    • at least one elastic member (30) tending to displace the mobile element (20) towards the notches (27a) of the toothed rack (27) locking the said first pins (26) into the said notches (27a),
    characterized by the fact that the said elastic member is formed by at least one spring abutment fixed to the mobile element and can slide in a guiding rail provided therefore on the internal face of the bottom of the cover.
