Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour fabriquer un matériau de renforcement préimprégné avec un polymère réactif. Le procédé selon l’invention comprend l’application d’une composition sensiblement non volatile de particules sensiblement solides d’une résine thermodurcissable réactive sur un substrat poreux à température ambiante, initialement par fusion d’une première partie des particules de la résine thermodurcissable réactive. La première partie des particules de la résine thermodurcissable réactive s’écoule dans les interstices d’au moins une couche du substrat poreux et une partie restante des particules de la composition sensiblement non volatile reste solide. L’invention concerne également un appareil pour former un matériau de renforcement préimprégné par un polymère drapable, qui comprend : un rouleau d’alimentation en matériau de renforcement, un rouleau receveur de matériau de renforcement préimprégné par un polymère drapable et une courroie de transport sur laquelle se trouve le matériau de renforcement issu du rouleau d’alimentation, et une trémie de dépôt de particules conçue pour déposer entre 20 g/(mètre carré) et environ 2 000 g/(mètre carré) de la composition sensiblement non volatile.
