In contrast, in the preferred embodiment, it may be programmed to repeat the various steps before and/or after and/or during the transit of a vehicle on the rail 2.
  • the various steps may be repeated several times so as to take advantage of the passage of the various wheels to distribute a greater quantity of grease along a longer stretch of rail 2.
  • the device 1 comprises a suitable detector sensor 28 connected to the control unit 27, which can therefore be programmed to activate grease dispensing and spraying depending on the sensor reading (in any case, if necessary there may be an additional timed dispensing action).
  • the sensor may be a sensor 28 for detecting the vibrations induced by the vehicle on the rail 2, an electromagnetic sensor, an optical sensor or another type.

  • the first operating unit comprises at least part of the first feed means and the second feed means 20, and more particularly the tank 16, the pump 17 and the compressor 21, as well as the control unit 27, whilst the second operating unit comprises all of the other elements, and in particular at least the dispensing means 8 and the spraying means.
  • the second operating unit may be inserted at least partly in the empty space along the web 4 of the rail 2 above the flange 3 and it may be covered by a specific covering guard 29 (just as the first operating unit may comprise its own containment box, not illustrated).

  • this invention also relates to a railway line with grooved rails 2, in which at least one of the grooved rails 2 is equipped with one or more through holes 10 made through a part of the rail 2 delimiting the groove 7 and leading into the groove 7, and is equipped with at least one lubricator device 1 of the type described above whose dispensing means 8 and spraying means are connected to said one or more through holes 10.

Claims (12)

  1. Une ligne de chemin de fer avec des rails à gorge (2) dans laquelle au moins un des rails à gorge (2) est doté d'un ou de plusieurs trous débouchants (10) qui sont réalisés à travers une partie dudit rail (2) délimitant la gorge (7) et qui débouchent dans ladite gorge (7), la ligne comprenant au moins un dispositif de lubrification (1) comprenant à son tour :
    des moyens de distribution de graisse (8) qui sont reliés à au moins un trou débouchant (10), lesdits moyens de distribution (8) étant destinés à distribuer, en fonctionnement, la graisse sur une surface de la gorge (7) du rail (2) qui est proche du trou débouchant (10) ; et
    des premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) pour alimenter de la graisse aux moyens de distribution (8) ; caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de lubrification (1) comprend aussi :
    des moyens de pulvérisation de graisse (9) reliés à au moins un trou débouchant (10), lesdits moyens de pulvérisation (9) étant destinés à pulvériser, en fonctionnement, la graisse sur une surface de la gorge (7) du rail (2) qui est opposée au trou débouchant (10) ; les premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) alimentant également la graisse aux moyens de pulvérisation (9) ;
    des deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (20) pour alimenter un fluide de poussée sous pression aux moyens de pulvérisation (9) pour les activer ; et
    au moins une unité de commande (27) opérationnellement reliée au moins aux premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) et aux deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (20), et programmée pour, en fonctionnement :
    activer les premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) pour alimenter de la graisse aux moyens de distribution (8) et aux moyens de pulvérisation (9) et pour que la graisse soit distribuée à travers les moyens de distribution (8) ; et
    une fois que la graisse a été alimentée aux moyens de pulvérisation (9), activer les deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (20) pour que la graisse soit pulvérisée par les moyens de pulvérisation (9).
  2. La ligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de distribution (8) et les moyens de pulvérisation (9) comprennent respectivement au moins un conduit (12) pour la graisse comprenant une première extrémité (13) qui est directement ou indirectement reliée aux premiers moyens d'alimentation (14), et une deuxième extrémité (15) reliée au trou débouchant (10).
  3. La ligne selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de pulvérisation (9) comprennent au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation de graisse (23) relié entre les premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) et la première extrémité (13) dudit au moins un conduit (12) respectif, et comprenant aussi au moins une ouverture d'entrée (26) pour le fluide de poussée sous pression.
  4. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) comprennent au moins un réservoir (16) pour la graisse, une pompe (17) pour le transport de la graisse et si nécessaire une première électrovanne marche-arrêt (18).
  5. La ligne selon les revendications 2 et 4, caractérisée en ce que les premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) comprennent aussi au moins un élément (19) pour la distribution de la graisse entre les différents conduits, le fonctionnement dudit élément étant actif ou passif.
  6. La ligne selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de distribution (19) est un distributeur progressif.
  7. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (20) comprennent au moins un compresseur (21) et au moins une deuxième électrovanne marche-arrêt (22).
  8. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend aussi un capteur (28) pour détecter le passage d'un véhicule sur le rail (2), le capteur étant relié à l'unité de commande (27), et étant aussi caractérisée en ce que l'unité de commande (27) est programmée pour activer la distribution et la pulvérisation de la graisse au moins en fonction de ce que le capteur détecte.
  9. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de commande (27) est programmée pour activer la distribution et la pulvérisation de la graisse de façon temporisée selon des intervalles prédéfinis qui, le cas échéant, peuvent être programmables.
  10. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de pulvérisation (9) forment aussi les moyens de distribution (8), et étant aussi caractérisée en ce que l'unité de commande (27) est programmée pour activer uniquement les premiers moyens d'alimentation (14) pour que les moyens de pulvérisation (9) fonctionnent comme les moyens de distribution (8), et pour activer aussi les deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (20) pour que les moyens de pulvérisation (9) fonctionnent comme moyens de pulvérisation proprement dits.
  11. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux unités opérationnelles, une première unité opérationnelle comprenant au moins une partie des premiers moyens d'alimentation et des deuxièmes moyens d'alimentation (20) et l'unité de commande (27), et qui, en fonctionnement, est placée à proximité d'une ligne de chemin de fer, et une deuxième unité opérationnelle comprenant au moins les moyens de distribution (8) et les moyens de pulvérisation qui est montée sur le côté du rail (2) à graisser.
  12. La ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les trous débouchants (10) sont réalisés uniquement dans le contre-rail.
