Definitions

  • the preferred hollow body according to claim 1 is a transparent Christmas tree ball.
  • Plastic or glass Christmas baubles commonly serve the purpose of decoration. In commercial decoration, this provision has been combined for some years with an information and advertising function. For this purpose, motifs, logos, texts and simple illustrations are printed on the outer surface of colored balls. These Christmas tree balls are being offered on the market recently as so-called logo balls.

In this way, the foam body (5) and at the same time the surrounding photo sleeve (4d) is fixed within the ball.
  • All of the aforementioned embodiments of the invention relate to the expansion (unfolding), positioning and fixing of three-dimensional advertising bodies within a hollow body, primarily in a Christmas tree ball.
  • a two-dimensional object for example a double-sided printed photo, that is to say a flat photographic cover, as shown in FIG. 1, can not be brought into the desired shape by the possibilities presented so far, and held in position. It is thus a further object of the invention to develop a two-dimensional advertising and information surface within the Christmas tree ball with the least possible outlay and costs, to keep it in this expanded form and to fix its position.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention relates to an embodiment of the suspension of a Christmas tree ball, which makes it possible to deploy a spent in the ball, in particular flat advertising space / information surface to bring in a certain position and to hold in this.

There is no connection in the intervening space. The result is the upwardly and downwardly open, two-dimensional photographic casing (4a) shown in FIG. In this form, the advertising space, as already described rolled up and spent by the ball opening in the Christmas tree ball.
  • the described advertising and information surface consists primarily of paper, it should be ensured that the clamping force of the wire ends (3b) is not too high, so that the paper is held only under tension, and not pierced.
  • the spread angle of the wire (3b) ie the angle which exists between the two wire ends, is to be matched to the size of the photo casing (4a) and the material used (primarily paper / photo cardboard).
  • a further preferred embodiment provides that the shape of the staple wire (3b) is adapted overall to the shape of the object to be held, that is to say the photo envelope (4a).
  • FIGS. 14 and 15 illustrate that the wire runs inside the photographic casing (4a) parallel to the outer edge of the photographic casing (4a). The pressure force (tension) of the wire (3b) is thereby distributed evenly on the object to be held For example, when the two-dimensional photo-envelope (4a) is round, the bending of the wire is performed to the same extent. In this way, the round (or oval) advertising surface (4a) can be reliably and accurately clamped, positioned and held up to its outermost edge (FIG. 15).

Only when three-dimensional photo envelopes (4b-c) to be unfolded and fixed, it is necessary to drive 3 or more wire ends in the ball. Abstract
