Claims (14)

  1. Plieuse pour feuilles d'article de papier et similaires comprenant une première paire de cylindres d'entrée (2, 10) et une seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) adaptées pour entraîner la feuille à plier, les arbres de ladite seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) étant mobiles, par rapport aux arbres de ladite première paire de cylindres d'entrée (2, 10), entre une position limite supérieure et une position limite inférieure ;
    des moyens de guidage adaptés pour guider la feuille sortie par ladite première paire de cylindres d'entrée (2, 10) ;
    ladite seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) étant adaptée pour se déplacer d'une position limite inférieure ou d'une position limite supérieure à une position milieu, où l'entrée de ladite seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) fait face à la sortie desdits moyens de guidage, et pousse ladite feuille vers la sortie desdits moyens de guidage afin d'imprimer un premier pli partiel à ladite feuille et d'entraîner et de presser la feuille pliée afin d'achever le pliage.
  2. Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde paire de cylindres (7, 8) est assemblée au sein d'un chariot (11), ledit chariot (11) étant apte à réaliser un mouvement sensiblement vertical entre une position limite supérieure et une position limite inférieure par coulissement sur une paire de guides (19, 20).
  3. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite première paire de cylindres (2, 10) et ladite seconde paire de cylindres (7, 8) sont motorisées de façon synchrone l'une avec l'autre.
  4. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage adaptés pour guider la feuille sortie par ladite première paire de cylindres (2, 10) comprennent une paire de cales-guides (3, 4) et une paire de plaques d'ajustement fines (5, 6).
  5. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant en outre :
    une section d'entrée comprenant un plateau d'entrée (1) adapté pour alimenter l'entrée de ladite première paire de cylindres (2, 10) avec ladite feuille à plier et
    une section de sortie comprenant une paire de plaques-guides (9, 12) adaptée pour guider la feuille poussée par ladite seconde paire mobile de cylindres (7, 8) après sortie desdits moyens de guidage ; une paire de pièces transversales de liaison (15, 16) ; et une paire de plaques de sortie (17, 18) adaptée pour canaliser la feuille en cours de traitement, déjà pliée vers une courroie de sortie (13) et un rouleau exprimeur (14).
  6. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, associée à une machine de plissage agencée en amont et adaptée pour fournir la feuille à plier à ladite plieuse.
  7. Plieuse selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle ladite première paire de cylindres (2, 10) et ladite seconde paire de cylindres (7, 8) sont motorisées de manière synchrone avec les cylindres de ladite machine de plissage.
  8. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant un pont se liant à une table de montage lumineuse.
  9. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant une unité d'alimentation ou un margeur de feuilles.
  10. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant un module de commande capable de déterminer précisément le commencement de la feuille à traiter.
  11. Plieuse selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle ledit module de commande comprend une photocellule agencée afin de mirer le commencement de la feuille à mesure qu'elle avance vers l'entrée de ladite plieuse.
  12. Plieuse selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11, comprenant des étages de pliage additionnels - comprenant eux-mêmes au moins un chariot supplémentaire similaire audit chariot (11) et une paire supplémentaire de cylindres similaire à ladite seconde paire de cylindres (7, 8) - agencés en cascade de façon à être apte à faire deux plis ou plus dans la même feuille.
  13. Procédé de pliage de feuilles d'article de papier et similaires, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) fourniture d'une première paire de cylindres d'entrée (2, 10), d'une seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) et de moyens de guidage adaptés pour guider la feuille sortie par ladite première paire de cylindres (2, 10) ;
    b) les cylindres de ladite première paire de cylindres d'entrée (2, 10) saisissent la feuille en cours de traitement et entraînent ladite feuille vers lesdits moyens de guidage ;
    c) les cylindres de ladite seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) impriment un premier pli partiel à ladite feuille en se déplaçant d'une position limite inférieure ou d'une position limite supérieure à une position milieu, où l'entrée de ladite seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) fait face à la sortie desdits moyens de guidage, et n poussant ladite feuille vers la sortie desdits moyens de guidage ;
    d) les cylindres de ladite seconde paire de cylindres de sortie (7, 8) entraînent et pressent la feuille pliée afin d'achever le pliage.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13 exécuté par la plieuse selon les revendications 1 à 12.
