Abstract
Eine Vakuumpumpe weist in Strömungsrichtung der Luft gesehen zunächst eine Drehkolbenpumpe 4 und anschließend eine Schraubenpumpe 6 auf. Für beide Pumpen ist ein gemeinsames Gehäuse 1 mit zwei zueinander parallelen Wellen 5', 5" vorgesehen, auf denen die Drehkolben 4', 4" sowie die Schrauben 6', 6" der beiden Pumpen angeordnet sind.
