Claims (4)

  1. Trockner (1), umfassend eine Trommel (2), in der zu trocknende Wäsche angeordnet ist und der um die horizontale Achse (X1) gedreht wird, eine Einlassöffnung (3), die auf der Vorderseite der Trommel (2) angeordnet ist und durch die Wäsche geladen wird, ein Gehäuse (4), das die Einlassöffnung (3) umgibt und aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und die Trommel (2) von der Vorderseite stützt, eine ringförmige Vorderwand (5), die die Vorderfläche des Grundkörpers der Trommel (2) bildet, einen kreisförmigen vorderen Stützrand (6), der sich von der Innenkante der Vorderwand (5) zur Einlassöffnung (3) hin erstreckt, und eine oder mehrere Rollen (8), die auf der Innenseite des Gehäuses (4) angebracht sind und der Trommel (2) zugewandt sind und die Trommel (2) abstützen, indem sie im vorderen Stützrand (6) sitzen und eine Lagerbohrung (7) aufweisen, die in der Mitte der Rolle (8) angeordnet ist und diese drehbar lagert, und die sich aufgrund der Drehbewegung der Trommel (2) um eine Drehachse (X2) parallel zur horizontalen Achse (X1) der Trommel (2) drehen, gekennzeichnet durch eine oder mehrere Hülsen (10),
    - die einstückig mit dem Gehäuse (4) geformt sind,
    - die in ihrer Mitte eine Schrauböffnung (9) aufweisen, die sich konzentrisch mit der Lagerbohrung (7) zum Inneren des Gehäuses (4) erstreckt,
    - die sich in Richtung der Drehachse (X2) der Rolle (8) den Abschnitt der Schrauböffnung (9) umgeben, der sich vom Gehäuse (4) nach außen öffnet, und sich auf diese Weise vom Gehäuse (4) nach außen erstrecken,
    - andenen die Rolle (8) angebracht ist,
    - die eine hohle zylindrische Form aufweisen und einen Außendurchmesserabmessung (D1) aufweisen, die es ihnen erlaubt, vor der Montage in lockerer Passung durch die Lagerbohrung (7) geführt zu werden,
    und
    - durch eine Schraube (11), die am Gehäuse (4) montiert wird, indem sie durch die Schrauböffnung (9) geführt wird, nachdem die Rolle (8) an der Hülse (10) montiert wurde.
  2. Trockner (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (12) in die Nabe der Rolle (8) integriert ist und eine Innennabe (R2) aufweist, die auf seiner Innenseite angeordnet ist, und dass die Hülse (10) in der Lagerbohrung (7) sitzt, die in der Mitte der Innennabe (R2) des Lagers (12) angeordnet ist.
  3. Trockner (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (11) einen Schraubkopf (13) aufweist, dessen Durchmesserabmessung derart ist, dass der Schraubkopf (13) rundum an der Kante der Innennabe (R2) des Lagers (12) anliegt.
  4. Trockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (11) beim Montagevorgang dafür sorgt, dass der Außendurchmesser (D1) der Hülse (10) erhöht wird, und wobei der Durchmesser (D2) von wenigstens einem Teil des Schraubkörpers (14), der sich auf der Seite des Schraubkopfes (13) des Schraubkörpers (14) befindet und am Ende der Montage der Rolle (8) am Gehäuse (4) im Inneren der Hülse (10) verbleibt, größer als der Durchmesser (D3) der Schrauböffnung (9) ist.
