Description
The present invention relates to a paving stone according to the preamble of claim 1 and of claim 7 and a composite of a plurality of such paving stones and a method for producing a laying package of several paving stones.
Paving stones with an H-shaped or double-T-shaped basic shape have long been known in practice. They usually have a walkable or passable top, a bottom facing the ground and a substantially rectilinearly extending between the top and the bottom edge. The basic shape of the upper side or the underside consists of two substantially rectangular sections, which are spaced apart and extend substantially parallel to one another in a first direction, and a further substantially rectangular section, which connects the two parallel sections substantially perpendicular to each other and in a second direction, which is substantially perpendicular to the first direction, is aligned.
When manufacturing these conventional paving stones created, due to the manufacturing forms, a distance between the individual paving stones. For palletizing then the paving stones are pushed together in two mutually orthogonal directions on the production board, so that a loose bond is formed. When manually or mechanically laying the paving stones this loose bond is maintained. The problem here is that when exposed to appropriate forces, for example when driving on vehicles, this composite of paving stones can also be easily dissolved again. To counteract this, it is known to hold together the installed composite of paving stones with the aid of suitable curb elements.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an H-shaped paving stone which can be laid in a stable composite.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a method of making a multi-paving block laying package capable of achieving a stable bond of paving stones.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, the first object is achieved by a paving stone with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments and refinements are specified in the dependent claims.
The paving stone for forming a composite of paving stones has a walkable or passable top, a bottom facing away from the top and a running between the top and the bottom edge. The upper side has a substantially H-shaped basic shape consisting of a first and a second substantially rectangular portion, which are spaced apart and substantially parallel to each other and aligned in a first direction, and a third substantially rectangular portion which connecting the first and second sections substantially perpendicularly and aligned in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, wherein inner flanks of the first and second sections facing the third section are aligned therewith include predetermined angle. Further, in the region of each inner flank of the first and second sections at least one projection is provided, which is integrally formed on the edge of the paving stone substantially perpendicular to the top, wherein a depth of the projections parallel to the top of the paving stone more than a half of a joint width between two adjacent Paving stones in the composite amounts. The paving stone is characterized in that a width of the first and second portions in the second direction, a depth and positioning of the protrusions, and an angle between the inner flanks of the first and second portions and the third portion are selected such that in FIG The first direction adjacent paving stones can not be pushed together in the first direction to the composite.
In the paving block of the invention, a width of the first and second portions in the second direction, a depth and positioning of the projections, and an angle between the inner flanks of the first and second portions and the third portion are selected such that in the first direction adjacent paving stones can not be pushed together in the first direction to the composite. By this measure, the paving stones are interlocked in the composite both in the first direction and in the second direction and can be pushed apart neither in the first nor in the second direction. In this way, even without special curb elements for limiting a stable composite of paving stones can be achieved. In addition, the H-paving stones maintain a relatively simple shape.
The "paving stones" are moldings made of concrete, clinker, plastic or any other material. They can be used for attaching, for example, walkways, driveways, squares, parking lots and the like. The dimensions (width, length, height) of the paving stones are basically neither up nor down limited.
The paving stones can be formed both as solid moldings as well as partially hollow moldings. In addition, the top of the paving stones can be configured either fully closed or partially open. Permeable paving stones are also known in the professional world as so-called "grass stones".
The top and bottom of the paving stone are generally substantially parallel to one another and the edge is generally substantially straight between the top and bottom without the invention being limited to these two aspects. Furthermore, the basic shape of the underside usually agrees with the basic shape of the top, although the invention should not be limited thereto. In addition, the top and bottom do not necessarily have to be substantially planar, they may also have bulges, structures, profiles, etc. In particular, it is conceivable to form the underside of the paving stone with groove-like profiles for the purpose of drainage or with profiles for better anchoring the paving stones on the ground. The edges of the paving stone can either be sharp-edged, rounded or broken.
Radien bereitzustellen. The "rectangular" shape of the first, the second and the third portion of the H-shaped basic shape of the top of the paving stone refers to the basic shape of these sections. These sections may, for example, both rectilinear, sectionally rectilinear, curved and / or curved sections have edges running. Also, the respective opposite edges of the "rectangles" do not necessarily have to be exactly parallel to one another. Thus, it is also possible in particular by an angular adjustment of at least one extending in the second direction outer edge of the connecting third portion and / or an angular employment of extending in the first direction outer edge of the first and / or the second portion of the paving stones a certain wedge shape lend and thus provide a so-called set of curves for laying paving stone composites with curves or radii.
Furthermore, the H-shaped paving stones are generally symmetrical. Ie. the first and second portions are formed substantially identically to each other and the third portion is positioned substantially centrally with respect to the first and second portions in the first direction. In the context of the present invention, however, deviations from this exactly symmetrical basic H-shape are also to be possible. For example, the angles of the inner flanks of the first and the second portion relative to the third portion may also be different from each other.
The "inner flanks" are to be understood as meaning special sections of the edge of the paving stone, which-with respect to the H-shaped basic shape-are provided on the first and second sections and face the third section connecting them.
At these inner flanks in each case "at least one projection" is provided, wherein it depends on the size of the paving stone and the desired accuracy of the mutual interlocking of adjacent paving stones by exactly one, two, three or more projections on an inner flank can act. In this case, the projections are positioned on the inner flanks in such a way that the projections of two paving stones adjacent to one another are offset relative to one another, so that they can interlock with one another. The more accurate the accuracy of this toothing should be, the closer the staggered projections of the adjacent projections are arranged to each other.
The "integrally formed on the edge projections" are preferably made in one piece with the molding of the paving stone, but can optionally be firmly connected to this. The "projections" may in principle have any cross section, but they preferably have a rectangular or square cross section with sharp or rounded edges or a semi-circular or semi-elliptical cross section.
In addition, the projections extend in the height direction of the paving stone, d. H. in the connecting direction of the edge between the top and the bottom of the paving stone, generally a predetermined dimension, which may correspond to the total height of the paving stone, but may also be smaller. Preferably, the projections extend at least over half the height of the paving stone. In this case, the projections do not necessarily complete with the top or bottom of the paving stone. In a preferred embodiment, the protrusions extend from the underside of the plaster over at least half the height of the paving stone towards the top. Furthermore, the upper and / or the lower end of a projection in the height direction of the paving stone can optionally be parallel to the top or bottom of the paving stone or beveled.
In one embodiment of the invention, the angle between the inner flanks of the first and second sections and the third section is substantially 90 degrees, i. H. the inner flanks of the first and second sections are oriented substantially perpendicular to the connecting third section.
In another embodiment of the invention, the angle between the inner flanks of the first and second sections on the one hand and the third section on the other hand in the range of about 90 degrees to about 150 degrees, preferably from about 105 degrees to about 135 degrees. This angular orientation of the inner flanks relative to the third section need not necessarily extend over the entire length of the inner flanks.
Further, the paving stone may optionally only on the inner flanks of the first and second sections, on the inner flanks of the first and second sections and on the first-direction edge portions of the first and second sections or on the inner flanks of the first and of the second portion, at the edge portions extending in the first direction of the first and the second portion and at the extending in the second direction edge portions of the first, second and third portions with projections.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the above-mentioned first object is achieved by a paving stone having the features of claim 7. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
The paving stone for forming a composite of paving stones has a walkable or passable top, an underside facing away from the top and an edge extending between the top and bottom. The upper side has a substantially H-shaped basic shape, consisting of a first and a second substantially rectangular portion, which are spaced apart and substantially parallel to each other and aligned in a first direction, and a third substantially rectangular portion, which connects the first and second sections substantially perpendicular to each other and is aligned in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, wherein inner flanks of the first and second sections facing the third section are aligned with the one include predetermined angle. The paving stone is characterized in that an angle between the inner flanks of the first and second sections and the third section is less than 90 degrees, so that adjacent paving stones in the first direction can not be pushed together in the first direction to the composite.
In this paving stone according to the invention, an angle between the inner flanks of the first and the second portion on the one hand and the third portion on the other hand chosen smaller than 90 degrees, so that in the first direction adjacent paving stones can not be pushed together in the first direction to the composite. By this construction, the same or corresponding advantages are achieved as with the paving stone of the first aspect described above. Due to the angle of less than 90 degrees, a toothing between adjacent paving stones is achieved solely by the shape of the paving stone, while in the paving stone according to the invention according to the first aspect is achieved with an angle of 90 degrees or greater by an interaction between the shape of the paving stone and the projections. However, the angular orientation of the inner flanks relative to the third portion need not necessarily extend over the entire length of the inner flanks.
In contrast to conventional paving stones, which are formed with dovetail-shaped recesses and projections and so can be put together puzzle-like, the paving stone according to the invention according to this second aspect, although also two dovetail recesses between the first and the second section, but no dovetail-shaped projection in this could be used. Instead, in the invention, projections of two adjacent paving stones are inserted into a recess of a paving block to produce the stable composite.
The angle less than 90 degrees is in the range of about 35 degrees to about 85 degrees, preferably in the range of about 45 degrees to about 80 degrees.
In one embodiment of the invention, the paving stone according to the second aspect may be provided with projections formed on the edge. These may optionally be arranged on the inner flanks of the first and second sections, on the first-directional edge portions of the first and second sections, and / or on the second-directional edge portions of the first, second and third sections.
Furthermore, the same remarks paving stone, shape of the paving stone, inner flanks, protrusions, shape of the projections, etc. also apply to the paving stone according to this second aspect as above in connection with the first aspect.
In a further embodiment of the invention, in the paving stone according to the first or the second aspect, the depth of the protrusions may range from about 60% to about 90%, preferably from about 65% to about 85% of the joint width between two adjacent paving stones in the composite be.
The paving stones according to the first aspect and the second aspect can be advantageously laid to a stable composite by being pushed together in the second direction and lifted into each other in the first direction.
This laying of paving stones can be done either by machine or by hand. In such a composite of paving stones can be dispensed with special curb elements to limit advantageously. Of course, if desired, such curb elements can still be used as an additional mechanical or optical measure.
Furthermore, the features of the paving stone according to the first and the second aspect can also be combined with each other as desired. In particular, the inner flanks of the first and second sections can also have a plurality of sections with different angles to the third section. Further, not all inner flanks of the first and second sections need to enclose the same angle with the connecting third section of the paving stone.
According to a third aspect, the above-mentioned second object is achieved by a method for producing a laying set of several paving stones having the features of claim 11. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of this method are the subject of the
The inventive method for producing a laying package of several paving stones includes the steps of making several paving stones, of which at least one part has a basic shape with at least one lateral recess and at least one part has a basic shape with at least one lateral projection, wherein a recess of a paving stone a Projection of a paving stone or a plurality of projections of one or more paving stones is designed to correspond together; and the lifting of a paving stone with its projection / recess in a recess or a projection of another paving stone.
By stacking paving stones (in contrast to conventional mere pushing together) a stable bond of the paving stones is already achieved in the provision of the installation package. Due to the improved stability of such a laying package, these laying packages can then be processed more easily, d. H. in particular stored, transported and laid on site to form a composite of a variety of paving stones.
A "laying package" is a summary of several paving stones after their production, which can be laid by means of appropriate laying machines. The use of laying packages has long been known and leads to a reduction in installation costs and a shortening of the laying time. When laying the pavers on site then several such laying package are laid together to form a larger composite.
The "basic shape" of the paving stones with their "lateral" recesses and projections refers to the shape of the paving stones in their plan view and thus corresponds substantially to the basic shape of the top of the paving stones. Incidentally, with respect to the "paving stones", the above comments on the first and second aspects of the invention apply.
The paving stones can either have only lateral recesses, only lateral projections or lateral recesses and lateral projections. These can only be provided on one side, on several sides or preferably on all sides of the paving stones. In this case, one, two or more recesses or projections are provided on one side.
When making the laying package, all paving stones can be lifted into each other depending on the design of the paving stones. In other embodiments of the paving stones, the method may also include a combination of pushing together and nesting the paving stones.
In one embodiment of the invention, a plurality of paving stones are raised together with their recesses / projections together in the recesses / around the projections of several other paving stones. In this way, the time to assemble the laying package can be shortened.
Advantageously, this method for laying a laying package can also be applied to the H-shaped paving stones according to the invention of the first and the second aspect. In this case, first several of the paving stones are pushed together in the second direction to a row and then at least two of the thus pushed together rows of paving stones in the first direction are raised together. A laying package of the H-shaped paving stones according to the invention consists for example of four rows of four paving stones, without the invention being limited to these numbers.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the nesting of the paving stones to form the laying package is performed by machine.
Darin zeigen:The above and other features, advantages and applications of the invention will become more apparent from the following description of various preferred, non-limiting embodiments of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
