Definitions
- the invention relates according to the features in the preamble of claim 1, a floor covering which consists of a plate composite whose plates are engageable with each other.
- the invention is based on the prior art based on the object to show a floor covering made of composite panels whose plates are connected to each other by means of a simple and inexpensive to produce locking mechanism without additional locking elements must be mounted for locking.
- the floor covering consists of composite laid panels, where adjacent panels are latchingly engaged with each other via locking strips.
- A belongs to an A-plate
- B belongs to an adjacent B-plate.
- the plates are preferably configured identically, wherein the mutually facing head and long sides of two adjacent plates are complementary to each other.
- the plates on their top and / or sides, A- and B-locking strips.
- the adjacent plate A has B-locking bar facing A-projections, which are also spaced in the longitudinal direction of the B-locking bar.
- the B-protrusions define a B-undercut intended to receive the A-protrusions.
- the A and B projections can be at least partially, but preferably completely, brought into coincidence with each other after insertion of the A-projections in the B-undercut by a relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the locking strips.
- the B-type undercut may be U-shaped in its cross-section, the B-type projections forming a leg of the B-type undercut.
- the A-undercut may also be U-shaped in its cross-section, with the A-protrusions forming a leg of the A-undercut.
- the A and B projections may be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the A and B plates at a constant distance from each other in such a way that the distance of the A-projections to each other is equal to the distance of the B-projections to each other.
- the distances between several B-projections may vary. It is important that the distances of the corresponding A and B projections from the respective adjacent projections of the same plate are the same. This allows a meshing engagement between the A and B protrusions. To facilitate this engagement, bevels may be provided at the edges of the A and / or B projections.
- the A or B locking bars may include one or more markings which facilitate alignment of the plates with each other prior to engagement.
- the markings may be in the form of colored markings or notches, for example.
- the markers may also limit a range in which the projections can be passed past each other before being overlapped with each other. The larger the marked area, the easier it is for the projections to pass one another without the panels getting caught.
- the disadvantage of very large marked areas is that the area of mutual overlap of the projections in the locking point is correspondingly smaller.
- the areas delimited by the marks, in which joining is possible are not greater than 10 mm.
- the A and B projections extend in a plane parallel to the visible side of the floor covering and are wave-shaped in the direction of this plane.
- the A and B projections are sinusoidal.
- the A and B projections are fixed. They are preferably made of the same material as the locking strips.
- a wood material is preferably used as the material.
- high density or medium density fiberboard is used as the base material in the manufacture of the panels. It is both possible to manufacture the locking strips and the projections in one piece, as well as the projections later to attach to the locking strips.
- the A and / or B-locking strips may be made of a different material than the plates, for example a plastic, and are then arranged on the top and / or sides of the plates.
- the A and B locking strips can be connected to the plates, for example via a plug-in, clamped, and / or glued connection.
- connection of the locking strips is designed with the plates themselves as a sliding connection. This makes it possible to connect plates frontally without moving the whole plates. It is sufficient if only one or both of the locking strips are moved to connect the plates by means of the locking strips together, the plates are not moved during the latching.
- the connection between the plate and the locking bar can thus be a displaceable plug or clamp connection.
- a clamping connection makes it possible to fix the locking bar in a locking position to prevent unwanted unlocking.
- the aforementioned connection principles can be combined with each other, for. B.
- a position fixation can also be effected by an adhesive releasing in a fixing position or an adhesive effecting arrangement, for. B. by two adhesive components are brought together, which harden in mutual contact.
- the plates can no longer shift in the vertical direction, ie perpendicular to the mounting position.
- the plates are locked together.
- the A and / or B undercuts can be designed such that the connection between the A-projections and the A-undercut with the B-projections and / or the connection between the B-projections and the B-undercut with the A-projections in the region of the overlap is at least partially positive fit.
- adjacent protrusions prevent displacement only in one direction transverse to the mounting position, it is important that the displacement in the other direction be prevented by the correspondingly oriented locking strips. In addition, it must be ensured that the plates can not move in the mounting position against each other.
- the B-lock bar has a B-lock groove for an A-lock bar of an adjacent A-lock bar.
- the A and B locking grooves and the A and B locking strips extend in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent plate sides. Parallel to the gear teeth and displacing the projections into the respective locking grooves, the A and B locking strips engage with the associated locking nut. Thus, adjacent plates are also locked against lateral displacement.
- the width of the A-locking bar corresponds to the width of the B-locking groove and the width of the B-blocking bar to the width of the A-locking groove. This ensures a positive and play-free engagement of the A and B locking strips.
- the A and B locking bars and the A and B locking grooves may have different, for example rectangular or at least partially rounded, cross-sections. Important here is the backlash-free engagement of the A and B locking bar in the associated A and B Spermut.
- the A undercut is not limited to being an undercut in the vertical direction, i. perpendicular to the laying level, but also serves as an undercut in the laying plane.
- the B-projections engaging in the A-undercut can not be moved in the horizontal direction, i. the direction of the laying plane, are still pulled out of the A-undercuts in the vertical direction. This implies that the mouth of the A-undercut is narrower than the deeper region of the A-undercut, which must be extended accordingly.
- the way in which the A-undercut increases from the mouth toward the bottom of the A-undercut is arbitrary.
- An inclination of the lower side surfaces relative to the horizontal or relative to the laying plane has the advantage that the side surface can be continued to the end of an A-locking bar, so that can be completely dispensed with a separately formed A-locking groove.
- the inclined side surface of the undercut locking bars and locking grooves of any configuration are provided to provide additional train protection in the laying plane.
- connection of two plates can be solved by a repeated, somewhat reverse displacement of the projections again by the projections are shifted by half a projection distance.
- the B-projections between two adjacent A-projections and can be lifted by a vertical movement of the A-locking groove.
- the A and B plates are separated again.
- the bayonet-type connection of two plates allows a twist-and tilt-proof connection between adjacent plates with a few, light handles. An additional component or tool is not required for connecting the plates.
- FIG. 1 shows a plate A of a floor covering with a floor covering forming the visible side 1 without consideration of the configuration of the head sides 2A.
- an A-locking bar 3 is provided on one longitudinal side of the plate A.
- A-projections 4 extend in a deeper than the visible side 1 lying and parallel to this plane extending and are wave-shaped in the direction of this plane.
- the A-projections 4 face to an adjacent plate B and are arranged at equal intervals C1 to each other.
- the A-projections are located above the A-locking bar.
- the A-projections 4 delimit one to the adjacent plate B (FIG. FIG. 2 ) facing horizontally oriented A-undercut 5 to the visible side 1 of the floor covering.
- the A-undercut 5 is designed in cross-section U-shaped and has a constant depth.
- the A-undercut 5 is bounded below by the A-locking bar 3.
- FIG. 2 shows a plate B of the floor covering in the direction of its bottom-facing bottom 9.
- a B-locking strip 10 is provided at the end faces 11 B-projections 12 are arranged.
- the B-projections 12 extend in a plane parallel to the underside 9 of the plate B and are formed wave-shaped in this plane. They point to an A-locking strip 3 of an adjacent plate A and are arranged in the longitudinal direction L of the B-locking strip 10 at equal intervals C2.
- the B-projections 12 form a bottom boundary of an adjacent plate A facing and extending in the longitudinal direction L of the B-locking bar 10 B-undercut 13.
- the B-undercut 13 is configured in cross-section U-shaped and runs continuously in the longitudinal direction L of B-locking bar 10.
- the B-undercut 13 is configured open to the head sides 2B of this plate B.
- the B-projections 12 opposite the B-undercut 13 is limited by a web 14 which extends to the visible side 15 of the plate B.
- a B-locking groove 16 of width D3 is arranged on the locking strip 10. This extends in the longitudinal direction L of the plate B. In this case limits a B-locking bar 17 of the width D4, the B-locking groove 16th
- the distances C1 between the A-projections 4 are equal to the distances C2 between the B-projections 12th
- the B-projections are provided with chamfers 18.
- a side surface 19a of the A undercut 5a may be inclined at an angle W with respect to the laying plane.
- This angle W is preferably between 0 to 15 °.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 Further embodiments of the A and B locking strips 3b, 3c, 10b, 10c are in the FIGS. 5 and 6 shown.
- This side surface extends to the end face 6b and rises in the direction of the end face 6b.
- the B-locking strip 10b is designed to be complementary. Are the B-projections 12d inserted in the A-undercut 5b ( FIG. 5 ), caused by the inclination of the side surface 19b, an undercut between the A and B-locking bar 3b, 10b in such a way that the plates A, B are also secured against a horizontal displacement.
- FIG. 6 is the side surface 19c wave-shaped and extends to the end face 6c of the A-locking bar 3c.
- the complementarily configured B-locking bar 10c is also wave-shaped, so that when engaging the B-projections 12e in the A-undercut 5c between the A and B locking strips 3c, 10c by the waveform creates an undercut, which both plates A , B secures against displacement in the laying plane.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 eliminates a locking groove, as for example in FIG. 4 is provided.
- the plates to be locked together can be brought into coincidence by an assembly movement, which substantially corresponds to the corresponding side surface of the undercuts.
- the assembly movement can thus in the embodiments of FIGS. 5 and 6 be carried out somewhat differently than in the previously described variants in which an exclusively vertically oriented lowering of a plate is necessary.
- the A-locking bar 3 is brought into latching engagement with the B-locking bar 10 ( FIG. 7 ).
- the A-projections 4 are interlocked with the B-projections 12 of two opposite A and B locking strips 3, 10 by the A and B locking strips 3, 10 are offset by a projection to each other (arrow I) ,
- an A-projection 4 between two B-projections 12 is arranged from above as viewed from above.
- the plate B is still offset in the horizontal and vertical direction to the plate A.
- a marked on the A-locking bar 8 or the adjacent B-locking bar 10 marking M facilitates the alignment of the plates A and B to each other.
- the B-projections 12 and the A-projections 4 first engage in a meshing manner and are then moved past each other. At the same time reach the B-projections 12 in the A-undercut 5 and the A-projections 4 in the B-undercut 13. Also at the same time get the A-locking bar 8 with the B-locking groove 16 and the B-locking bar 17 with the A. -Sperrnut 7 engaged. By this mutual engagement, the plates A, B are guided into each other in their longitudinal direction L. The plate B is now only offset in the longitudinal direction L, but not offset in the vertical direction to the plate A.
- a displacement (arrow III) in the longitudinal direction L of the B-locking bar 10 relative to the A-locking bar 3 brings the A-projections 4 with the B-projections 12 one above the other in coincidence.
- the A and B locking strips 3, 10 engage each other and lifting the plate B relative to the plate A is no longer possible, nor a lateral displacement of the plates A, B against each other.
- the perpendicular to the locked sides of the plates are aligned with each other.
- the width D2 of the A-locking bar 8 corresponds to the width D3 of the B-locking groove 16, as the width D4 of the B-locking bar 17 corresponds to the width D1 of the A-locking groove 7.
- the plates A, B are positively connected with each other.
- the advantage here is that the connection between the plates A, B by only three simple relative movements is possible: the teeth I of the A and B projections, the vertical, adjusted to the plate A lowering II of the plate B and the relative displacement III of Plate B to plate A in the longitudinal direction L.
- connection between the plates A, B is non-destructive reversible. Also, no other components are needed to realize the connection.

The invention is based on the prior art based on the object to show a floor covering made of composite panels whose plates are connected to each other by means of a simple and inexpensive to produce locking mechanism without additional locking elements must be mounted for locking.
This object is achieved in a floor covering with the features specified in claim 1.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgedankens sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche 2 bis 13.Advantageous embodiments of the inventive concept are the subject of the dependent claims 2 to 13.
The floor covering consists of composite laid panels, where adjacent panels are latchingly engaged with each other via locking strips. In the following, reference is made to the connection according to the invention of two adjacent plates, wherein for better distinction A belongs to an A-plate and B belongs to an adjacent B-plate. Overall, the plates are preferably configured identically, wherein the mutually facing head and long sides of two adjacent plates are complementary to each other.
According to the invention, the plates on their top and / or sides, A- and B-locking strips. In this case, an end face of a B-locking strip on a plurality of spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the end face B-projections, which are arranged facing the adjacent plate. The adjacent plate A has B-locking bar facing A-projections, which are also spaced in the longitudinal direction of the B-locking bar. The B-protrusions define a B-undercut intended to receive the A-protrusions. The A and B projections can be at least partially, but preferably completely, brought into coincidence with each other after insertion of the A-projections in the B-undercut by a relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the locking strips.
The B-type undercut may be U-shaped in its cross-section, the B-type projections forming a leg of the B-type undercut.
The A-undercut may also be U-shaped in its cross-section, with the A-protrusions forming a leg of the A-undercut.
The A and B projections may be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the A and B plates at a constant distance from each other in such a way that the distance of the A-projections to each other is equal to the distance of the B-projections to each other. The distances between several B-projections may vary. It is important that the distances of the corresponding A and B projections from the respective adjacent projections of the same plate are the same. This allows a meshing engagement between the A and B protrusions. To facilitate this engagement, bevels may be provided at the edges of the A and / or B projections.
In addition, the A or B locking bars may include one or more markings which facilitate alignment of the plates with each other prior to engagement. The markings may be in the form of colored markings or notches, for example. The markers may also limit a range in which the projections can be passed past each other before being overlapped with each other. The larger the marked area, the easier it is for the projections to pass one another without the panels getting caught. The disadvantage of very large marked areas is that the area of mutual overlap of the projections in the locking point is correspondingly smaller. Preferably, the areas delimited by the marks, in which joining is possible, are not greater than 10 mm.
The A and B projections extend in a plane parallel to the visible side of the floor covering and are wave-shaped in the direction of this plane. Preferably, the A and B projections are sinusoidal. The A and B projections are fixed. They are preferably made of the same material as the locking strips. Here, a wood material is preferably used as the material. Frequently, high density or medium density fiberboard is used as the base material in the manufacture of the panels. It is both possible to manufacture the locking strips and the projections in one piece, as well as the projections later to attach to the locking strips. For this purpose, the A and / or B-locking strips may be made of a different material than the plates, for example a plastic, and are then arranged on the top and / or sides of the plates. The A and B locking strips can be connected to the plates, for example via a plug-in, clamped, and / or glued connection.
It is also conceivable that the connection of the locking strips is designed with the plates themselves as a sliding connection. This makes it possible to connect plates frontally without moving the whole plates. It is sufficient if only one or both of the locking strips are moved to connect the plates by means of the locking strips together, the plates are not moved during the latching. The connection between the plate and the locking bar can thus be a displaceable plug or clamp connection. A clamping connection makes it possible to fix the locking bar in a locking position to prevent unwanted unlocking. But there are also other fixation possibilities conceivable based on the principles of adhesion, positive fit or even material bond including an adhesive bond. The aforementioned connection principles can be combined with each other, for. B. by a snap connection, in which a locking bar is held positively and at the same time non-positively. A position fixation can also be effected by an adhesive releasing in a fixing position or an adhesive effecting arrangement, for. B. by two adhesive components are brought together, which harden in mutual contact.
When connecting two adjacent plates their A and B projections are initially arranged offset to each other, so that in each case an A-projection is arranged adjacent to a B-projection. By a vertical displacement of the A and / or B-plate in the vertical direction, that is transverse to the laying plane, the respective projections are guided past each other, so that the projections of a plate in the associated A or B undercut of the other plate reach. This happens simultaneously for both projections or undercuts, since the mutually facing plate sides are coordinated with each other in this regard. By subsequently moving the plates in In the longitudinal direction of their adjacent sides, the A-projections with the B-projections are at least partially, but preferably completely, brought into coincidence with each other. This obstructs the initial vertical displacement of the adjacent plates initially performed for bonding. Without canceling the overlap between the A and B protrusions, the plates can no longer shift in the vertical direction, ie perpendicular to the mounting position. The plates are locked together. In this case, the A and / or B undercuts can be designed such that the connection between the A-projections and the A-undercut with the B-projections and / or the connection between the B-projections and the B-undercut with the A-projections in the region of the overlap is at least partially positive fit.
Since adjacent protrusions prevent displacement only in one direction transverse to the mounting position, it is important that the displacement in the other direction be prevented by the correspondingly oriented locking strips. In addition, it must be ensured that the plates can not move in the mounting position against each other. For this purpose, a arranged on the A-locking strip A-locking groove for receiving a B-locking bar of the adjacent B-locking bar. Likewise, the B-lock bar has a B-lock groove for an A-lock bar of an adjacent A-lock bar. The A and B locking grooves and the A and B locking strips extend in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent plate sides. Parallel to the gear teeth and displacing the projections into the respective locking grooves, the A and B locking strips engage with the associated locking nut. Thus, adjacent plates are also locked against lateral displacement.
For a clearance-free installation, the width of the A-locking bar corresponds to the width of the B-locking groove and the width of the B-blocking bar to the width of the A-locking groove. This ensures a positive and play-free engagement of the A and B locking strips. The A and B locking bars and the A and B locking grooves may have different, for example rectangular or at least partially rounded, cross-sections. Important here is the backlash-free engagement of the A and B locking bar in the associated A and B Spermut.
In an alternative embodiment, it is provided that the A undercut is not limited to being an undercut in the vertical direction, i. perpendicular to the laying level, but also serves as an undercut in the laying plane. In other words, in the locking position, the B-projections engaging in the A-undercut can not be moved in the horizontal direction, i. the direction of the laying plane, are still pulled out of the A-undercuts in the vertical direction. This implies that the mouth of the A-undercut is narrower than the deeper region of the A-undercut, which must be extended accordingly. The way in which the A-undercut increases from the mouth toward the bottom of the A-undercut is arbitrary. It is advantageous, however, if one of the opposite side surfaces of the A-undercut is inclined relative to the other side surface, so that there is a trapezoidal cross-section of the A-undercut. It is irrelevant whether the upper or the lower side surface or both side surfaces are inclined.
An inclination of the lower side surfaces relative to the horizontal or relative to the laying plane has the advantage that the side surface can be continued to the end of an A-locking bar, so that can be completely dispensed with a separately formed A-locking groove. The function of the interlocking locking strips, which are to ensure a train protection in the laying plane, this is made possible by the inclination of the at least one side surface. Of course, in the context of the invention is not excluded that in addition to the inclined side surface of the undercut locking bars and locking grooves of any configuration are provided to provide additional train protection in the laying plane.
The connection of two plates can be solved by a repeated, somewhat reverse displacement of the projections again by the projections are shifted by half a projection distance. As a result, the B-projections between two adjacent A-projections and can be lifted by a vertical movement of the A-locking groove. The A and B plates are separated again.
The bayonet-type connection of two plates allows a twist-and tilt-proof connection between adjacent plates with a few, light handles. An additional component or tool is not required for connecting the plates.

For this purpose, the
A in Längsrichtung L.The plates A, B are positively connected with each other. Another advantage is that the connection between the plates A, B is non-destructive reversible.
