Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture (1, 100, 200) pour regards/puisards et similaires comprenant un châssis (2, 102, 202) et un couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303) associé audit châssis (2, 102, 202), où ledit dispositif comprend des moyens de poussée réciproque (30, 31, 32 ; 131, 132 ; 230, 231, 232 ; 331, 332) entre ledit couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303) et ledit châssis (2, 102, 202) indiqué pour pousser ledit couvercle (3) contre ledit châssis (2), où chacun desdits moyens de poussée comprend une ailette élastique (30, 31, 32) et une zone galbée correspondante (7, 8, 9), caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites ailettes (30, 31, 32) comprend une première surface inclinée (38) et une deuxième surface (36) inclinée par rapport à ladite première surface (38), en ce que chacune desdites zones galbées comprend une première surface supérieure (13) et une deuxième surface (14) inclinée par rapport à ladite première surface (13), de sorte que lorsque ledit couvercle (3) est abaissé par rapport audit châssis (2), ladite première surface (38) de ladite ailette glisse sur ladite première surface supérieure (13) de ladite zone galbée de manière à pousser élastiquement ladite ailette dans une première direction, de sorte que lorsque ledit couvercle (3) se trouve dans sa position de fermeture par rapport audit châssis, ladite deuxième surface inclinée (36) de ladite ailette s'appuie contre ladite deuxième surface inclinée (14) de ladite zone galbée et de manière que ladite ailette détermine, grâce à son élasticité, une action de poussée dudit couvercle (3) contre ledit châssis (2).
  2. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée (30, 31, 32 ; 131, 132 ; 230, 231, 232 ; 331, 332) agissent selon deux directions (V, O, O1) entre ledit couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303) et ledit châssis (2, 102, 202).
  3. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée (30, 31, 32 ; 131, 132 ; 230, 231, 232 ; 331, 332) agissent selon une seule direction entre ledit couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303) et ledit châssis (2, 102, 202).
  4. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes (30, 31, 32 ; 131, 132 ; 230, 231, 232 ; 331, 332) sont associés audit couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303).
  5. Dispositif (1, 100 ; 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes sont associées audit châssis (2, 102, 202).
  6. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon les revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes élastiques sont réalisées avec ledit couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303) ou ledit châssis (2, 102, 202) en une seule pièce.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones galbées sont associées respectivement audit châssis ou audit couvercle.
  8. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites zones galbées comprend au moins un logement (7, 8, 9) indiqué pour accueillir ladite au moins une ailette élastiquement réformable (30, 31, 32 ; 131, 132 ; 230, 231, 232 ; 331, 332).
  9. Dispositif (1, 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée (30, 31, 32 ; 230, 231, 232 ; 331, 332) sont disposés en trois zones distinctes (7, 8, 9 ; 207, 208, 209) entre ledit couvercle (3, 203, 303) et ledit châssis (2, 202) aptes à définir un plan de poussée dudit couvercle (3, 203, 303) vers ledit châssis (2, 202).
  10. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (3, 203, 303) et ledit châssis (2, 202) présentent une forme de parallélogramme et lesdites trois zones appartiennent à deux côtés opposés dudit parallélogramme.
  11. Dispositif (1, 100, 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une portion (20) dudit couvercle (3, 103, 203, 303) est en contact direct avec au moins une portion (6) dudit châssis (2, 102, 202).
  12. Dispositif (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens à charnière (110) entre ledit couvercle (103) et ledit châssis (102).
