Der in
Der Abschnitt 22 des Prozessluftkreises 2 vom Gebläse 19 bis zur Trommel 3 wird nachfolgend näher betrachtet. Der Abschnitt 22 liegt außerhalb des an einer Rückseite des Trockners 1 von einem Wandbereich 24 begrenzten Gehäuses 24, wohingegen der Prozessluftkreis im Übrigen innerhalb des Gehäuses 24 angeordnet ist. Der Abschnitt 22 ist gebildet zwischen dem Gebläse 19 und Öffnungen 20 und 21 im Wandbereich 24, durch welche die Prozessluft aus dem Abschnitt 22 durch den entsprechend gelochten Boden in die Trommel 3 gelangt. Zwischen dem Boden der Trommel 3 und dem Wandbereich 24 ist eine Dichtung 11 angeordnet.The
Besagter Abschnitt 22 ist gebildet zwischen dem Wandbereich 24 und einem auf diesen aufgesetzten Profilteil 25, welches einteilig ausgeführt ist und aus einem Polypropylen-Kunststoff besteht. Das Profilteil 25 definiert im Abschnitt 22 einen Strömungskanal, durch welchen die Prozessluft kontrolliert und ohne erheblichen Druckverlust vom Gebläse 19 zu den Öffnungen 20 und 21 strömen kann. Das Profilteil 25 ist seinerseits von einer Haube 16 abgedeckt, unter Belassung eines durchgängigen Spalts zwischen dem Profilteil 25 und der Haube 16. Die Haube besteht aus Metall, nämlich aus einem geformten Blech, und ist zusätzlich mit einer - der Übersicht halber nicht dargestellten Dämmschicht versehen. Auf diese Weise stellt die Haube 16 eine ausgezeichnete Dämmung gegen Wärmeverluste und Betriebsgeräusche.Said

- Condensation dryer (1) with a housing (24) having a wall area (24) forming a rear side and with a process air circuit (2) for circulating process air, in which are arranged a fan (19) for circulating the process air and a drying chamber (3) for holding objects to be dried, wherein a heat pump (13, 14, 15) with a heat sink (13) thermally coupled to the process air circuit (2) and a heat source (15) thermally coupled to the process air circuit (2) is disposed in the housing (24), characterised in that the process air circuit (2) has a section (22) outside of the housing (24) and running along the wall area (24) and otherwise being located inside the housing (24), said section (22) being formed by a profile part (25) placed on the wall area (24) and being covered by a hood (16) that is placed in a sealing fashion on the wall area, and wherein a continuous gap is disposed between the profile part (25) and the hood (16).
- Condensation dryer (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the heat source (15) is the sole heater for the process air and is arranged in the process air circuit (2) between the fan (19) and an exit (26) of the drying chamber (3).
- Condensation dryer (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the profile part (25) is made of a plastic.
- Condensation dryer (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the plastic is a polypropylene plastic.
- Condensation dryer (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fan (19) is arranged in a recess of the wall area (24).
- Condensation dryer (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the heat source (15) is arranged outside the section (22) upstream of the fan (19).
- Condensation dryer (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the section (22) is connected to the drying chamber (3) by way of a plurality of openings (20, 21) in the wall area (24).
- Condensation dryer (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the drying chamber (3) is a rotatable drum (3).
- Condensation dryer (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the heat pump (13, 14, 15, 17) is set up to circulate a refrigerant through the heat sink (13), which is an evaporator (13) for the refrigerant, a compressor (14), which is set up to compress the refrigerant and drive the refrigerant through the heat pump (13, 14, 15, 17), the heat source (15), which is a condenser (15) for the refrigerant, and a throttle (17) for expanding the refrigerant.
