Definitions
- the invention relates to an oven with a housing, with a closable by a front door interior, with a Umluftterrorism issued having disposed in the interior heating element with a plurality of axially adjacent turns and associated fan, and with a fan housing, which on a wall of the interior is mounted and in which the heating element and at least one wheel of the blower are housed, wherein the heating element surrounds the impeller annular and wherein the Umluftterrorism listening is associated with a steam generating device having a drip device by means of which water is supplied dropwise.
- ovens are heavy, bulky devices that have a large heating power, which usually requires a three-phase power supply.
- the large electrical heating power is based on heating elements, which are externally attached to an inner space of the oven limiting inner housing, usually at least on both sides and above and below.
- Such ovens are therefore suitable only for stationary use, ie for fixed installation in a kitchen.
- An oven corresponding to the type mentioned steam cooking appliance is from the document DE 10 2005 041 573 A1 known. Since the circulating air heater has a heating element arranged in the interior with associated fan, sufficient heating is ensured. Because the heating element gives off its heat directly to the interior, such a high degree of efficiency results that heating elements arranged outside the interior space, which heat the walls of the inner housing from the outside need, are superfluous. The circulating air fan ensures that the heat generated by the heating element is distributed in the interior.
- the fresh water drips in this known Dampfgarêt from a Frischwasserzu slaughter founded on the heating element, preferably in an area approximately midway between the two turns of the heating element, so that it adheres to the heating element due to its surface tension and along the course of the windings in the direction of rotation of the fan Heating element is promoted.
- the heating element is designed as a heated section on which the water is evaporated.
- the not yet evaporated fresh water runs in the direction of gravity to the free end of the heating element, to which the two windings are connected to each other by means of an arc section.
- the FrischwasserzuFF threaten opens in the area above the highest point of the heating element.
- the near-axis flow in the direction of the radial impeller also leads to the fact that at the water outlet released water droplets on the outside of the cover, so that the cover is also the sputtering element.
- This sputtering element is a disc-shaped, axisymmetric element whose outer radius is equal to or greater than the inner radius of the blade area of the Radialgebläserades.
- the sputtering element is arranged in the axial direction next to the radial fan wheel, and the water outlet is arranged adjacent to the sputtering element outside the radial fan.
- the heating element is shielded by the sheet to force a prescribed direction of flow arrows, which describe the flow of the gas.
- the object of the invention is to improve the evaporation of the water and the heat distribution in the interior in an oven of the type mentioned.
- the steam generating device of the oven makes it possible to introduce water drop by drop into an air flow generated by the blower.
- the heating element encloses the impeller annularly.
- the mainly radially outwardly conveyed by the impeller air is thus passed directly over the heating element and thereby effectively heated.
- the drops of water exiting at the drop outlet move between the turns of the heating element in the direction of the impeller.
- drops that impinge on the impeller are thus broken down into smaller droplets, which are thrown outward and vaporized in the heated air stream and enter the interior as water vapor. This makes it easier to evaporate the water and to more effectively generate a more uniform vapor atmosphere in the interior, which allows the preparation, steaming, keeping warm and regeneration of food.
- One in the Fig. 1 to 6 illustrated and indicated generally at 10 oven has an outer housing 12, a closable by a front door 14 interior 16 and a Um Kunststoffsammlung Road 20.
- the interior 16 is, except through the front door 14, bounded by an inner housing 18 (the so-called muffle).
- At least the inner housing 18 is made of stainless Sheet steel.
- the walls of the inner housing 18 and the outer housing 12 and the door 14 are provided with a thermal insulation, as shown in the Fig. 4 and 5 can be seen.
- the outer housing 12 carries an attachment 32 in which a central electronic control unit (not shown) and its control unit 34 are housed.
- the front door 14 is shown in FIGS Fig. 1 and 4 hinged on the right and provided on the left with an operable by a latch 36 lock.
- the Um Kunststoffteil worn 20 has a arranged in the interior 16 heating element 22 with associated fan 24.
- a drive motor 26, on whose shaft the impeller 25 is seated, is housed in a space between a rear wall 17 of the inner space 16 or the inner casing 18 and a rear wall 13 of the casing 12.
- the heating element 22 and a wheel 25 of the blower 24 are housed in a blower housing 28 which is mounted on the inside of the rear wall 17 of the interior.
- the heating element 22 surrounds the impeller 25 annularly, as in Fig. 6 can be seen.
- the heating element 22 is designed as a heating rod with a plurality of axially adjacent turns. In the illustrated embodiment, the heating element 22 has two turns, as shown in FIG Fig. 5 can be seen.
- the oven 10 is formed as a portable tabletop device. He has for both longitudinal sides in the essay 32 each have two shell handles 33, as in the Fig. 3 and 6 can be seen.
- the oven 10 could also be designed as a mobile kitchen module. In this case, he would be on a roll-equipped base cabinet or frame or would even be provided with a movable base.
- each removable setting register 38 In the interior 16 of the oven 10 at the two longitudinal walls of the inner housing 18 each removable setting register 38, each with seven editions 39, as shown in the 4 to 6 can be seen.
- Fig. 6 shows that the oven 10 is equipped with a core temperature sensor 50 and with an interior temperature sensor 60.
- About a turntable 52 ( Fig. 1 ) is the Speed of the blower 24 adjustable.
- a mains socket 54 which is arranged on the back of the oven 10, the oven is connected to the network ( Fig. 2 ).

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an oven with a housing, with a closable by a front door interior, with a Umluftheizeinrichtung having disposed in the interior heating element with a plurality of axially adjacent turns and associated fan, and with a fan housing, which on a wall of the interior is mounted and in which the heating element and at least one wheel of the blower are housed, wherein the heating element surrounds the impeller annular and wherein the Umluftheizeinrichtung is associated with a steam generating device having a drip device by means of which water is supplied dropwise.
Known ovens are heavy, bulky devices that have a large heating power, which usually requires a three-phase power supply. The large electrical heating power is based on heating elements, which are externally attached to an inner space of the oven limiting inner housing, usually at least on both sides and above and below. Such ovens are therefore suitable only for stationary use, ie for fixed installation in a kitchen.

The object of the invention is to improve the evaporation of the water and the heat distribution in the interior in an oven of the type mentioned.
This object is achieved by an oven with the features specified in claim 1.
The steam generating device of the oven according to the invention makes it possible to introduce water drop by drop into an air flow generated by the blower. The heating element encloses the impeller annularly. The mainly radially outwardly conveyed by the impeller air is thus passed directly over the heating element and thereby effectively heated. The drops of water exiting at the drop outlet move between the turns of the heating element in the direction of the impeller. When the impeller is rotating, on the one hand, drops are already atomized by the air outside the heating element due to the airflow generated by the impeller. On the other hand, drops that impinge on the impeller are thus broken down into smaller droplets, which are thrown outward and vaporized in the heated air stream and enter the interior as water vapor. This makes it easier to evaporate the water and to more effectively generate a more uniform vapor atmosphere in the interior, which allows the preparation, steaming, keeping warm and regeneration of food.
The interplay of impeller, air flow and water droplets supported by the heating element and its sufficiently widely spaced turns, makes the evaporation of water more efficient and uniform. Since the turns of the heating element are sufficiently spaced to allow water droplets to pass through and impinge on the impeller, the air conveyed primarily radially outward by the impeller is directed directly over the heating element, thereby promoting effective evaporation of the water droplets.
