Aus der EP 2 070 827 A1 ist ein Behälter für Güter bekannt, der als Gitterbox quaderförmig ausgebildet ist mit einer Anzahl von Wänden sowie einer ersten schwenkbaren Tür und einer zweiten schwenkbaren Tür. An der zweiten Tür ist als Erkennungs- bzw. Identifizierungsmittel eine Identifizierungsplatte befestigt, die zur Identifizierung des Behälters mit strichcodierten Identifizierungsinformationen versehen ist. Dem Identifizierungsmittel ist ein als eine Verschlussplatte ausgebildetes Verschlussmittel zugeordnet, das in Abhängigkeit von einer Schließstellung der ersten Tür und der zweiten Tür entweder die Identifizierungsplatte abdeckt oder zum Auslesen des Strichcodes freigibt. Die Verschlussplatte ist über eine fest mit derselben verbundenen Verstellstangen (Verstellelement) linearbeweglich zu der zweiten Tür gelagert. Befinden sich sowohl die erste Tür als auch die zweite Tür in der Schließstellung, ist die verstellstange mittels eines fest mit der ersten Tür verbundenen Betätigungselements in einer relativ zur zweiten Tür angehobenen Position angeordnet, so dass die strichcodeartigen Identifizierungsinformationen freigelegt sind und sich somit die Identifizierungsplatte in einem Freigabezustand befindet, der das Auslesen der Strichcodedaten ermöglicht. Befindet sich die erste Tür und/oder die zweite Tür in einer Öffnungsstellung, sind die Verstellstange und die zweite Tür in einer gleichen Höhenposition relativ zueinander angeordnet, so dass die Identifizierungsplatte durch das Verschlussmittel abgedeckt ist und sich somit in einem Nichtfreigabezustand befindet. Vorteilhaft wird hierdurch eine einfache visuelle und manuelle Kontrolle der Funktionstüchtigkeit des Schließmechanismus' während des Betriebs ermöglicht. Ferner sind die Bauteile des erfindungsgemäßen Schließmechenismus' vor Beschädigungen infolge eines Staplerbetriebs geschützt, da sie nicht in der Nähe des Behälterbodens/Bodengruppe verbaut sind. Ferner wird eine Blockierung der Bauteile durch auf dem Behälterboden zurückbleibenden Verpackungsmaterialien vermieden. Claims (15)

  1.   2. Container according to Claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting lever (18) is fixed to the state recognition unit (14).
  3. Container according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the actuator element (19) and the adjusting element (18) are disposed in an upper marginal area of the second door (5) and/or the first door (6).
  4. Container according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the second door (5) and the first door (6) are each slewably connected to an adjacent side wall (8, 8') of a container (1) via a hinge means (9, 12) and that the actuator element (19) protrudes from the hinge means (9) of the second door (5) on a side facing away therefrom.
  5. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the state recognition unit (14) is a plate which keeps the adjusting lever (18) in an upper position in the disabled state of said plate (14) under the action of the deadweight thereof.
  6. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the adjusting lever (18) is fitted with a cross pin (20) which can by means of the actuator element (19) be moved from an upper adjust position to a lower position in which the recognition unit (14) is in the enabled position.
  7. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the actuator element (19) is a profiled member that by a first wall (26) engages a surface of the first door (6) on the one hand and forces the cross pin (20) into its lower position on the other hand when said second door (5) and said first door (6) are closed.
  8. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that in the container bottom (3) there is an outwardly open recess (24) which is assigned only to the first door (6) and/or the second door (5) to receive a vertical marginal web (23, 25) of said first and/or second door (6, 5).
  10. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a closing means (16) assigned to the state recognition unit is a window element which is fixed to the first door (6) and provided with such a recess (22) that the state indications (15) by the state recognition unit are not concealed in the enabled and concealed in the disabled position thereof.
  11. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the recognition unit is a plate (14) provided with a bar code (15) or an RFID transponder.
  12. Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that a cross pin (20) of the adjusting means (18) is arranged and guided between an upper and a lower stop of the closing means (16).

Container according to any of the preceding Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the second door (5) is connected to the adjacent side wall (8) via a hinge means and that the actuator element (19) is connected to the upper horizontal marginal web of the second door (5) in a way permitting it to swing about a swivel axis (30) which is perpendicular to the extension plane of said second door (5).
  15. Container according to Claim 14, characterized in that the actuator element (19') is a vertical-rod locking means with linked vertical locking rod (29).
