sind.
  4. Der Brenner gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (18a, 18b) erste Löcher (18a) und zweite Löcher (18b) umfassen, die in verschiedenen radialen Abständen angebracht sind, wobei die ersten Löcher (18a) von den zweiten Löchern (18b) in Umfangsrichtung um die Zentralachse (A) herum versetzt sind.
  5. Der Brenner gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentralen Auslassöffnungen (17) schlitzförmig und im Wesentlichen einheitlich an einer Wand (20) des Körpers (11) verteilt sind, die im Wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmig ist und sich im Gebrauch nach oben verzweigt und im Wesentlichen koaxial mit der Zentralachse (A) ist, der sie zugewandt ist.
  6. Der Brenner gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zentralen Auslassöffnungen (17) im Wesentlichen auf Ebenen (D) liegen, die tangential zu einer zylindrischen Oberfläche (E) sind, welche einen ausgewählten Radius hat und koaxial mit der Zentralachse (A) ist.
  7. Der Brenner gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (11) Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Basis (22), die einen Boden (23), der wie eine Wendelrampe geformt ist, und einen Umfangsbund (24) umfasst,
    - einen Deckel (25), der einen ringförmigen Teil (26) und die Wand (20) umfasst und ausgebildet ist, um komplementär mit der Basis (22) zusammengefügt zu werden.
  8. Der Brenner gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (18a, 18b) sich zu dem ringförmigen Teil (26) hin öffnen, der eine periphere kreisrunde Klappe (27) hat, welche an die Löcher (18a, 18b) angrenzt, zum Ruhen in einem konturierten Sitz (28), der an dem Rand (29) des Bundes (24) angebracht ist, wobei die Klappe (27) und der Rand (29) die Ringöffnung (19) bilden, wobei weiter unterhalb der Klappe (27) Schlitze (30) für die Verbindung zwischen der Kammer (12) und der Ringöffnung (19) angebracht sind, um dort das Gas zuzuführen, um eine Vorhang einer Zündflamme zu bilden, um das Gas zu entzünden, das aus den Löchern (18a, 18b) austritt.
