Claims (14)

  1. Spindel (1) für einen Korkenzieher, umfassend einen Draht (2), welcher spiralförmig um eine Vorrückachse (Z) gewunden ist und einen inneren Kern (8) umfasst, wobei der Draht auf der Oberfläche mit mindestens einer von der Oberfläche des Kerns (8) vorstehenden Erhebung (10) versehen ist, welche der Windung des Drahts folgt;
    wobei die Spindel (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das freie Ende (10') der Erhebung (10) abgerundet ist.
  2. Spindel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Draht in einem schraubenförmigen Muster gewunden ist und die Erhebung(10) ein schraubenförmiges Muster hat.
  3. Spindel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Erhebung (10) entlang der Vorrückachse (Z) durchgehend ist.
  4. Spindel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Vielzahl von Erhebungen (10), die um den Kern (8) herum gleiche Winkelabstände haben.
  5. Spindel nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Erhebungen den Querschnitt des Kerns (8) vollständig umgeben.
  6. Spindel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei benachbarte Erhebungen (10) zwischen einander mindestens eine Nut (12) ausbilden, deren Tiefe ausreicht, um Kontakt mit des Kerns (8) mit einem Korken zumindest teilweise zu verhindern.
  7. Spindel nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die Verbindungsfläche (14) zwischen benachbarten Erhebungen (10) im Wesentlichen konkav ist.
  8. Spindel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Erhebungen von nur einer Hälfte des Querschnitts des Kerns vorstehen.
  9. Spindel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Draht aus einem einzigen Stück Stahl besteht.
  10. Spindel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Draht mit einem nicht haftenden Polymer, wie beispielsweise PTFE, überzogen ist.
  11. Spindel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Spindel ein angespitztes vorderes Ende (4) und ein abgeflachtes hinteres Ende (6) hat.
  12. Korkenzieher umfassend einen Griffabschnitt und eine Spindel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche an dem Griffabschnitt befestigt ist.
  13. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Spindel für einen Korkenzieher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Anordnen eines geraden Drahts in Rotation entlang einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Rotationsachse;
    - Anordnen einer mit mindestens einer Längsrippe ausgestatteten Formwalze neben dem geraden Draht;
    - dauerhaftes Biegen des geraden Drahts, wodurch die Erhebungen in Längsrichtung darauf erzeugt werden;
    - Wickeln des Drahts in Spiralen, wodurch die Spindel erzeugt wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Schritt des Biegens ein plastisches Biegen des geraden Drahts umfasst.
