Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Copolymeren, die durch Polymerisation von Vinylacetat und N-Vinyllactamen in Gegenwart eines Polyethers erhalten werden, als Stabilisierungsmittel für Emulsionen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die entsprechenden Emulsionen sowie pharmazeutische und kosmetische Zubereitungen auf Basis dieser Emulsionen.
Emulsionen sind disperse Systeme zweier nicht-mischbarer Flüssigkeiten. Dabei wird zwischen der inneren oder dispergierten Phase, die in diskrete Tröpfchen verteilt ist, und der äusseren Phase, dem Dispersionsmittel (kohärente Phase) , unterscheiden. Man unterscheidet zwischen Öl-in- Wasser (O/W) und Wasser-in-ÖI(W/O)-Emulsionen, je nach Phasenlage des betreffenden Systems.
Emulsionen finden vor allem im Bereich der pharmazeutischen und der kosmetischen Zubereitung Anwendung.
Ein Problem bei Emulsionen ist jedoch deren Tendenz zur Instabilität, insbesondere bei Lagerung über einen längeren Zeitraum. Durch ein Zusammenwachsen der Tröpfchen der inneren Phase, welches als Koaleszenz bezeichnet wird, kann es zu einer Vergröberung der Emulsion bis hin zum völligen Zusammenbruch der Emulsion mit kompletter Phasentrennung kommen.
Es bestand daher die Aufgabe, neue und verbesserte Stabilisierungsmittel bereitzustellen.
Bisher häufig verwendete Emulgatoren sind beispielsweise anionische Tenisde wie natriumdodecylsulfat oder Natriumdioctylsulfosuccinat, amphotere tenside wie beispielsweise Lecithin, nichtionische Tenside wie beispielsweise Cetylakohol, Cetylstea- rylalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Sorbitanfettsäureester, Polyoxyethylen- Sorbiatnfettsäureester, Polyoxyethylenfettsäure-Glyceride, Polyoxyethylen- Fettsäureester oderFettsäureether, Glycerolfettsäureester oder makromolekulare ten- sie wie die Poloxamere oder Macrogole.

Aus der WO 2007/051743 ist die Verwendung von Copolymerisaten, die durch Polymerisation von N-Vinyllactam, Vinylacetat und Polyethern erhaklten werden, als Löslich- keitsvermittler für in Wasser schwerlösliche Wirkstoffe bekannt.
Die Aufgabe wurde erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch die Verwendung von wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren Copolymerisaten, die erhalten werden durch radikalisch initiierte Polymerisation einer Mischung aus
i) 30 bis 80 Gew.-% N-Vinyllactam, ii) 10 bis 50 Gew.-% Vinylacetat und iii) 10 bis 50 Gew.-% eines Polyethers,
mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe von i), ii) und iii) gleich 100 Gew.-% ist, als Bindemittel für die Herstellung von festen wirkstoffhaltigen Dosierungsformen.
Bevorzugte Polymerisate werden erhalten aus:
i) 30 bis 70 Gew.-% N-Vinyllactam ii) 15 bis 35 Gew.-% Vinylacetat, und iii) 10 bis 35 Gew.-% eines Polyethers
Besonders bevorzugte Polymerisate werden erhalten aus:
i) 40 bis 60 Gew.-% N-Vinyllactam ii) 15 bis 35 Gew.-% Vinylacetat iii) 10 bis 30 Gew.-% eines Polyethers
Auch für die bevorzugten und besonders bevorzugten Zusammensetzungen gilt die Maßgabe, dass die Summe der Komponenten i), ii), und iii) gleich 100 Gew.-% beträgt.
Als N-Vinyllactam kommen N-Vinylcaprolactam oder N-Vinylpyrrolidon oder deren Mischungen in Betracht. Bevorzugt wird N-Vinylcaprolactam verwendet.
Als Polyether kommen vorzugsweise Polyalkylenglykole in Betracht. Die Polyalky- lenglykole können Molekulargewichte von 1000 bis 100000 D [Dalton], vorzugsweise 1500 bis 35000 D, besonders bevorzugt 1500 bis 10000 D, aufweisen. Die Molekulargewichte werden ausgehend von der gemäß DIN 53240 gemessenen OH-Zahl bestimmt.
Als besonders bevorzugte Polyalkylenglykole kommen Polyethylenglykole in Betracht. Weiterhin eignen sich auch Polypropylenglykole, Poly-Tetrahydrofurane oder Polybu- tylenglykole, die aus 2-Ethyloxiran oder 2,3-Dimethyloxiran erhalten werden.
Geeignete Polyether sind auch statistische oder blockartige Copolymere von aus Ethy- lenoxid, Propylenoxid und Butylenoxiden gewonnenen Polyalkylenglykolen wie beispielsweise Polyethylenglykol-polypropylenglykol-Blockcopolymere. Die Blockcopoly- mere können vom AB- oder vom ABA-Typ sein.
Zu den bevorzugten Polyalkylenglykolen gehören auch solche, die an einer oder an beiden OH-Endgruppen alkyliert sind. Als Alkylreste kommen verzweigte oder unverzweigte Cr bis C22-Alkylreste in Betracht, bevorzugt Ci-Cis-Alkylreste, beispielsweise Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Butyl-, Isobutyl-, Pentyl-, Hexyl-, Octyl-, Nonyl-, Decyl-, Dodecyl- Tri- decyl- oder Octadecyl-Reste.
Allgemeine Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Copolymerisate sind an sich bekannt. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch radikalisch initiierte Polymerisation, bevorzugt Lösungspolymerisation, in nichtwässrigen, organischen Lösungsmitteln oder in gemischt nichtwässrigen/wässrigen Lösungsmitteln. Die Herstellung der Copolymerisate und deren Überführung in die Pulverform ist in der WO 2007/051743, auf deren Offenbarung hinsichtlich der Herstellung der Copolymerisate hiermit ausdrücklich Bezug genommen wird, ausführlich beschrieben.
Die Polymerisate weisen K-Werte nach Fikentscher im Bereich von 10 bis 60, vorzugsweise 15 bis 40, gemessen in einer 1 gew.-%igen ethanolischen Lösung, auf.
Die Polymerisate eignen sich erfindungsgemäß zur Verwendung als Stabilisationsmittel für Emulsionen, insbesondere für Öl-in Wasser-Emulsionen.
Der Anteil an Stabilisierungmittel an der Emulsion kann 1 bis 50, vorzugsweise 2 bis 40, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 25 gew.-% betragen.
Emulsionen können durch die folgenden Teilschritte hergestellt werden: - Aufbereiten der lipophilen und der hydrophilen Phase
- Dispergieren der miteinander nicht mischbaren Phasen
- Homogenisieren
Beim Phaseninversions-Verfahren wir die Phase vorgelegt, die in der fertigen Emulsion die disperse Phase sein soll. Die Emulgatoren können dann entweder auf beide Phasen verteilt werden, oder auch insgesamt der in die vorgelegte Phase eingearbeitet werden.
Gemäß eines weiteren Verfahrens kann zunächst eine Grundemulsion hergestellt wer- den, in die die restliche hydrophile Phase eingearbeitet werden aknn.
Ein weiteres Verfahren zur Herstellung von Emulsionen wird so durchgeführt, dass der Emulgator in die kohärente Phase eingearbeitet wird und diese wird die disperse Phase nach und nach eingearbeitet.
Zum Homogenisieren eigenen sich die dafür üblichen Vorrichtungen wie Flügelrührer, Stabrührer oder Ultra-Turrax.
Die Mischprozesse können bei Raumtemperatur durchgefürht werden. Es kann sich aber auch empfehlen, die Mischungen zu erwärmen und dann zu homogenisieren. Welches im Einzelfall die am besten geeignete Methode ist, kann der Fachmann durch einige einfache Versuche feststellen.
Solche Emulsionen eignen sich insbesondere für pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zusammensetzungen. Es können aber auch Emulsionen für technische Anwendungen stabilisiert werden.
Erfindungsgemäße Emulsionen eignen sich für pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zubereitungen von Wirkstoffen, die originäre Öle darstellen, oder Zubereitungen von öllöslichen Wirkstoffen. Selbstverständlich können auch andere Wirkstoffe entweder gelöst oder dispergiert eingearbeitet werden.
Originäre Öle sind beispielsweise:
Jojobaöl, Kokosnussöl, Mandelöl, Olivenöl, Palmöl, Ricinusöl, Sojaöl oder Weizen- keimöl oder für etherische Öle wie Latschenkiefernöl, Lavendelöl, Rosmarinöl, Fichten- nadelöl, Kiefernnadelöl, Eukalyptusöl, Pfefferminzöl, Salbeiöl, Bergamottöl, Terpentinöl, Melissenöl, Wacholderöl, Zitronenöl, Anisöl, Kardamonöl; Pfefferminzöl, Campheröl etc. oder für Mischungen aus diesen Ölen.
Geeignete Wirkstoffe sind beispielsweise die Corticoide wie Hydrocortison.
Gewünschtenfalls können weitere pharmazeutisch üblichen Hilfsstoffe in Mengen von 0 bis 15 Gew.-%, eingesetzt werden.
Die pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen können übliche pharmazeutische Hilfsstoffe wie Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Verdickungsmittel, Chelatbildner, Geruchsstoffe, pH-Regulatoren, beispielsweise Säuerungsmittel, Puffersubstanzen, Süßstoffe, Aromen, Geschmacksverstärker und Farbstoffe eingesetzt werden. Folgende Stoffe sind hierbei besonders geeignet: Citronensäure, Weinsäure, Ascorbinsäure, Natriumdi- hydrogenphosphat, Cyclamat, Saccharin-Na, Aspartam, Menthol, Pfefferminzaroma, Fruchtaromen, Vanillearoma, Glutamat, Riboflavin, Betacarotin, wasserlösliche Farbstoffe, feinteilige Farblacke.
Geeignete Verdickungsmittel sind beispielsweise Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl- methylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Carragenane, Pektine, Xanthane oder Alginate eingesetzt werden.
Weiterhin können auch zusätzliche grenzflächenaktive Verbindungen zugegeben werden, beispielsweise Natriumlaurylsulfat, Dioctylsulfosuccinat, alkoxilierte Sorbitanester wie Polysorbat 80, polyalkoxilierte Derivate von Rizinusöl oder hydriertem Rizinusöl, beispielsweise Cremophor® RH 40, alkoxilierte Fettsäuren, alkoxilierte Hydroxyfettsäu- ren, alkoxilierte Fettalkohole, Alkalisalze von Fettsäuren und Lecithine.
Weiterhin können auch Pigmente wie Eisenoxide, Titandioxid, kolloidale oder gefällte Kieselsäure, Calciumcarbonate oder Calciumphosphate zugegeben werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Emulsionen vom Öl-in Wasser-Typ können für pharmazeuti- sehe Zubereitungen in Form von Cremes, Lotionen oder milchartigen Flüssigpräparaten verwendet werden.
Weiterhin eignen sich erfidnugsgemäß die genannten Copolymerisate auch als stabili- sierungsmittel für kosmetische Zubereitungen. Im Regelfall wird die kosmetische Zube- reitung zur topischen Applikation auf der Haut verwendet.
Im allgemeinen werden unter kosmetischen und/oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen Mischungen oder Formulierungen verstanden, die zur topischen Anwendung auf Haut oder Haar eingesetzt werden und die geeignet sind (i) zur Prävention von Schädigun- gen der menschlichen Haut und/oder menschlicher Haare, (ii) zur Behandlung von bereits aufgetretenen Schädigungen der menschlichen Haut und/oder menschlicher Haare, (iii) zur Pflege der menschlichen Haut und/oder menschlicher Haare und/oder (iv) zur Verbesserung des Hautgefühls (sensorische Eigenschaften). Explizit umfasst sind Mittel zur dekorativen Kosmetik. Bei den in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren be- schriebenen kosmetischen und/oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen handelt es sich um Präparate, deren Hauptindikation vor allem (z. B. bei Sonnenschutzpräparaten) oder aber unter anderem (z. B. bei Tagespflegeprodukten, bei Anti-Aging-Produkten, bei Selbstbräunungspräparaten) den Schutz der Haut vor Schädigungen durch Sonnenlicht, im speziellen durch UV-B- (280 bis 320 nm) und UV-A-Strahlung (>320 nm) ist. Die kosmetischen und/oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen enthalten neben den UV-Filtersubstanzen in einem kosmetisch verträglichen Medium geeignete Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, welche im Hinblick auf das spezielle Anwendungsgebiet gewählt werden. Derartige Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe sind dem Fachmann geläufig und können z.B. Handbüchern der Kosmetik, beispielsweise Schrader, Grundlagen und Rezepturen der Kosmetika, Hüthig Verlag, Heidelberg, 1989, ISBN 3-7785-1491-1 , oder Umbach,

Unter dem Begriff UV-A-Filter werden insbesondere öllösliche oder wasserlösliche Substanzen, aber auch schwerlösliche oder pigmentartige Substanzen verstanden, deren Absorptionsmaximum im UV-A-Bereich liegt, also im Bereich zwischen 320 und 400 nm. Bevorzugt werden als UV-A-Filter Substanzen eingesetzt, deren Absorptions- maximum zwischen 330 und 400 nm, insbesondere zwischen 350 und 380 nm liegt. Weiterhin besonders bevorzugt sind solche UV-A-Filter, die selbst photostabil sind oder durch weitere Substanzen photostabilisiert sind.
Weiterhin bevorzugt werden in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren als UV-A-Filter sol- che Substanzen eingesetzt, die eine hohe spezifische Absorption im UV-A-Bereich aufweisen, bevorzugt eine spezifische Absorption von A 1 %/1cm (1 %-ige Lösung bei 1 cm Schichtdicke) mindestens 700, insbesondere von mindestens 900.
Beispiele für öllösliche UV-B-Filter sind: 3-Benzylidencampher-Derivate, vorzugsweise 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)campher, 4-Aminobenzoesäure-Derivate, vorzugsweise 4-(Dimethylamino)-benzoesäure(2- ethylhexyl)ester, 4-(Dimethylamino)benzoesäureamylester, 4-Bis(polyethoxy)amino- benzoesäurepolyethoxyethylester (unter der Handelsbezeichnung Uvinul® P25 von der Fa. BASF AG erhältlich); sowie an Polymere gebundene UV-B-Filter (z.B. Benzyliden Malonat Polysiloxan, INCI: Polysilicone-15).
Zahlreiche UV-Strahlung absorbierende Verbindungen sind kommerziell erhältliche Handelsprodukte, beispielsweise die Uvinul®-Marken (BASF). Uvinul®-Lichtschutzmittel umfassen Verbindungen der Klassen Benzophenone, Ben- zotriazole, Cyanoacrylate, sterisch gehinderte Amine (HALS-Verbindungen), Triazine, Zimtsäureester, para-Aminobenzoate, Naphthalimide. Weitere bekannte UV-Strahlung absorbierende Verbindungen sind z.B. Hydroxyphenyltriazine oder Oxalanilide. Solche Verbindungen werden üblicherweise alleine oder in Mischungen mit anderen Licht- Schutzmittel in kosmetischen Anwendungen wie beispielsweise in Sonnenschutzmitteln oder zur Stabilisierung von organischen Polymeren wie beispielsweise Kunststoffen eingesetzt.
Grundsätzlich geeignet sind folgende UV-Strahlung absorbierende Verbindungen sind: Substituierte Acrylate, wie z.B. Ethyl- oder lsooctyl-α-cyano-ß,ß-diphenylacrylat (hauptsächlich 2-Ethylhexyl-α-cyano-ß,ß-diphenylacrylat), Methyl-α-methoxycarbonyl-ß- phenylacrylat, Methyl-α-methoxycarbonyl-ß-(p-methoxyphenyl)acrylat, Methyl- oder Butyl-α-cyano-ß-methyl-ß-(p-methoxyphenyl)acrylat, N-(ß-methoxycarbonyl-ß-
cyanovinyl)-2-methylindolin, Octyl-p-methoxycinnamat, lsopentyl-4-methoxycinnamat, Urocaninsäure oder deren Salze oder Ester;
Derivate der p-Aminobenzoesäure, insbesondere deren Ester z.B. Sterisch gehinderte Amine wie beispielsweise N,N'-bisformyl-N,N'-bis-(2,2,6,6- tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-hexamethylendiamin (CAS-Nr. 124172-53-8), bis-(2,2,6,6- tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-sebacat (CAS-Nr. 52829-07-9), Bis-(1 ,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4- piperidyl)-sebacate (CAS-Nr. 41556-26-7), Methyl-(1 ,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl)- sebacat (CAS-Nr. 82919-37-7), oligomere sterisch gehinderte Amine, die unter den Handelsnamen Uvinul®5050 H (CAS-Nr. 152261-33-1 ) und Uvinul®5062 H (CAS-Nr. 65447-77-0) kommerziell erhältlich sind.
Weitere geeignete UV-Strahlung absorbierende Verbindungen kann man der Schrift Cosmetic Legislation, Vol.1 , Cosmetic Products, European Commission 1999, S. 64-66 entnehmen, auf die hiermit Bezug genommen wird.
Weitere geeignete UV-Strahlung absorbierende Verbindungen werden außerdem in den Zeilen 14 bis 30 ([003O]) auf Seite 6 der EP 1 191 041 A2 beschrieben. Auf diese wird vollinhaltlich Bezug genommen und diese Literaturstelle wird zum Offenbarungsgehalt der vorliegenden Erfindung gemacht.
Weitere geeignete UV-Strahlung absorbierende Verbindungen sind beispielsweise auf Seite 39, Zeile 20 bis Seite 41 , Zeile 10 der WO 2006/106140 beschrieben. Auf diese Textstelle wird vollinhaltlich Bezug genommen und diese Textstelle wird zum Offenbarungsgehalt der vorliegenden Erfindung gemacht.
Unter topischen Zubereitungen sind dabei solche Zubereitungen zu verstehen, die dazu geeignet sind, die Wirkstoffe in feiner Verteilung und bevorzugt in einer durch die Haut resobierbaren Form auf die Haut aufzubringen. Hierfür eignen sich z.B. wässrige und wässrig-alkoholische Lösungen, Sprays, Schäume, Schaumaerosole, Salben, wässrige Gele, Emulsionen vom O/W- oder W/O-Typ, Mikroemulsionen oder kosmetische Stiftpräparate.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Zubereitung enthält die Zubereitung einen Träger. Bevorzugt als Träger ist Wasser, ein Gas, eine Wasser-basierte Flüssigkeit, ein Öl, ein Gel, eine Emulsion oder Mikroemul- sion, eine Dispersion oder Mischungen davon. Die genannten Träger zeigen gute
Hautverträglichkeit. Besonders vorteilhaft für topische Zubereitungen sind wässrige Gele, Emulsionen oder Mikroemulsionen.
Als Emulgatoren können nichtionogene Tenside, zwitterionische Tenside, ampholyti- sehe Tenside oder anionische Emulgatoren verwendet werden. Die Emulgatoren können in den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 Gew.- %, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Zusammensetzung, enthalten sein.
Neben den beiden vorgenannten Gruppen primärer Lichtschutzstoffe können auch sekundäre Lichtschutzmittel vom Typ der Antioxidantien eingesetzt werden, die die photochemische Reaktionskette unterbrechen, welche ausgelöst wird, wenn UV- Strahlung in die Haut eindringt. Typische Beispiele hierfür sind Superoxid-Dismutase, Tocopherole (Vitamin E) und Ascorbinsäure (Vitamin C).
Nach einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die erfindungsgemäße kosmetische Zubereitung ferner pflegende Substanzen, weitere kosmetische Wirkstoffe und/oder Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe.
Als weitere kosmetische Wirkstoffe werden insbesondere Hautfeuchthaltemittel, anti- mikrobielle Stoffe und/oder deodorierende oder schweißhemmende Stoffe eingesetzt. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass sich weitere gewünschte Effekte erzielen lassen, die zur Pflege oder Behandlung der Haut beitragen oder beispielsweise das Wohlempfinden des Anwenders der kosmetischen Zusammensetzung bei der Verwendung dieser Zusammensetzung steigern.
So können in der kosmetischen Zusammensetzung neben dem Träger, dem Hybridmaterial, Wasser und physiologisch geeigneten Lösemitteln unter anderem auch pflegende Bestandteile, wie z.B. Öle, Wachse, Fette, rückfettende Substanzen, Verdickungsmittel, Emulgatoren und Duftstoffe enthalten sein. Ein hoher Anteil an pflegenden Substanzen ist insbesondere zur topischen prophylaktischen oder kosmetischen Behand- lung der Haut vorteilhaft. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Zusammensetzung neben den in vielen Fällen ebenfalls Pflegewirkung aufweisenden tierischen und pflanzlichen Fetten und Ölen noch weitere Pflegekomponenten enthält. Die Gruppe der flegenden Wirkstoffe, die zum Einsatz kommen können, umfasst z.B.: Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, insbesondere Fettalkohole von natürlichen Fettsäuren; tierische und pflanzliche Proteinhydrolysate, insbesondere Elastin-, Kollagen-, Keratin-, Milcheiweiß, Sojaprotein-, Seidenprotein-, Haferprotein-, Erbsenprotein-, Mandelprotein- und
Weizenproteinhydrolysate; Vitamine, Provitamine und Vitaminvorstufen, insbesondere die der Vitamin-Gruppen A und B; Mono-, Di- und Oligosaccharide; Pflanzenextrakte; Honigextrakte; Ceramide; Phospholipide; Vaseline, Paraffin- und Silikonöle; Fettsäure- und Fettalkoholester, insbesondere die Monoester der Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen mit 3 bis 24 C-Atomen.
Übliche kosmetische Hilfsstoffe, die als Zusätze in Betracht kommen können, sind z. B. Co-Emulgatoren, Fette und Wachse, Stabilisatoren, Verdickungsmittel, biogene Wirkstoffe, Filmbildner, Duftstoffe, Farbstoffe, Perlglanzmittel, Konservierungsmittel, Pig- mente, Elektrolyt^ (z.B. Magnesiumsulfat) und pH-Regulatoren. Als Co-Emulgatoren kommen vorzugsweise bekannte W/O-und daneben auch O/W-Emulgatoren wie etwa Polyglycerinester, Sorbitanester oder teilveresterte Glyceride in Betracht. Typische Beispiele für Fette sind Glyceride; als Wachse sind u.a. Bienenwachs, Paraffinwachs oder Mikrowachse gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit hydrophilen Wachsen zu nen- nen. Als Stabilisatoren können Metallsalze von Fettsäuren wie z.B. Magnesium-, Aluminium- und/oder Zinkstearat eingesetzt werden. Geeignete Verdickungsmittel sind beispielsweise vernetzte Polyacrylsäuren und deren Derivate, Polysaccharide, insbesondere Xanthan-Gum, Guar-Guar, Agar-Agar, Alginate und Tylosen, Carboxy- methylcellulose und Hydroxyethylcellulose, ferner Fettalkohole, Monoglyceride und Fettsäuren, Polyacrylate, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylpyrrolidon. Unter biogenen Wirkstoffen sind beispielsweise Pflanzenextrakte, Eiweißhydrolysate und Vitaminkomplexe zu verstehen. Gebräuchliche Filmbildner sind beispielsweise Hydrocolloide wie Chitosan, mikrokristallines Chitosan oder quaterniertes Chitosan, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylacetat-Copolymerisate, Polymere der Acrylsäurereihe, quaternäre Cellulose-Derivate und ähnliche Verbindungen. Als Konservierungsmittel eignen sich beispielsweise Formaldehydlösung, p-Hydroxybenzoat oder Sorbinsäure. Als Perlglanzmittel kommen beispielsweise Glycoldistearinsäureester wie Ethylenglycoldistea- rat, aber auch Fettsäuren und Fettsäuremonoglycolester in Betracht. Als Farbstoffe können die für kosmetische Zwecke geeigneten und zugelassenen Substanzen ver- wendet werden, wie sie beispielsweise in der Publikation "Kosmetische Färbemittel" der Farbstoffkommission der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft, veröffentlicht im Verlag Chemie, Weinheim, 1984, zusammengestellt sind. Diese Farbstoffe werden üblicherweise in Konzentration von 0,001 bis 0,1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Mischung, eingesetzt.
Ein zusätzlicher Gehalt an Antioxidantien ist im allgemeinen bevorzugt. So können als günstige Antioxidantien alle für kosmetische und/oder dermatologische Anwendungen geeigneten oder gebräuchlichen Antioxidantien verwendet werden.
Vorteilhafterweise werden die Antioxidantien gewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Aminosäuren (z.B. Glycin, Histidin, Tyrosin, Tryptophan) und deren Derivate, Imidazole
(z.B. Urocaninsäure) und deren Derivate, Peptide wie D,L-Carnosin, D-Carnosin, L- Carnosin und deren Derivate (z.B. Anserin), Carotinoide, Carotine (z.B. ß-Carotin, Ly- copin) und deren Derivate, Chlorogensäure und deren Derivate, Liponsäure und deren Derivate (z.B. Dihydroliponsäure), Aurothioglucose, Propylthiouracil und andere Thiole (z.B. Thioredoxin, Glutathion, Cystein, Cystin, Cystamin und deren Glycosyl-, N-Acetyl-, Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, Amyl-, Butyl-, und Lauryl-, Palmitoyl-, Oleyl-, Linoleyl-, Cholesteryl- und Glycerylester) sowie deren Salze, Dilaurylthiodipropionat, Distearylthiodipropionat, Thiodipropionsäure und deren Derivate (Ester, Ether, Peptide, Lipide, Nukleotide, Nukleoside und Salze) sowie Sulfoximinverbindungen (z.B. Buthio- ninsulfoximine, Homocysteinsulfoximine, Buthioninsulfone, Penta-, Hexa-, Heptathio- ninsulfoximin) in sehr geringen verträglichen Dosierungen (z.B. pmol bis μmol/kg), ferner (Metall)-Chelatoren (z.B. -Hydroxyfettsäuren, Palmitinsäure, Phytinsäure, Lactofer- rin), Hydroxysäuren (z.B. Citronensäure, Milchsäure, Apfelsäure), Huminsäure, Gallensäure, Gallenextrakte, Bilirurin, Biliverdin, EDTA und deren Derivate, ungesättigte Fett- säuren und deren Derivate (z.B. Linolensäure, Linolsäure, Ölsäure), Folsäure und deren Derivate, Ubichinon und Ubichinol und deren Derivate, Vitamin C und deren Derivate (z.B. Ascorbylpalmitat, Mg-Ascorbylphosphat, Ascorbylacetat), Tocopherol und Derivate (z.B. Vitamin-E-Acetat, Tocotrienol), Vitamin A und Derivate (Vitamin-A- Palmitat) sowie Koniferylbenzoat des Benzoeharzes, Rutinsäure und deren Derivate, Glycosylrutin, Ferulasäure, Furfurylidenglucitol, Carnosin, Butyl hydroxytoluol, Butyl- hydroxyanisol, Nordihydroguajakharzsäure, Nordihydroguajaretsäure, Trihydroxybuty- rophenon, Harnsäure und deren Derivate, Mannose und deren Derivate, Zink und dessen Derivate (z.B. ZnO, ZnSO4), Selen und dessen Derivate (z.B. Selenmethionin), Stilbene und deren Derivate (z.B. Stilbenoxid, Trans-Stilbenoxid).
Ferner vorteilhaft sind natürliche pflanzliche Antioxydantienkomplexe wie zum Beispiel Tee-, Trauben-oder Algen-Extrakte, aber auch natürliche oder naturidentische Einzelsubstanzen, wie z. B. Resveratrol.
Antioxydantien können neben dem Schutz des kosmetischen und/oder dermatologischen Produktes vor Oxidation auch anti-oxidative wie auch anti-aging Wirkungen in der menschlichen Haut erzielen.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt im Sinne der Erfindung sind daher Antioxidantien, die in die menschliche Haut penetrieren und dort effizient ihre Wirkung entfalten, und damit in gewissem Sinne synergistisch zu den Lichtschutzfiltern die Haut vor den Schäden des UV-Lichtes, vor Sonnenbrand und vor reaktiven Sauerstoffspezies und freien Radikalen schützen. Ganz besonders bevorzugt sind Vitamin C und Vitamin E und ihre Derivate.
Die Menge der vorgenannten Antioxidantien (eine oder mehrere Verbindungen) in den Zubereitungen beträgt vorzugsweise 0,001 bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05
bis 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung.
Sofern Vitamin E und/oder dessen Derivate als Antioxidans verwendet werden, ist es vorteilhaft, deren jeweilige Konzentration aus dem Bereich von 0,001 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Formulierung, zu wählen.
Sofern Vitamin A und/oder dessen Derivate bzw. Carotinoide das oder die Antioxidan- tien darstellen, ist es vorteilhaft, deren jeweilige Konzentration aus dem Bereich von 0,001 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Formulierung, zu wählen.
Übliche Ölkomponenten in der Kosmetik sind beispielsweise Paraffinöl, Glycerylstea- rat, Isopropylmyristat, Diisopropyladipat, 2-Ethylhexansäurecetylstearylester, hydriertes Polyisobuten, Vaseline, Caprylsäure/Caprinsäure-Triglyceride, mikrokristallines Wachs, Lanolin und Stearinsäure. Diese Aufzählung ist jedoch beispielhaft und nicht umfassend.
Den Zubereitungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung können ferner natürliche und/oder naturidentische und/oder synthetische Wirksubstanzen mit unterschiedlichen Wirkfunktionen zugesetzt sein, wie zum Beispiel Coffein zur Hautstraffung oder Durchblutungsförderung, Dihydroxyaceton und/oder Erythrulose zum Zwecke der Selbstbräunung, Bisabolol und/oder Panthenol zur Hautberuhigung und/oder Stoffe zur Feuchtigkeitsanreicherung (Moisturizing), zur Hautglättung, und insbesondere Wirksubstanzen zum Schutz vor Hautalterung, wie zum Beispiel Vitamin A und/oder dessen Derivate, Pflanzenextrakte oder auch proteinartige Substanzen.
Weitere Komponenten kosmetischer und /oder dermatologischer Zubereitungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindungen können zusätzliche Funktionen erfüllen, wie z. B. die Färbung der Haut in der dekorativen Kosmetik, aber auch die des Produktes selbst. Weitere Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe dienen der Verbesserung der ästhetischen, anwendungstechnischen und/oder kosmetischen Eigenschaften. Solche Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe sind z.B. Co-Emulgatoren, organische Lösemittel, Überfettungsmittel, Stabilisatoren, Antioxidationsmittel, Wachse oder Fette, Konsistenzgeber, Verdickungsmittel, Bräunungsmittel, Vitamine, kationische Polymere, biogene Wirkstoffe, Konservierungsmittel, Hydrotope, Solubilisatoren, Färb- und Duftstoffe.
Hinsichtlich solcher weiterer Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe sei an dieser Stelle auf die Offenbarung der EP 1455737 B , Absätze [0075] bis [0077] hingewiesen, worauf hiermit in vollem Umfang Bezug genommen wird.
Beispiele
Emulgator A: erfindungsgemäßer Emulgator erhalten gemäß Verfahren nach WO 2007/051743 aus 13 Gew.-% Polyethylenglykol PEG 6000, 57 Gew.-% N- Vinylcaprolactam und 30 Gew.-% Vinylacetat mit einem K-Wert von 35 (gemessen 1 gew.-%ig in Ethanol).
Herstellung einer Hydrocortison-Emulsion Mischung 1 Emulgator 10 g
Flüssiges Paraffin 12.0 g Parabene 0.2 g
Mischung 2: Propylenglykol 8.0 g Hydrocortison 1.0 g
Mischung 1 und 86.68 g Wasser wurden separat auf 80 0C erhitzt und anschliessend das Wasser unter starkem Rühr mittels eines Flügelrührers bei 40 Upm in die Mi- schung 1 eingearbeitet. Mischung 2 wurde erhitzt, bis aller Wirkstoff gelöst war, in die mit Wasser versetzte Mischung 1 gegeben und die resultierende Mischung dann unter kontinuierlichem Rühren auf 20 0C abgekühlt. Man erhilt eine weißliche, niedrigviskose emulsion.
Beispiel 2
Herstellung einer Minzöl-Emulsion
Pfefferminzöl, 3.5 g
Emulgator A13.8 g
Ethanol 96% 52.0 g Wasser 30.7 g
Der Emulgator wurde bei 20 0C mit Hilfe eines Flügelrührers bei 1000 Upm im Wasser gelöst, dann mit dem Pfefferminzöl und anschliessend mit dem Ethanol versetzt. Es entstand eine klare, niedrigviskose Emulsion.
Beispiel 3
Herstellung einer ÖI-in-Wasser-Emulsion
Fraktioniertes Kokosöl (Mygliol® 812) 20.0 g Emulgator 20.0 g Wasser 60.0 g
Erfindungsgemäß:
Der Emulgator A wurde mittels eines Flügelrührers bei 1000 Upm bei Raumtemperatur in Wasser gelöst. Dann wurde das Mygliol eingerührt und die Mischung anschliessend mittels eines Ultra-Turrax bei 20.000 Upm für 5 min homogenisiert.
Erfindungsgemäß: Man erhielt eine niedrig-mittel-viskose weiße Emulsion, die auch nach 6 Wochen noch stabil war.
Zum Vergleich wurden analog Emulsionen mit folgenden Emulgatoren herzustellen:
Kollicoat® IR (Pfropfpolymer aus 75 Gew.-% Polyvinylalkohol und 25 Gew.-% PEG, MG 45.000 D): stabile (6 Wochen , 200C) weiße, hochviskose Emulsion
Lutrol® E 400 (Macrogol 400): keine Emulsionsbildung, Phasentrennung
Weiterhin wurden zum Vergleich bei analoger Zusammensetzung folgende Emulsionen hergestellt:
Cetylstearylalkohol wurde bei 60 0C geschmolzen und mit Mygliol versetzt. Anschliessend wurde bei 600C das Wasser zugegeben und mit dem Ultra-Turrax bei 20.000 Upm 5 min homogenisiert. Es wurde keine stabile Emulsion erhalten, beim Homogenisieren kam es zur Phasentrennung.
Tween® 80 (Polyoxyethylen(20)sorbitanmonooleat) wurde mit dem Wasser gemischt und auf 40 0C erwärmt. Danach wurde Mygliol zugegeben und mit dem Ultra-Turrax bei 20.000 Upm 5 min homogenisiert. Es entstand eine weiße niedrigviskose Emulsion, bei der nach einem Tag bei 20 0C eine Phasentrennung zu beobachten war, die durch Redispergierung rückgängig gemacht werden konnte.
Beispiel 4 Herstellung einer Emulsion von Anisöl
Sternanisöl 1.0 g Emulgator A1.7 g Parabene 0.2 g Ethanol 96% 34.0 g Wasser 63.1 g
Emulgator und Parabene wurden unter Rühren (Flügelrührer, 800 Upm) bei 65 °C im Wasser gelöst. Danach wurde das Sternanisöl zugegeben und eine Minute weiterge- rührt. Anschliessend wurde das Ethanol unter Rühren eingearbeitet.
Beispiel 5
Herstellung von O/W-Emulsionen mit unterschiedlichen Gehalten an Stabilisierungsmitteln
Rezeptur
Ölphase: 20 g Kokosöl (Mygliol 812)
Emulgator A:

Der Emulgator wurde mittels eines Flügelrühreres bei 1000 Upm in der jeweiligen Wassermenge gelöst. Anschliessend wurde das Kokosöl eingerührt und mit dem Ultra- Turrax 10 min bei 24.000 Upm homogenisiert. Die Bestimmung der Größe der Öltröpfchen erfolgte sofort nach Herstellung, nach 3 Tagen und nach 14 Tagen Lagerung bei 200C.
Zum Vergleich wurden analog Emulsionen hergestellt, die als Emulgator Kollicoat® IR, ein Pfropfcopolymer aus 75 Gew.-% Polyvinylalkohol- und 25 Gew.-% Polyethylengly- kol-Einheiten mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von 45.000 Dalton, enthielten.
Die Teilchengrößen der Öltröpfchen wurde mit einem Malvern Mastersizer 2000 bestimmt.
In der nachstehenden Tabelle sind die mittleren Teilchengrößen d(0.5) in μm bestimmt direkt nach Herstellung sowie nach 3 und nach 14 Tagen Lagerung bei 20 0C angegeben. In der linken Spalte ist jeweils der Anteil an Emulgator am Gesamtgewicht der Emulsion in % angegeben.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Emulsionen sind monomodal und hinsichtlich ihrer Öltröpf- chengröße auch bei Lagerung sehr stabil. Die Vergleichsemulsionen weisen alle eine bimodale Verteilung nach Herstellung auf. Die große und Verteilung der Öltröpfchen variieren erheblich bei den verschiedenen Lagerungszeiten.
In der Abbildung ist die Teilchengrößenverteilung der Rezeptur 5d) graphisch dargestellt.
Claims
1. Verwendung von wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren Copolymeren, die durch Polymerisation von Vinylacetat und N-Vinyllactamen in Gegenwart eines Po- lyethers erhalten werden, als Stabilisierungsmittel für Emulsionen.
2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Copolymerisate erhalten werden durch radikalisch initiierte Polymerisation einer Mischung aus
i) 30 bis 80 Gew.-% N-Vinyllactam, ii) 10 bis 50 Gew.-% Vinylacetat und iii) 10 bis 50 Gew.-% eines Polyethers,
mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe von i), ii) und iii) gleich 100 Gew.-% ist.
3. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Copolymerisaten erhalten werden aus:
i) 30 bis 70 Gew.-% N-Vinyllactam ii) 15 bis 35 Gew.-% Vinylacetat, und iii) 10 bis 35 Gew.-% eines Polyethers
4. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Copolymerisate erhal- ten werden aus:
i) 40 bis 60 Gew.-% N-Vinyllactam ii) 15 bis 35 Gew.-% Vinylacetat iii) 10 bis 30 Gew.-% eines Polyethers
5. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei als N-Vinyllactam N- Vinylcaprolactam oder N-Vinylpyrrolidon oder deren Mischungen eingesetzt werden.
6. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei als N-Vinyllactam N- Vinylcaprolactam eingesetzt wird.
7. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei als Polyether Polyalky- lenglykole Molekulargewichte von 1000 bis 100000 Dalton eingesetzt werden.

9. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Polymerisate K-Werte im Bereich von 15 bis40, gemessen in einer 1 gew.-%igen ethanolischen Lösung, aufweisen.
10. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Emulsionen vom Typ Öl-in Wasser darstellen.
1 1. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Emulsionen mittlere Tröpfchengrößen d(0.5) von 0.1 bis 50 μm aufweisen.
12. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , wobei die Emulsionen mittlere Tröpfchengrößen d(0.5) von 0.5 bis 25 μm aufweisen.
13. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Ölphase öllösliche Wirkstoffe enthält.
14. Emulsionen, enthaltend als Stabilisierungsmittel wasserlösliche oder wasser- dispergierbaren Copolymere, die durch Polymerisation von Vinylacetat und N- Vinyllactamen in Gegenwart eines Polyethers erhalten werden.
15. Pharmazeutische oder kosmetische Zubereitungen, erhalten gemäß der Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
