Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Optimierung eines Waschvorgangs mit mehreren Schritten unter Verwendung mehrerer Chemikalien, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte für mindestens eine Chemikalie umfasst:- Transportieren (508) einer Chemikalie (111A bis 111D) von einem Chemikalienbehälter (110A bis 110D) durch einen Zufuhrkanal (120) zu einem Waschobjekt (100) und vom Waschobjekt durch einen Rückführkanal (130) zurück in den Chemikalienbehälter,- Überwachen (516) einer ersten Parametergruppe in dem Zufuhrkanal (120) während des Transports der Chemikalie und Überwachen (518) einer zweiten Parametergruppe im Rückführkanal (130), wobei jede Parametergruppe mindestens einen Parameter beinhaltet, der die Reinheit der Chemikalie direkt oder indirekt anzeigt,- Bestimmen (520) der Gleichartigkeit der ersten und der zweiten überwachten Parametergruppe und- Bestimmen einer Einwirkzeit der Chemikalie auf der Basis der Gleichartigkeit der ersten und der zweiten Parametergruppe.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einwirkzeit in Echtzeit in der gleichen Waschvorgangsinstanz bestimmt wird, in welcher das Überwachen ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einwirkzeit der Chemikalie in Nicht-Echtzeit bestimmt wird, indem das Überwachen in mehreren Waschvorgangsinstanzen ausgeführt wird und die darin bestimmte Einwirkzeit in einer oder mehreren nachfolgenden Waschvorgangsinstanzen verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Parametergruppen die Absorbanz für elektromagnetische Strahlung oder eine davon abgeleitete Größe auf mindestens einer Wellenlänge beinhalten, wobei die Wellenlänge im Bereich von 230 bis 1100 nm liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Parametergruppen die Absorbanz für elektromagnetische Strahlung oder eine davon abgeleitete Größe auf mehreren einzelnen Wellenlängen beinhalten, wobei die Wellenlängen im Bereich von 230 bis 1100 nm liegen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Parametergruppen die Gesamtabsorbanz für elektromagnetische Strahlung oder eine davon abgeleitete Größe in mindestens einem Wellenlängenbereich beinhalten, dessen Ober- und Untergrenze zwischen 230 und 1100 nm liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Signal erzeugt wird, welches das Aufbrauchen jeder einzelnen verwendeten Chemikalie anzeigt, wenn die im Zufuhrkanal gemessene Absorbanz einen festgelegten Grenzwert übersteigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Parametergruppen außerdem mindestens einen Parameter beinhalten, der aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus elektrischer Leitfähigkeit, Temperatur, pH-Wert und Durchflussrate besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bestimmung der Gleichartigkeit der ersten und der zweiten überwachten Parametergruppe das Bestimmen des Unterschiedes oder des Verhältnisses der Parametergruppen umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bestimmung der Gleichartigkeit der ersten und der zweiten überwachten Parametergruppe das entsprechende Messen der ersten und/oder der zweiten überwachten Parametergruppe in einer Umgehungsleitung (610) unter dem Zufuhrkanal (120) und/oder dem Rückführkanal (130) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Strömen der Chemikalie in der Umgehungsleitung (610) für die Dauer der Messung der ersten und/oder der zweiten Parametergruppe zeitweise unterbrochen wird, um das Ablassen von Gasblasen zu ermöglichen.
- Messausrüstung zur Optimierung eines Systems, das einen Waschvorgang mit mehreren Schritten unter Verwendung mehrerer Chemikalien ausführt, wobei das System einen Chemikalienbehälter (110A bis 110D) für jede der mehreren Chemikalien (111A bis 111D) umfasst und Mittel zum Transport jeweils einer Chemikalie vom Chemikalienbehälter durch einen Zufuhrkanal (120) zu einem Waschobjekt (100) und vom Waschobjekt durch einen Rückführkanal (130) zurück zum Chemikalienbehälter,
wobei die Messausrüstung Folgendes umfasst:- erste Sensormittel (122) zum Überwachen des Zufuhrkanals (120) und zweite Sensormittel (132) zum Überwachen des Rückführkanals (130), wobei die ersten Sensormittel und die zweiten Sensormittel dafür angeordnet sind, während des Transports der Chemikalie die erste und die zweite Parametergruppe entsprechend zu überwachen, wobei beide Parametergruppen mindestens einen Parameter beinhalten, der die Reinheit der Chemikalie direkt oder indirekt anzeigt,- ein Steuerzentrum (153), das Folgendes beinhaltet:- Rechenmittel (156), die dafür angeordnet sind, die Gleichartigkeit der ersten und der zweiten überwachten Parametergruppe zu bestimmen (520), und- Zeitsteuerungsmittel (155), um auf Basis der Gleichartigkeit der ersten und der zweiten überwachten Parametergruppe eine Einwirkzeit der Chemikalie zu bestimmen. - Messausrüstung nach Anspruch 12, wobei die ersten Sensormittel (122) und/oder die zweiten Sensormittel (132) in eine Umgehungsleitung (610) unter dem Zufuhrkanal (120) und/oder dem Rückführkanal (130) montiert sind.
- Messausrüstung nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Messausrüstung außerdem Mittel zum zeitweiligen Unterbrechen der Strömung in der Umgehungsleitung (610) umfasst.
- System zum Ausführen eine Waschvorgangs mit mehreren Schritten, wobei das System die Messausrüstung nach Anspruch 11 umfasst.
