Claims (15)

  1. Composition de décontamination/détoxification, comprenant:
    (A) 10% à 40% en poids d'un agent oxydant qui consiste de dichlorure et/ou trichlorure d'isocyanurate de potassium ou de sodium;
    (B) 8% à 35% en poids d'un agent alcalinisant;
    (C) 30% à 70% en poids d'au moins un agent de remplissage inorganique;
    (D) 0,5% à 5% en poids d'au moins un agent de suspension;
    (E) 0% à 7% en poids d'au moins un agent tensioactif,
    le total des pourcentages en poids des composants (A) à (E) étant de 100%; dans laquelle la composition a une solubilité dans l'eau à 20 °C d'au moins 90 g/100 ml;
    dans laquelle la composition est exempte d'oxydes métalliques;
    dans laquelle la composition a une efficacité de récupération d'au moins 50%, l'efficacité de récupération étant mesurée comme le pourcentage de la quantité initiale de 10 grammes de Iprite récupéré de la surface d'un mètre carré par 150 grammes de composition après un temps de contacte de 30 minutes.
  2. Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacun desdits agent alcalinisant (B), au moins un agent de remplissage inorganique (C), au moins un agent de suspension (D) et éventuellement au moins un agent tensioactif (E) a une solubilité dans l'eau à 20 °C d'au moins 10 g/100 ml, et de préférence de 15 g/100 ml.
  3. Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit agent oxydant (A) est constitué de dichlorure et trichlorure d'isocyanurate de potassium ou de sodium, le dichlorure d'isocyanurate étant de 10% à 30% en poids, de préférence de 10% à 25% en poids et plus de préférence de 10% à 20% en poids, le trichlorure d'isocyanurate étant de 5% à 20% en poids, de préférence de 5% à 15% en poids.
  4. Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit agent oxydant (A) est constitué trichlorure d'isocyanurate de sodium ou de potassium en une quantité de 10% à 30% en poids, de préférence de 15% à 30% en poids et plus préférentiellement de 15% à 25% en poids.
  5. Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit agent oxydant (A) est constitué de dichlorure d'isocyanurate de potassium ou de sodium en une quantité de 20% à 40% en poids, de préférence de 25% à 40% en poids et plus préférentiellement de 30% à 40% en poids.
  6. Composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit agent d'alcalinisation (B) comprend au moins un composé choisi parmi le groupe constitué par: les phosphates de sodium ou de potassium, les silicates de sodium ou de potassium, les carbonates de sodium ou de potassium, hydroxyde de sodium ou de potassium ou un mélange de deux ou plusieurs de ceux-ci.
  7. Composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit agent d'alcalinisation (B) comprend tripolyphosphate de sodium ou de potassium.
  8. Composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit agent oxydant (A) est égale ou supérieure à 15% en poids, ledit agent alcalinisant (B) étant supérieure à 15% en poids, de préférence plus de 20% en poids et plus préférentiellement plus de 25% en poids.
  9. Composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit au moins un agent de remplissage inorganique (C) est choisi parmi le groupe constitué par le sulfate de sodium ou de potassium anhydre, le chlorure de sodium ou de potassium, le fluorure d'ammonium hydrogène, le silicate de sodium ou de potassium, le sulfate de magnésium ou un mélange de deux ou plusieurs de ceux-ci.
  10. Composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit agent de suspension (D) est choisi parmi le groupe constitué par:
    la carboxyméthylcellulose, l'acétate de cellulose, des substances protéiques, vinylpolymers ou un mélange de deux ou plusieurs de ceux-ci.
  11. Composition selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ledit agent tensioactif (E) est de 0,1% à 7%, de préférence de 2% à 7% par rapport au poids total de la composition.
  12. Composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit agent tensioactif (E) est choisi parmi le groupe constitué par:
    alkylpolyglycoside, le laurylsulfate de sodium, alkyl sulfonate de sodium, alkylarylsulfonate de sodium, laurethyl sulfate de sodium, ou un mélange de deux ou plus de ceux-ci.
  13. Une solution de décontamination/détoxification aqueuse comprenant une phase solide constituée par la composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
  14. L'utilisation de la composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12 ou de la solution aqueuse selon la revendication 13 pour la détoxification/décontamination des surfaces polluées par des substances toxiques et/ou pathogène et/ou des substances biologiques.
  15. L'utilisation de la composition selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12 ou de la solution aqueuse selon la revendication 13 pour la décontamination des surfaces polluées par des particules nucléaires et/ou radiologique.
