Claims (5)

  1. Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) für einen Trockner (1), die eine Wärmeaustauscheinheit (10), einen Positionierungsrahmen (13) und einen Verbinder (14) aufweist, wobei die Wärmeaustauscheinheit (10) mindestens einen Trocknungsluftkanal (11) aufweist, der aus einem wärmeleitenden Material hergestellt ist, und mindestens einen Kühlluftkanal (12), der auf einer Seite des Trocknungsluftkanals (11) angeordnet ist, wobei der Positionierungsrahmen (13) einen Satz durchgehende Löcher aufweist, die mit dem Trocknungsluftkanal (11) verbunden sind, und der Verbinder (14) mit dem Trocknungsluftkanal (11) verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: der Verbinder (14) einen Aufnahmeschlitz (23) zum Aufnehmen des Positionierungsrahmens (13) aufweist, und der Positionierungsrahmen (13), der Verbinder (14) und die Wärmeaustauscheinheit (10) gegenseitig durch direkte Verbindung befestigt sind, und ferner dadurch, dass die Wärmeaustauscheinheit (10) einen ersten Anschlussschlitz (17a) und einen zweiten Anschlussschlitz (17b) neben einer Öffnung des Trocknungsluftkanals (11) hat, und dass Seitenwände (18, 22) des Positionierungsrahmens (13) und der Verbinder (14) sich in den ersten Anschlussschlitz (17a) und den zweiten Anschlussschlitz (17b) erstrecken.
  2. Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 1, ferner gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass Klebstoff (24) zwischen dem ersten Anschlussschlitz (17a) und dem zweiten Anschlussschlitz (17b) eingefüllt ist und dass die Wärmeaustauscheinheit (10), der Positionierungsrahmen (13) und der Verbinder (14) zusammengeklebt sind.
  3. Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) zwei Positionierungsrahmen (13) und Verbinder (14) aufweist, und dass zwei Seitenplatten (15) jeweils an zwei Seiten des Trocknungsluftkanals (11) angeordnet sind, und ein Satz Wärmeableitungseinheiten (16) in einem Raum, der von den Seitenplatten (15) und dem Trocknungsluftkanal (11) gebildet wird, geschichtet ist, und ein Raum neben der Öffnung des Trocknungsluftkanals (11), der nicht von den Wärmeableitungseinheiten (16) belegt ist, den ersten Anschlussschlitz (17a) und den zweiten Anschlussschlitz (17b) bildet, und die Seitenwände (18, 22) der Positionierungsrahmen (13) und die Verbinder (14) den ersten Anschlussschlitz (17a) und den zweiten Anschlussschlitz (17b) blockieren, um einen Kühlluftkanal (12) zu bilden, der von den Seitenplatten (15) und den Seitenwänden des Trocknungsluftkanals (11) umschlossen ist, wobei es Luft erlaubt wird, durch die Wärmeableitungseinheiten (16) durchzugehen.
  4. Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) zwei Trocknungsluftkanäle (11) aufweist, dass der Satz Wärmeableitungseinheiten (16) zwischen den zwei Trocknungsluftkanälen (11) geschichtet ist, dass ein dritter Anschlussschlitz (17c) neben der Öffnung der Trocknungsluftkanäle (11) gebildet ist und dass der Positionierungsrahmen (13) einen Dichtungsstreifen (19) hat, der sich in den dritten Anschlussschlitz (17c) hineinerstreckt, der den dritten Anschlussschlitz (17c) blockiert, um einen dritten Kühlluftkanal (12) zu bilden, der von den Trocknungsluftkanälen (11) eingeschlossen ist.
  5. Kondensationsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 4, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsstreifen (19) des Positionierungsrahmens (13) und die Seitenwände (18) des Positionierungsrahmens (13) durch Rippen (20) verbunden sind und durchgehende Löcher zwischen dem Dichtungsstreifen (19) des Positionierungsrahmens (13) und den Seitenwänden (18) des Positionierungsrahmens (13) gebildet sind.
