Description

The invention relates to a feeder device for furniture with a pull-in spring and a damping device, wherein the pull-in spring and the damping device are connected to a tilting segment which is adjustable between a parking position and a retraction position, wherein the damping device comprises two mutually adjustable actuators, and the adjustment of the tilting segment attenuated at least in regions from the parking position into the retraction position, wherein the tilting segment is coupled to a carriage, and wherein the carriage is coupled to the end of the damping device facing away from the retraction position or the actuating part of the damping device facing away from the retraction position,

Such a retraction device is from the DE 10 2007 008 363 B3 known. In this case, a tilting segment in a guideway is linearly adjustable in a housing. The tilting segment is connected to the piston rod of a linear damper and at the same time to a pull-in spring. The tilting segment can be adjusted between a retraction position and a tilted parking position. When the tilting pad is in the parked position, it can catch a driver, which is usually attached to a sliding door, when this sliding door is moved to the closed position. The tilting pad is then moved out of its tilted position and moved by the pull-in spring into the closed position. So that this process does not coincide with a sudden discharge of the spring takes place, counteracts the damping device of the spring force. The tilting segment is pulled by the retraction spring in the region of one side of the housing of the feeder, so that the sliding door to be moved can be reliably pulled into the closed position. To ensure that the tilting segment can actually be pulled close to the side region of the housing, the retraction spring is guided around a deflection roller and held on the housing side after the deflection roller. A disadvantage of this arrangement is the structural complexity, which is required in particular by the deflection roller. In addition, the deflection roller causes an increase in the construction volume of the intake device, which is not desired.

A similar feeder is also from the DE 20 2004 006 410 U1 known.

The EP 1 658 785 B1 shows a retraction device in which a tilting segment is also adjustable between a parking position and a retraction position. The parking position is assigned to a side of the housing. The retraction position is chosen so that the tilting segment is located approximately in the middle region of the retraction device. Such collection devices are designed for the collection of drawers. However, they are unsuitable for use in sliding doors, since there the tilting pad must be pulled in the retraction position on one side of the feeder to achieve complete closure of the sliding door with low construction costs.

Another feeder is from the DE 203 15 124 U1 known. In this case, a tilting segment is used, which is connected via a slide to the damping device.

It is an object of the invention to provide a retraction device of the type mentioned, which is particularly suitable for use with furniture with sliding doors with low structural complexity and small volume.

This object is achieved with the features of claim 1 or the features of the independent claim 2.

According to a preferred embodiment variant of the invention, it is provided that the tilting segment is adjustably mounted in a housing, that the tilting segment is moved in the retraction position into the region of a housing side and is in the parking position between this and an opposite side of the housing.

Erfindungsgemäß weist die Dämpfvorrichtung einem Lineardämpfer auf.According to the invention, the damping device has a linear damper.

If it is provided that the retraction spring is held at its spring ends on two spring holders and is linearly clamped between them, and that the direction of action of the retraction spring and the damping device are parallel to each other, a further reduction of the overall volume is possible.

The functionality of the carriage can be extended in a simple manner in that it has a receptacle with a bearing, that the tilting segment held on the receptacle and pivotally mounted with a bearing lug on the bearing and is movable with the carriage.

In order to reliably transmit the spring force to the tilting segment, it is provided according to a variant of the invention that the carriage on a base part carries an approach that the approach has a damper holder and a spring holder, which are coupled to the damping device and the retraction spring. A reliable function of the tilting segment is guaranteed by the fact that the tilting pad is guided with a guide lug in a guideway, which has a guide section, which merges into a parking section, and that the guide section leads the guide lug in the parking section and thus the tilting segment in its tilted position ,

A further simplification of the construction for the intake device results from the fact that the housing has guide surfaces on which the carriage is guided linearly adjustable.

If it is provided that the housing has stops between which the carriage is guided, then a reliable operation is guaranteed.

FIG. 1 shows a cabinet 10 with a cabinet body having two vertical side walls 11. The cabinet 10 can be closed on the front side with a front sliding door 12 and a rear sliding door 13. In this case, the front sliding door 12 can be moved linearly in front of the rear sliding door 13, wherein it can be adjusted from its closed position from right to left in the open position. Accordingly, the rear sliding door 13 can be shifted from its left-side closed position to the right-open position behind the front sliding door 12. On the sliding doors 12, 13, a driver 30 is in each case attached to the rear. The front sliding door 12 can not be pushed further than its driver 30 on the rear sliding door 13.

In order to pull the two sliding doors 12 and 13 in their closed position, retracting devices 20 are used. These draw-in devices 20 have tilting segments 26 which cooperate with the drivers 30. For example, the front sliding door 12 can be moved from its open position until it is caught by the tilting segment 26 at its driver 14. Subsequently, the feeder 20 pulls the front sliding door 12 in their in the FIG. 1 shown closed position and holds it there. The collection devices 20 are mounted in the cabinet 10 so that the tilting segment 26 is pulled close to the inner wall of the side wall 11. Accordingly, the tilting pad 26 is pulled into the edge region of the retraction device 20.

FIG. 2 shows the retraction device 20, wherein to illustrate the operation of a housing part 22, as shown in the FIG. 8 shown, is removed to ensure an insight into the interior of the housing. Accordingly, the shows FIG. 2 a housing part 21, which is connected to the housing part 22 of the FIG. 8 can be completed to an overall housing. The housing part 21 has a Federaufnähme 21.1, which is limited at its right-hand end with a spring holder 21.2. In this spring holder 21.2 a pull-in spring 24 is held. The housing part 21 also has a receptacle 21.3 on which a damping device 23 can be fixed. The damping device 23 has two dampers 23.1, which are designed in the form of air linear dampers. These dampers 23.1 have a cylinder in which a piston is adjustable against a build-up air pressure is. At this spring holder 25.4 the spring receiving 21.2 facing away from the end of the feed spring 24 is fixed. As the FIG. 2 can be further seen, on the carriage 25, a receptacle 25.5 is present, on which a tilting segment 26 is held. The carriage 25 can be adjusted linearly in a carriage receptacle of the housing part 21. For this purpose, the carriage mount on a linear guide 21.4, which is formed by a side wall of the housing part 21. Furthermore, the carriage 25 is guided on a cover-side guide surface 21.6, which connects at a right angle to the guide 21.4. The carriage 25 is also supported with the spring holder 25.4 on the side facing away from the guide surface 21.6 housing side of the housing part 21 so that it can be safely guided.

In the FIGS. 4 and 5 the assignment of the tilting segment 26 to the carriage 25 is shown in more detail. As can be seen from this illustration, the carriage 25 on the receptacle 25.5, which is equipped with a bearing 25.6 in the form of a bore.

The tilting pad 26 is in the FIGS. 6 and 7 in more detail. These illustrations show that the tilting segment 26 has a carrier 26.1, which is equipped with a front-side abutment surface 26.2. Furthermore, the carrier 26.1 has a bearing shoulder 26.3, which is equipped on both sides with bolt-shaped bearing lugs. The two bearing approaches form a common pivot axis. At the bearing piece 26.3 front of a boom 26.5 is formed. This boom 26.5 applies its free end a laterally projecting guide approach 26.6. From the free end of the boom 26.5 goes from a spring arm 26.7. This spring arm 26.7 concludes with a Arretieransatz 26.8. The Arretieransatz 26.8 is end equipped with a latch 26.9. This latch 26.9 is housed in a receptacle of the boom 26.5. The assignment is chosen so that the spring arm 26.7 can be bent in the direction of the arm 26.5, wherein the Arretieransatz 26.8 moves linearly in the recess of the boom 26.5. The latch 26.9 prevents the Arretieransatz 26.8 upward from the receptacle on in the FIG. 6 shown position can be swung out. The Arretieransatz 26.8 is equipped with a, the abutting surface 26.2 facing surface which serves as a blocking element 26.10. Between the blocking element 26.10 and the abutment surface 26.2 a driver receptacle 26.11 is formed. The tilting segment 26 can be adjusted with one of its bearing lugs 26.4 in the bearing 25.6 of the carriage 25, as the FIG. 4 shows. Then the tilting segment 26 is pivotable relative to the carriage 25 about the pivot axis formed by the bearing projections 26.4.

For mounting the retraction device 20, first the retraction spring 24 is fixed in the spring holder 25.4 of the carriage 25. Subsequently, the damping device 23 is fixed to the damper holder 25.3. The assembly formed from carriage 25, damping device 23 and retraction spring 24 is now inserted into the housing part 21. Then the tilting pad 26 can be inserted into the receptacle 25.5. Finally, the housing using the housing part 22 according to FIG. 8 be completed. As the FIG. 8 shows, this housing part 22 has a spring receptacle 22.1, which can be brought into coincidence with the spring receptacle 21.1 of the housing part 21. The two housing parts 21 and 22 are placed with their parting surfaces 21.11 and 22.12 together. The screw receivers 21.8 and 22.8 of the housing parts 21 and 22 are aligned with each other. Through the screw 21.8 and 22.8 fastening screws can be passed and countered with nuts, so that the housing parts 21 and 22 are held firmly together. The housing part 22 has a guide track 22.11, which has a linear guide section 22.9 and an adjoining parking section 22.10. The guide section 22.9 is transferred arcuately in the parking section 22.10. When the housing is assembled, the guide projection projects 26.6 of the tilting segment 26 in the guideway 21.11 and can be moved in this. Furthermore, the second housing part 22 has a guide 22.4, which completes the guide 21.4 of the first housing part 21 for guiding the carriage 25.

Nachstehend wird die Funktionsweise der Einzugvorrichtung erläutert. The operation of the retracting device will be explained below.

13 in Richtung ihrer Schließstellung bewegt. As the Figures 2 and 3 let recognize, interacts with the intake device 20, a driver 30 together. The driver 30 has an activator 32. Furthermore, a mounting plate 31 is integrally formed on the driver 30, which has two screw receptacles. By this Schraubaufnahmen fastening screws can be passed and screwed into the associated front and rear sliding door 12 and 13 respectively. Thus, the driver 30 is fixed to this sliding door 12, 13. When the tilting pad 26 in the in FIG. 2 shown parking position, the guide projection 26.6 projects into the park section 22.10. He is held there. In this operating state, the pull-in spring 24 is fully cocked and the two piston rods 23.3 of the damper 23.1 are completely extended. The sliding door 12 or 13 is in an open position or a partial open position. Now, the sliding door 12 and 13 is moved in the direction of its closed position. Shortly before it reaches the closed position, the activator 32 of the driver 30 strikes the abutment surface 26.2 of the tilting segment 26. Since the abutment surface 26.2 is at a distance from the pivot axis defined by the bearing shoulders 26.4, a tilting moment is created which lifts the tilting segment 26 out of the parking section 22.10 , Then the guide approach 26.6 reaches the area of the linear guide section 22.9. The pull-in spring 24 is now effective and pulls the carriage 25 and thus the tilting segment 26 in the retraction position according to FIG. 3 ,

The insertion force of the pull-in spring 24 counteract the damper 23.1, which are designed as a pressure damper. They dampen the pull-in movement, creating a continuous, harmonious closing movement. The sliding door 12 or 13 in the in the FIG. 1 shown closed position pulled. When the sliding door 12, 13 is now opened again, the driver 30 is moved with the sliding door 12, 13. In this case, the activator 32 hits the blocking element 26.10. This blocks the Carrier 30, so that the driver 30, the tilting segment 26 moves against the spring bias of the pull-in spring 24 in the guide section 21.9 linear. As soon as the guide projection 26.6 leaves the region of the guide section 21.9, it enters the region of the curved transition which leads into the parking section 21.10. The tilting segment 26.6 is moved there in the tilted position and stored in the parking position, which is defined by the parking section 21.10. Now, the driver 30 can move further in the freewheel and the sliding door 12, 13 are opened. This position is in the FIG. 2 shown again.
