Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strangpress-, Walz- und/oder Schmiedeerzeugnisses auf Basis einer Aluminiumlegierung, bei dema) eine Metallschmelze hergestellt wird, bestehend aus 2,0 bis 3,1 Gew.-% Cu, 1,4 bis 1,8 Gew.-% Li, 0,1 bis 0,5 Gew.-% Ag, 0,1 bis 1,0 Gew.-% Mg, 0,05 bis 0,18 Gew.-% Zr, 0,2 bis 0,6 Gew.-% Mn und mindestens einem Element gewählt unter Cr, Sc, Hf und Ti, wobei die Menge dieses Elements, falls gewählt, 0,05 bis 0,3 Gew.-% für Cr und für Sc, 0,05 bis 0,5 Gew.-% für Hf und 0,01 bis 0,15 Gew.-% für Ti beträgt,
Rest Aluminium und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen; wobei die Zusammensetzung so eingestellt wird, dass sich eine Dichte bei Raumtemperatur kleiner als 2,67 g/cm3 ergibt,b) die Metallschmelze zu einer Rohform vergossen wird;c) die Rohform bei einer Temperatur zwischen 515 °C und 525 °C so homogenisiert wird, dass die Äquivalentzeit für die Homogenisierung
zwischen 5 und 20 Stunden beträgt, worin T (in Kelvin) die augenblickliche Behandlungstemperatur ist, die sich mit der Zeit t (in Stunden) ändert, und Tref eine auf 793 K festgelegte Referenztemperatur ist;d) die Rohform kalt und optional warm zu einem Strangpress-, Walz-und/oder Schmiedeerzeugnis umgeformt wird;e) das Erzeugnis lösungsgeglüht und abgeschreckt wird;f) das Erzeugnis mit 1 bis 5 % und vorzugsweise mindestens 2 % bleibender Verformung kontrolliert gereckt wird;g) das Erzeugnis durch Erwärmen auf 140 bis 170 °C für 5 bis 70 Stunden warmausgelagert wird, so dass das Erzeugnis eine 0,2 %-Dehngrenze von mindestens 440 MPa und vorzugsweise mindestens 460 MPa aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Kupfergehalt der Metallschmelze mindestens 2,5 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise mindestens 2,7 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei dem der Lithiumgehalt der Metallschmelze zwischen 1,42 und 1,77 Gew.-% liegt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die unvermeidbaren Verunreinigungen Eisen und Silizium enthalten, wobei diese Verunreinigungen einen Anteil von weniger als 0,08 Gew.-% und 0,06 Gew.-% für Eisen bzw. Silizium aufweisen, wobei die anderen Verunreinigungen jeweils einen Anteil von weniger als 0,05 Gew.-% und insgesamt 0,15 Gew.-% aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die Äquivalentzeit für die Homogenisierung zwischen 6 und 15 Stunden liegt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Homogenisierungstemperatur etwa 520 °C beträgt und die Behandlungsdauer zwischen 8 und 20 Stunden liegt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Warmauslagerung durch Erwärmen auf 148 bis 155 °C während 10 bis 40 Stunden erfolgt.
- Strangpresserzeugnis aus Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Dichte kleiner als 2,67 g/cm3, das durch das Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 gewonnen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) mindestens 52 MPa
und dadurch gekennzeichnet:(a) dass seine 0,2 %-Dehngrenze in L-Richtung Rp0,2(L) ausgedrückt in MPa und seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in LT-Richtung ausgedrückt in MPa(b) dass seine Bruchfestigkeit in L-Richtung Rm(L) ausgedrückt in MPa und seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in LT-Richtung ausgedrückt in MPa(c) dass seine Bruchfestigkeit in TL-Richtung Rm(TL) ausgedrückt in MPa und seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in LT-Richtung ausgedrückt in MPa(d) dass seine 0,2 %-Dehngrenze in L-Richtung Rp0,2(L) mindestens 490 MPa und vorzugsweise mindestens 500 MPa beträgt und seine maximale Belastung für die Initiierung von Ermüdungsrissen bei einer Bruchzyklenzahl von 105 größer als 210 MPa ist für Proben mit Kt = 2,3, mit R = 0,1. - Strangpresserzeugnis aus Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Dichte kleiner als 2,67 g/cm3, das durch das Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 gewonnen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) mindestens 45 MPa
und dadurch gekennzeichnet:(a) dass seine 0,2 %-Dehngrenze in L-Richtung Rp0,2(L) ausgedrückt in MPa und seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in LT-Richtung ausgedrückt in(b) dass seine Bruchfestigkeit in L-Richtung Rm(L) ausgedrückt in MPa und seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in LT-Richtung ausgedrückt in(c) dass seine Bruchfestigkeit in TL-Richtung Rm(TL) ausgedrückt in MPa und seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in LT-Richtung ausgedrückt in(d) seine maximale Belastung für die Initiierung von Ermüdungsrissen bei einer Bruchzyklenzahl von 105 größer als 210 MPa ist für Proben mit Kt = 2,3, mit R = 0,1. - Strangpresserzeugnis nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, bei dem die Dicke wenigstens eines Elementarrechtecks größer als 8 mm und vorzugsweise größer als 12 mm ist.
- Walzerzeugnis aus Aluminiumlegierung mit einer Dichte kleiner als 2,67 g/cm3, das durch das Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 gewonnen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Zähigkeit KQ(L-T) in L-T-Richtung mindestens 23
- Walzerzeugnis nach Anspruch 12, dessen Dicke mindestens 10 mm und vorzugsweise mindestens 15 mm beträgt.
- Strukturelement enthaltend mindestens ein Erzeugnis nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13 oder hergestellt aus einem solchen Erzeugnis.
- Strukturelement nach Anspruch 14, enthaltend mindestens ein als Versteifung oder Rahmen eingesetztes Strangpresserzeugnis nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es für die Herstellung von Rumpf- oder Tragflügelplatten für Flugzeuge verwendet wird.
