Claims (7)

  1. Hochkomfort-Schuhboden (1) mit einer monolithischen Struktur, die mittels Formpressen aus Gummi oder thermoplastischen Materialien hergestellt wird, umfassend:
    - eine Reihe von regelmäßig beabstandeten, konvexen Rohrprofilen (2), die innen hohl und nach oben geöffnet sind, wobei die Rohrprofile (2) quer zur Länge des Schuhbodens (1) angeordnet sind,
    - mehrere erste Querflügel (3), wobei jeder Flügel eine obere Verbindung zwischen zwei aneinander angrenzenden Rohrprofilen (2) vorsieht,
    - mehrere zweite Querflügel (4), wobei jeder zweite Querflügel (4) durch eine entsprechende vertikale Trennwand (5) gehalten wird, die auf der Mittellinie aus dem Boden eines dazugehörigen Rohrprofils (2) auskragt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gruppe aus zweiten Flügeln (4) und vertikaler Trennwand (5) im Querschnitt T-förmig ist, wobei die Breite des zweiten Flügels größer als Dicke der vertikalen Trennwand (5) ist, so dass die horizontale obere Fläche (S) des Schuhbodens (1) aus einem regelmäßigen Wechselspiel aus ersten und zweiten Querflügeln (3, 4) besteht, die durch Zwischenspalte (6) getrennt sind.
  2. Schuhboden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche eines jeden ersten Flügels (3) und eines jeden zweiten Flügels (4) eben ist und auf horizontalen Ebenen angeordnet ist.
  3. Schuhboden nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Flügel (4) auf einer niedrigeren Höhe als die ersten Flügel (3) liegen.
  4. Schuhboden nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der besagten vertikalen Trennwände (5) sich über die gesamte Länge des entsprechenden Rohrprofils (2) erstreckt.
  5. Schuhboden nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der besagten querliegenden Rohrprofile (2) einen im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  6. Schuhboden nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der besagten querliegenden Rohrprofile (2) einen im Wesentlichen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist.
  7. Schuhboden nach einem oder mehrere der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der besagten querliegenden Rohrprofile (2) einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
