Claims (13)
- Lageranordnung für eine Walze mit axialer Beweglichkeit in einer Druckpresse, des Typs umfassend:- einen Stutzen (42), der für die Montage an einem Gestell (26) der Presse angepasst ist und eine mittige Achse (X-X) bildet;- Mittel zum Lagern (44) einer Walze (14, 16) an dem Stutzen in Drehung um die mittige Achse (X-X) und in Verschiebung entlang der mittigen Achse,wobei die Lagermittel (44) Folgendes umfassen:- ein erstes Wälzlager (46), das ein radiales Wälzlager, insbesondere ein ausschließlich radiales Rollenlager oder Nadellager, ist; und- ein zweites Wälzlager (48), das entweder ein kombiniertes axiales/radiales Wälzlager oder nur ein axiales Wälzlager ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das zweite Wälzlager (48) dafür angepasst ist, relativ zu der Walze (14, 16) befestigt und mit dem Stutzen über eine axiale Feder (50) mit Elastizität entlang der mittigen Achse verbunden zu werden; und- das zweite Wälzlager (48) relativ zu dem Stutzen (42) in axialer Richtung beweglich ist und die axiale Feder (50) in axialer Richtung mindestens eines des ersten und des zweiten Wälzlagers (46, 48) überdeckt.
- Lageranordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen (42) einen Flansch (56) zum Befestigen an dem Gestell aufweist und das erste Wälzlager (46) dem Befestigungsflansch näher ist als das zweite Wälzlager (48), in der Richtung der mittigen Achse betrachtet.
- Lageranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Feder (50) koaxial zu der mittigen Achse angeordnet ist.
- Lageranordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Feder (50) eine radiale Abmessung hat, die kleiner als ein Innendurchmesser mindestens eines der Wälzlager (46, 48) ist.
- Lageranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Wälzlager (48) einen Innenlaufring (74) aufweist und die Anordnung Mittel zum axialen Führen (80, 82) des Innenlaufrings (74) relativ zu dem Stutzen (42) aufweist.
- Lageranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung eine Zwischenhülse (52) aufweist, in die Folgendes eingesetzt ist:- ein Außenlaufring des zweiten Wälzlagers (48); und- ein Außenlaufring (64) des ersten Wälzlagers (46), und dass die Zwischenhülse (52) dafür angepasst ist, in die Walze (14) eingesetzt und an dieser befestigt zu werden.
- Lageranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Wälzlager (64) ein Wälzlager mit einer Außenlaufbahn, einer Innenlaufbahn (62) und Wälzkörpern (66) ist, wobei die Innenlaufbahn eine zylindrische Fläche (62) des Stutzens (42) ist.
- Lageranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Wälzlager (48) und das erste Wälzlager (46) Außenlaufringe (64, 70) haben und dass die Außendurchmesser der Außenlaufringe identisch sind, und gegebenenfalls identisch mit einer Innenfläche der Hülse (52) sind.
- Walzenanordnung mit einer Walze (14, 16), die eine mittige Achse bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Lageranordnung (30) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, und vorzugsweise zwei identische Lageranordnungen (30), aufweist, wobei jede Lageranordnung mit einem der Enden der Walze verbunden ist.
- Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lageranordnung eine Lageranordnung nach mindestens Anspruch 6 ist, dass die Zwischenhülse eine Außenfläche hat, die mit einer Innenfläche (40) des Basiskörpers (32) der Walze (14, 18) in Kontakt ist, und dass sich die Innenfläche über die gesamte axiale Länge des Basiskörpers (32) der Walze erstreckt.
- Walzenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenanordnung Anschlagmittel (90) aufweist, welche die axiale Bewegung der Walze relativ zu dem Stutzen (42) begrenzen.
- Walzenanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagmittel (90) zwei Absätze (92) aufweisen, die in dem Stutzen (42) vorgesehen sind, und ein Anschlagorgan (94) aufweisen, das mit diesen Absätzen (92) zusammenwirkt und an der Walze (14) befestigt ist, vorzugsweise an der Zwischenhülse (52) befestigt ist.
- Farbwerk (8) oder Feuchtwerk (10) einer Druckpresse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Gestell (26) und mindestens eine Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
