Claims (14)

  1. Faltmaschine für Bögen aus Papier und dergl., welche ein erstes Paar von Eingangszylindern (2, 10) und ein zweites Paar von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) umfasst, welche dergestalt ausgelegt sind, dass sie den zu faltenden Bogen bewegen, wobei die Wellen des genannten zweiten Paares von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) in Bezug auf die Wellen des genannten ersten Paares von Eingangszylindern (2, 10) zwischen einer oberen Grenzstellung und einer unteren Grenzstellung beweglich sind;
    Führungsmittel, welche dergestalt ausgelegt sind, dass sie den Bogen führen, der aus dem genannten ersten Paar von Eingangszylindern (2, 10) austritt;
    wobei das genannte zweite Paar von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) dergestalt ausgelegt ist, dass es sich von einer unteren Grenzstellung oder von einer oberen Grenzstellung in eine Mittelstellung bewegt, wo die Eingangsseite des genannten zweiten Paares von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) der Ausgangsseite zur genannten Führungsmittel gerichtet ist, und den genannten Bogen in Richtung auf die Ausgangsseite der genannten Führungsmittel schiebt, um dem Bogen einen ersten teilweisen Knick zu geben und den geknickten Bogen zu bewegen und zu pressen, um die Faltung zu vollenden.
  2. Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Paar von Zylindern (7, 8) innerhalb eines Schlittens (11) montiert sind, wobei der genannte Schlitten (11) in der Lage ist, eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Bewegung zwischen einer oberen Grenzstellung und einer unteren Grenzstellung durch Gleiten auf einem Paar von Führungen (19, 20) auszuführen.
  3. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte erste Paar von Zylindern (2, 10) und das genannte zweite Paar von Zylindern (7, 8) synchron zueinander durch Motor angetrieben werden.
  4. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Führungsmittel, welche dergestalt ausgelegt sind, dass sie den aus dem genannten ersten Paar von Zylindern (2, 10) austretenden Bogen führen, ein Paar von Führungskeilen (3, 4) und ein Paar von Feinjustierplatten (5, 6) umfassen.
  5. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, welche außerdem umfasst:
    einen Eingangsbereich, welcher eine Eingangsschale (1) umfasst, welche dergestalt ausgelegt ist, dass der genannte zu faltende Bogen dem Eingang des genannten ersten Paares von Zylindern (2, 10) zugeführt wird, und
    einen Ausgangsbereich, welcher ein Paar von Führungsplatten (9, 12) umfasst, welche dergestalt ausgelegt sind, dass sie den Bogen, der von dem genannten, sich bewegenden zweiten Paar von Zylindern (7, 8) geschoben wird, nach dem Austritt aus den genannten Führungsmitteln führen; ein Paar verbindender Querstücke (15, 16)
    und ein Paar Ausgangsplatten (17, 18), welche dergestalt ausgelegt sind, dass sie den in Bearbeitung befindlichen und bereits geknickten Bogen in Richtung auf ein abführendes Förderband (13) und eine Quetschwalze (14) lenken.
  6. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, welche mit einer davor angeordneten Falzmaschine verknüpft ist, welche dergestalt ausgelegt ist, dass sie den zu faltenden Boden der genannten Faltmaschine zuführt.
  7. Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher das genannte erste Paar von Zylindern (2, 10) und das genannte zweite Paar von Zylindern (7, 8) synchron zu den Zylindern der genannten Falzmaschine mit Motor angetrieben werden.
  8. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, welche eine Verbindungsbrücke zu einem Montagetisch umfasst.
  9. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welche eine Zuführeinheit oder eine Bogenzuführvorrichtung umfasst.
  10. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welche einen Steuerungsmodul umfasst, der imstande ist, den Anfang des zu bearbeitenden Bogens genau zu bestimmen.
  11. Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 10, bei welcher der genannte Steuerungsmodul eine Fotozelle umfasst, welche dergestalt angeordnet ist, dass sie den Anfang des Bogens erkennt, wie er sich zum Eingang in die genannte Faltmaschine bewegt.
  12. Faltmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, welche zusätzliche Faltstufen umfasst - darunter der Reihe nach mindestens einen weiteren Schlitten ähnlich dem genannten Schlitten (11) und ein weiteres Paar von Zylindern ähnlich dem genannten zweiten Paar von Zylindern (7, 8) - welche dergestalt in Kaskade angeordnet sind, dass sie ermöglichen, zwei oder mehrere Faltungen an ein und demselben Bogen durchzuführen.
  13. Verfahren zum Falten von Bögen aus Papier und dergl., welches die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Bereitstellung eines ersten Paares von Eingangszylindern (2, 10), eines zweiten Paares von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) und von Führungsmitteln, welche dergestalt ausgelegt sind, dass sie den aus dem genannten ersten Paar von Zylindern (2, 10) austretenden Bogen führen;
    b) die Zylinder des ersten Paares von Eingangszylindern (2, 10) greifen den in Bearbeitung befindlichen Bogen und bewegen den genannten Bogen zu den genannten Führungsmitteln;
    c) die Zylinder des genannten zweiten Paares von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) geben dem genannten Bogen einen ersten teilweisen Knick, indem sie sich von einer unteren Grenzstellung oder von einer oberen Grenzstellung in eine Mittelstellung bewegen, wo der Eingang des genannten zweiten Paares von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) zum Ausgang der genannten Führungsmittel gerichtet ist, und indem sie den genannten Bogen in Richtung auf den Ausgang der genannten Führungsmittel schieben.
    d) die Zylinder des genannten zweiten Paares von Ausgangszylindern (7, 8) bewegen und pressen den geknickten Bogen, um die Faltung zu vollenden.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, welches durch die Faltmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 12 ausgeführt wird.
