Definitions
- the invention relates to a decanter lighting and a decanter according to the preambles of the independent claims.
- Wine is a liquid mixture and can form a deposit of suspended matter when stored in a wine bottle. Especially with red wine, this deposit of color and tannins with a bitter taste, so it is undesirable in wine consumption.
- a separation of the wine from the deposit prior to the wine consumption is referred to as decanting, in which wine from the opened wine bottle is transferred to a wine carafe in such a way that the deposit remains in the wine bottle.
- decanting in which wine from the opened wine bottle is transferred to a wine carafe in such a way that the deposit remains in the wine bottle.
- an opening of the wine bottle is held obliquely over an opening of the wine carafe, so that the wine flows by gravity from the wine bottle in the wine carafe.
- the wine flows from the body of the wine bottle through a neck of the wine bottle to the opening of the wine bottle.
- a burning candle is held under the partially transparent neck of the wine bottle and the wine flow illuminated by this light source is visually observed from above the wine bottle. As soon as the deposit in the wine near the neck of the wine bottle is visually recognizable, the refilling of the wine is interrupted, so that the deposit can not flow out of the wine bottle.
- WO88 / 02231A1 discloses a Dekantiergestell for obliquely receiving a wine bottle, on which decanter an electric light bulb is attached with electrical power.
- the decanter is placed on a horizontal base with the wine bottle held therein, the neck of the wine bottle is illuminated by the electric bulb in the decanter from bottom to top and the decanting of the wine can be interrupted by increasing the angle of inclination of the neck of the wine bottle to the horizontal base.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a decanter lighting with the most accurate possible optical control of the refilling of the wine.
- the inventive decanter lighting is mounted on a support frame on a wine bottle and is characterized in that the decanter illuminates the wine bottle over a width of 25mm, preferably 20mm, preferably 15mm, preferably 10mm, preferably 5mm along a transverse axis of the wine bottle.
- the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle over a length of 40mm, preferably 30mm, preferably 20mm, preferably 10mm along a longitudinal axis of the wine bottle.
- the decanter lighting also illuminates a length along the longitudinal axis of the wine bottle, improving the visual perceptibility of suspended suspended solids in the wine. Just such finely swirled suspended matter settle after the Decanting in the wine decanter only slowly and therefore must be recognized under all circumstances already during refilling with high accuracy. By punctiform illumination with a burning candle or electric light bulb such fine vortexes of suspended matter are difficult to see visually, since the suspended matter on the one hand very small and thus visually hardly visible to the human eye and because the vortex on the other no abrupt change in light transmission in the Produce wine flow and are visually recognizable only by simultaneous visual observation of an elongated area of the wine bottle.
- the decanter lighting can be plugged or pushed onto a neck of the wine bottle.
- the decanter lighting can be quickly attached to the wine bottle in a simple manner.
- the decanter lighting can be plugged on the neck of the wine bottle in a reversible manner, largely free of wear and with a positive or positive fit.
- the decanter lighting illuminates a neck of the wine bottle.
- the inner diameter of the neck of the wine bottle is 24mm to 28mm. Even with a small flow of wine, the wine flows over the entire inner diameter of the neck of the wine bottle to the opening of the wine bottle when refilling the wine. With a burning candle or electric light bulb, the neck of the wine bottle is lit only punctiform, which has the consequence that the wine flow can not be optically controlled over the entire inner diameter of the neck of the wine bottle and especially marginal areas of the wine flow unlit and thus optically uncontrolled leaves. However, the decanter lighting illuminates the entire inner diameter of the neck of the wine bottle when refilling the wine and leaves no edge areas of the wine flow unlit.
- the decanter lighting illuminates a shoulder of the wine bottle.
- the illumination of the shoulder of the wine bottle leads to a particularly precise optical control of the refilling of the wine.
- the shoulder of the wine bottle is the area of the wine bottle where a neck of the wine bottle merges into a body of the wine bottle.
- the decanter lighting illuminates the neck of the wine bottle at an angle of 90 °.
- the small radius of curvature of the neck of the wine bottle leads to disturbing reflection and refraction effects in the case of non-perpendicular entry and exit of light.
- the decanter lighting avoids these disturbing reflection and refraction effects when decanting the wine.
- the decanter lighting illuminates the shoulder of the wine bottle at an angle in the range of 70 ° to 110 °.
- the radius of curvature of the shoulder of the wine bottle is greater than that of the neck of the wine bottle.
- the radius of curvature of the shoulder of the wine bottle increases from the small radius of curvature of 12mm to 14mm of the neck of the wine bottle on the approximately three times larger radius of curvature of 38mm to 42mm of the body of the wine bottle. Due to the greater radius of curvature at the shoulder of the wine bottle compared to the neck of the wine bottle, disturbing reflection and refraction effects do not occur even with slight deviation from the perpendicular entry and exit of the light in the shoulder of the wine bottle, whereby the decanter lighting can be easily and quickly applied to the bottle Wine bottle is attachable and still has a good visual recognition of Deposit is achieved during the decanting of the wine. Low deviation from the perpendicular entry and exit of the light is understood to mean an angle in the range of 70 ° to 110 °.
- At least one lamp of the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle at an orientable angle.
- a lamp of the decanter lighting is aligned, whereby the decanter lighting can be easily and quickly attached to the wine bottle and still a good visual recognition of deposition is achieved when refilling the wine ,
- the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle with a light intensity of 50 cd, preferably 20 cd, preferably 10 cd, preferably 5 cd, preferably 2 cd.
- the translucency of red wine varies by a factor of three, depending on the type of grape and the method of production, which can lead to a correspondingly high reduction in light intensity.
- a high luminous intensity of the decanter lighting therefore achieves an accurate visual recognition of deposition in the wine flow even in the case of low-translucency red wine.
- the LEDs have a steel angle of 20 °, preferably 15 °, preferably 10 °, preferably 5 °.
- Isotropic lighting means such as a burning candle or an electric light bulb have large radiation angles and thus illuminate the environment next to the wine bottle, which ambient light reduces the contrast in the visual recognition of deposition in the wine flow. Also, an electric light bulb consumes a lot of electric power compared to LED, resulting in a frequent change of the electric power supply of the decanter lighting, which is expensive and time-consuming.
- An inventive Dekantiergestell for receiving a wine bottle in a support frame and with at least one attached to the support frame decanter lighting is characterized in that the decanter lighting the wine bottle over a width of 25mm, preferably 20mm, preferably 15mm, preferably 10mm, preferably 5mm along a transverse axis of the wine bottle illuminates.
- the decanter serves to hold the wine bottle to be decanted. Because the decanter lighting is mounted on the support frame and the wine bottle illuminates across a width along the transverse axis of the wine bottle, the decanting of the wine is highly deposit-free, as compared to the point illumination of a burning candle or electric light bulb, the wine flow over its entire width can be optically controlled.
- the decanter lighting is slidably mounted along a longitudinal axis of the wine bottle.
- the decanter lighting is mounted below a receiving area for the wine bottle in the support frame. If, after receiving the wine bottle in the support frame, the label of the wine bottle comes to lie on the decanter mounted on the support frame, the decanter lighting is shifted along the longitudinal axis of the wine bottle until the decanter is next to the label of the wine bottle and the visual control of the refilling of the Wine is not affected by the etiquette of the wine bottle.
- an angle of inclination of a longitudinal axis of the wine bottle received in the supporting frame is substantially vibration-free with respect to a horizontal between a storage position with an inclination angle of 0 °, preferably 4 °, preferably 8 ° and a decanting position with an inclination angle of 15 °, preferably 20 °, preferably 25 ° adjustable.
- the wine bottle in the decanter can be stored in a storage position and decant in a decanting without the wine bottle is shaken, which can lead to a turbulence of deposition.
- the cork of the wine bottle is wetted with wine, which is necessary for the tightness of the wine bottle.
- the label of the wine bottle is particularly easy to read. The label informs about the wine in the wine bottle in the decanter rack, thus enabling identification and selection of the wine.
- At least one elastic strap is attached to the support frame, which elastic strap at least partially receives the wine bottle and adapts to a diameter of the wine bottle.
- the elastic strap adapts to the diameter of the wine bottle, so that the wine bottle is continuously in contact with the elastic belt via a contact surface, which makes it easy and quick to pick up wine bottles with different diameters.
- the elastic belt and the wine bottle have a coefficient of friction which is high enough to prevent slipping of the wine bottle received in the supporting frame during decantation.
- the support frame has at least one support, which support at least partially receives the wine bottle via a circular segment.
- the support has a circular segment that largely corresponds to the diameter of the wine bottle, so that the wine bottle via a contact surface continuously close to the support, whereby a recording of wine bottles with different diameters is achieved easily and quickly.
- the support and the wine bottle have a coefficient of friction which is high enough to prevent slippage of the wine bottle held in the support frame during decantation.
- the support frame has at least one V-shaped groove, which V-shaped groove at least partially receives the wine bottle.
- the wine bottle contacts the V-shaped groove via a point contact, which makes it easy and quick to pick up wine bottles of different diameters.
- the decanter lighting is at least partially hidden by the support frame.
- the elastic belt has a belt pocket for attaching the decanter lighting; and which belt pocket at least partially obscures the decanter lighting mounted therein.
- an electrical power supply of the decanter lighting is obscured for a viewer by sub-spars of the support frame or by a belt bag, which is aesthetically pleasing and the Dekantiergestell an elegant appearance, which in turn is sales-promoting.
- decanter racks are stackable to form a stack.
- empty decanter which have not taken wine bottles, store in a simple way to save space, which is particularly in tight spaces in private homes or restaurants beneficial.
- a method according to the invention for transferring wine from a wine bottle to a wine carafe using decanter lighting mounted on a wine bottle via a support frame or using a decanter rack to receive a wine bottle in a support frame and having at least one decanter light mounted on the support frame is thereby characterized in that the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle over a width of 25 mm, preferably 20 mm, preferably 15 mm, preferably 10 mm, preferably 5 mm along a transverse axis of the wine bottle.
- the wine bottle illuminated by the decanter illumination is controlled along a control axis which runs obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the wine bottle on a side of a neck or shoulder or body of the wine bottle which faces away from a lamp of the decanter illumination.
- the bottle of wine illuminated by the decanter lighting can therefore be checked during refilling of wine at various control positions on the wine bottle.
- the wine bottle is stored in the decanter in a storage position with an inclination angle of 0 °, preferably 4 °, preferably 8 °; the wine bottle is placed in the decanter substantially vibration-free from the storage position to a decanting position with an inclination angle of 15 °, preferably 20 °, preferably 25 °; the wine bottle is uncorked in the decanter rack in the decanting position largely without vibration; and the uncorked wine bottle is decanted in the decanter rack in the decanting position.
- the wine bottle can thus be stored in the decanter in a storage position with wine-wetted cork of the wine bottle, which is necessary for the tightness of the wine bottle. Without taking the wine bottle from the decanter, the wine bottle is largely vibration-free in a decanting position brought, largely uncorrupted uncorked, so that no turbulence of deposition arises. Then the uncorked wine bottle is decanted.
- the wine bottle is held in Dekantiergestell when uncorking with a holding force of the wine bottle, which holding force of the wine bottle is greater than a Entkorkkraft necessary for uncorking the wine bottle.
- the wine bottle for uncorking must not be taken out of the decanter and can be held by one hand easily and with a secure and firm grip in the decanter to apply a holding force of the wine bottle, which is greater than the uncorking force necessary for uncorking the wine bottle, creating a largely vibration-free uncorking the wine bottle is guaranteed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a decanter lighting and a decanter according to the preambles of the independent claims.
Wine is a liquid mixture and can form a deposit of suspended matter when stored in a wine bottle. Especially with red wine, this deposit of color and tannins with a bitter taste, so it is undesirable in wine consumption. A separation of the wine from the deposit prior to the wine consumption is referred to as decanting, in which wine from the opened wine bottle is transferred to a wine carafe in such a way that the deposit remains in the wine bottle. For this purpose, an opening of the wine bottle is held obliquely over an opening of the wine carafe, so that the wine flows by gravity from the wine bottle in the wine carafe. The wine flows from the body of the wine bottle through a neck of the wine bottle to the opening of the wine bottle. To visually control the refilling of the wine, a burning candle is held under the partially transparent neck of the wine bottle and the wine flow illuminated by this light source is visually observed from above the wine bottle. As soon as the deposit in the wine near the neck of the wine bottle is visually recognizable, the refilling of the wine is interrupted, so that the deposit can not flow out of the wine bottle.
Now floating substances of the deposit can already partially swirl in the wine when uncorking the wine bottle and when taking the wine bottle in the decanter. Such a swirling deposit can not be detected with accuracy through the neck of the wine bottle, often made of dark glass. Also, the translucency of red wine varies by a factor of three, depending on the type of grape and the method of production, which can lead to a correspondingly high reduction of the light intensity and can also adversely affect the accuracy of the control during decanting. In addition, the neck of the wine bottle has a small radius of curvature in comparison with the body of the wine bottle, which small radius of curvature leads to disturbing reflection and refraction effects in non-perpendicular entry and exit of the light emitted from the burning candle or electric light bulb.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a decanter lighting with the most accurate possible optical control of the refilling of the wine.
This object is achieved by the invention according to the characterizing features of the independent claims.
The inventive decanter lighting is mounted on a support frame on a wine bottle and is characterized in that the decanter illuminates the wine bottle over a width of 25mm, preferably 20mm, preferably 15mm, preferably 10mm, preferably 5mm along a transverse axis of the wine bottle.
It has surprisingly been found that optical control of the refilling of the wine using decanter lighting which illuminates the wine bottle across a width along a transverse axis of the wine bottle is more accurate. When refilling the wine, the wine flows from the body over the shoulder to the neck of the wine bottle, where the opening of the wine bottle is. With a burning candle or electric light bulb, however, the wine bottle is illuminated only punctiform, which has the consequence that the wine flow can not be visually observed over its entire width from above the wine bottle, especially since marginal areas of the wine flow are unlit and therefore optically unobservable. Exactly this breadth of the wine flow during the decanting of the wine is completely illuminated by the inventive decanter lighting.
Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle over a length of 40mm, preferably 30mm, preferably 20mm, preferably 10mm along a longitudinal axis of the wine bottle.
The decanter lighting also illuminates a length along the longitudinal axis of the wine bottle, improving the visual perceptibility of suspended suspended solids in the wine.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting can be plugged or pushed onto a neck of the wine bottle.
Thus, the decanter lighting can be quickly attached to the wine bottle in a simple manner. The decanter lighting can be plugged on the neck of the wine bottle in a reversible manner, largely free of wear and with a positive or positive fit. Advantageously, the decanter lighting illuminates a neck of the wine bottle.
The inner diameter of the neck of the wine bottle is 24mm to 28mm.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting illuminates a shoulder of the wine bottle.
The illumination of the shoulder of the wine bottle leads to a particularly precise optical control of the refilling of the wine. The shoulder of the wine bottle is the area of the wine bottle where a neck of the wine bottle merges into a body of the wine bottle. By visually inspecting the shoulder of the wine bottle, during the decanting of the wine, deposit in the wine flow is already detected, before the deposit flows into the neck of the wine bottle, which leaves more time for interrupting the refilling of the wine, thus causing the wine bottle to flow out of the wine bottle with high probability safely prevented.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting illuminates the neck of the wine bottle at an angle of 90 °.
The small radius of curvature of the neck of the wine bottle leads to disturbing reflection and refraction effects in the case of non-perpendicular entry and exit of light. Through precise vertical illumination of the wine bottle at an angle of 90 °, the decanter lighting avoids these disturbing reflection and refraction effects when decanting the wine.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting illuminates the shoulder of the wine bottle at an angle in the range of 70 ° to 110 °.
The radius of curvature of the shoulder of the wine bottle is greater than that of the neck of the wine bottle. The radius of curvature of the shoulder of the wine bottle increases from the small radius of curvature of 12mm to 14mm of the neck of the wine bottle on the approximately three times larger radius of curvature of 38mm to 42mm of the body of the wine bottle.
Advantageously, at least one lamp of the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle at an orientable angle.
To achieve a precise vertical illumination of the wine bottle at an angle of 90 ° when refilling the wine, a lamp of the decanter lighting is aligned, whereby the decanter lighting can be easily and quickly attached to the wine bottle and still a good visual recognition of deposition is achieved when refilling the wine ,
Advantageously, the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle with a light intensity of 50 cd, preferably 20 cd, preferably 10 cd, preferably 5 cd, preferably 2 cd.
The translucency of red wine varies by a factor of three, depending on the type of grape and the method of production, which can lead to a correspondingly high reduction in light intensity. A high luminous intensity of the decanter lighting therefore achieves an accurate visual recognition of deposition in the wine flow even in the case of low-translucency red wine. Advantageously, the decanter lighting on several anisotropic lights in the form of LED (Light Emitting Diodes) on. Advantageously, the LEDs have a steel angle of 20 °, preferably 15 °, preferably 10 °, preferably 5 °. Isotropic lighting means such as a burning candle or an electric light bulb have large radiation angles and thus illuminate the environment next to the wine bottle, which ambient light reduces the contrast in the visual recognition of deposition in the wine flow. Also, an electric light bulb consumes a lot of electric power compared to LED, resulting in a frequent change of the electric power supply of the decanter lighting, which is expensive and time-consuming.
An inventive Dekantiergestell for receiving a wine bottle in a support frame and with at least one attached to the support frame decanter lighting is characterized in that the decanter lighting the wine bottle over a width of 25mm, preferably 20mm, preferably 15mm, preferably 10mm, preferably 5mm along a transverse axis of the wine bottle illuminates.
The decanter serves to hold the wine bottle to be decanted.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting is slidably mounted along a longitudinal axis of the wine bottle.
Now, wine bottles have different bottle shapes with different sizes labels in the shoulder of the wine bottle. The label consists at least partially of printed paper or plastic and is largely opaque. An optical control of the refilling of the wine through a label is therefore not possible. Advantageously, the decanter lighting is mounted below a receiving area for the wine bottle in the support frame.
Advantageously, an angle of inclination of a longitudinal axis of the wine bottle received in the supporting frame is substantially vibration-free with respect to a horizontal between a storage position with an inclination angle of 0 °, preferably 4 °, preferably 8 ° and a decanting position with an inclination angle of 15 °, preferably 20 °, preferably 25 ° adjustable.
Thus, the wine bottle in the decanter can be stored in a storage position and decant in a decanting without the wine bottle is shaken, which can lead to a turbulence of deposition. In the largely horizontal storage position, the cork of the wine bottle is wetted with wine, which is necessary for the tightness of the wine bottle. In the oblique decanting position, the label of the wine bottle is particularly easy to read. The label informs about the wine in the wine bottle in the decanter rack, thus enabling identification and selection of the wine.
Advantageously, at least one elastic strap is attached to the support frame, which elastic strap at least partially receives the wine bottle and adapts to a diameter of the wine bottle.
The elastic strap adapts to the diameter of the wine bottle, so that the wine bottle is continuously in contact with the elastic belt via a contact surface, which makes it easy and quick to pick up wine bottles with different diameters. Advantageously, the elastic belt and the wine bottle have a coefficient of friction which is high enough to prevent slipping of the wine bottle received in the supporting frame during decantation.
Advantageously, the support frame has at least one support, which support at least partially receives the wine bottle via a circular segment.
The support has a circular segment that largely corresponds to the diameter of the wine bottle, so that the wine bottle via a contact surface continuously close to the support, whereby a recording of wine bottles with different diameters is achieved easily and quickly. Advantageously, the support and the wine bottle have a coefficient of friction which is high enough to prevent slippage of the wine bottle held in the support frame during decantation.
Advantageously, the support frame has at least one V-shaped groove, which V-shaped groove at least partially receives the wine bottle.
The wine bottle contacts the V-shaped groove via a point contact, which makes it easy and quick to pick up wine bottles of different diameters.
Advantageously, the decanter lighting is at least partially hidden by the support frame. Advantageously, the elastic belt has a belt pocket for attaching the decanter lighting; and which belt pocket at least partially obscures the decanter lighting mounted therein.
Advantageously, an electrical power supply of the decanter lighting is obscured for a viewer by sub-spars of the support frame or by a belt bag, which is aesthetically pleasing and the Dekantiergestell an elegant appearance, which in turn is sales-promoting.
Advantageously, several decanter racks are stackable to form a stack.
Thus, empty decanter, which have not taken wine bottles, store in a simple way to save space, which is particularly in tight spaces in private homes or restaurants beneficial.
A method according to the invention for transferring wine from a wine bottle to a wine carafe using decanter lighting mounted on a wine bottle via a support frame or using a decanter rack to receive a wine bottle in a support frame and having at least one decanter light mounted on the support frame is thereby characterized in that the decanter lighting illuminates the wine bottle over a width of 25 mm, preferably 20 mm, preferably 15 mm, preferably 10 mm, preferably 5 mm along a transverse axis of the wine bottle.
Advantageously, the wine bottle illuminated by the decanter illumination is controlled along a control axis which runs obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the wine bottle on a side of a neck or shoulder or body of the wine bottle which faces away from a lamp of the decanter illumination.
The bottle of wine illuminated by the decanter lighting can therefore be checked during refilling of wine at various control positions on the wine bottle.
Advantageously, the wine bottle is stored in the decanter in a storage position with an inclination angle of 0 °, preferably 4 °, preferably 8 °; the wine bottle is placed in the decanter substantially vibration-free from the storage position to a decanting position with an inclination angle of 15 °, preferably 20 °, preferably 25 °; the wine bottle is uncorked in the decanter rack in the decanting position largely without vibration; and the uncorked wine bottle is decanted in the decanter rack in the decanting position.
The wine bottle can thus be stored in the decanter in a storage position with wine-wetted cork of the wine bottle, which is necessary for the tightness of the wine bottle. Without taking the wine bottle from the decanter, the wine bottle is largely vibration-free in a decanting position brought, largely uncorrupted uncorked, so that no turbulence of deposition arises. Then the uncorked wine bottle is decanted.
Advantageously, the wine bottle is held in Dekantiergestell when uncorking with a holding force of the wine bottle, which holding force of the wine bottle is greater than a Entkorkkraft necessary for uncorking the wine bottle.
Thus, the wine bottle for uncorking must not be taken out of the decanter and can be held by one hand easily and with a secure and firm grip in the decanter to apply a holding force of the wine bottle, which is greater than the uncorking force necessary for uncorking the wine bottle, creating a largely vibration-free uncorking the wine bottle is guaranteed.

The supporting
Two upper spars 21 extend in the longitudinal direction of the wine bottle 3 and are in this respect left and right laterally above the receiving area of the wine bottle 3.
