Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gasbrenner (1) für ein Heizgerät (2) mit einem Gebläse zur Förderung eines Gas-/Luft-Gemisches sowie einer Wirbelerzeugungseinrichtung (7) in einem in eine Verbrennungszone (5) einmündenden zylindrischen Strömungsweg (4) des Gas-/Luft-Gemisches, welcher in einem abgeschlossenen Brennraum (6) angeordnet und einem Wärmetauscher (3) zugeordnet ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen emissionsarmen Gasbrenner für ein Heizgerät mit kompakter Bauform zu schaffen.
Erfindungsgemäß weist der zylindrische Strömungsweg (4) an seiner Ausmündung eine sich aufweitende Auslassgeometrie (8) auf, welche eine Barriere zwischen der Flamme, zumindest der Flammenwurzel, und den im Brennraum rezirkulierenden Heizgasen bildet.
