Claims (13)
- Verstellvorrichtung (1) für Türblattscharniere (2), umfassend:- einen ersten Körper (13), der mechanisch an einen Körper (12) eines beweglichen Abschnitts (5) eines Scharniers angeschlossen werden kann;- einen zweiten Körper (14), der mechanisch an ein Türblatt (6) angeschlossen werden kann; wobei der erste (13) und zweite Körper (14) miteinander verbunden sind, sodass sie dazu fähig sind, eine Vielzahl von stabilen relativen Positionen einzunehmen;- ein erstes (15) und ein zweites Steuerelement (16), wobei jedes davon an den ersten (13) und den zweiten Körper (14) angeschlossen ist, sodass dessen relative Position bedingt wird;- Kupplungsmittel (17), die zwischen dem ersten Steuerelement (15) und dem zweiten Körper (14) wirken, sodass der zweite Körper (14) in Bezug auf den ersten Körper (13) entlang einer ersten Richtung (D1) verschoben wird, und zwischen dem zweiten Steuerelement (16) und dem zweiten Körper (14), sodass der zweite Körper (14) in Bezug auf den ersten Körper (13) entlang einer zweiten Richtung (D2), die orthogonal zur ersten (D1) ist, verschoben wird; wobei die Kupplungsmittel (17) vom Typ mit geneigten Ebenen sind, wobei das erste (15) und zweite Steuerelement (16) eine erste (18) beziehungsweise eine zweite Gewindeschraube (19) umfassen, wobei der zweite Körper (14) mindestens ein erstes (20) und ein zweites Loch (21) aufweist, wobei jedes davon ein Innengewinde aufweist, sodass die erste (18) beziehungsweise zweite Schraube (19) aufgenommen wird; wobei das erste (20) und das zweite Innengewindeloch (21) und die Schrauben (18, 19) die Kupplungsmittel (17) definieren, wobei die erste Schraube (18) parallel zur ersten Richtung (D1) liegt und die zweite Schraube (19) parallel zur zweiten Richtung (D2) liegt,
wobei der erste Körper (13) mindestens eine erste (25) und eine zweite Wand (26) umfasst, die orthogonal zueinander sind, und der zweite Körper (14) eine erste (28) beziehungsweise eine zweite Wand (29), die orthogonal zueinander sind, umfasst; wobei die erste (25) und zweite Wand (26) des ersten Körpers (13) entsprechend der ersten (28) und der zweiten Wand (29) des zweiten Körpers (14) zugewandt sind, und die erste Wand (25) des ersten Körpers (13) einen jeweiligen Schlitz (24) für den Durchtritt der ersten Gewindeschraube (18) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Wand (26) des ersten Körpers (13) einen Schlitz (24) für den Durchtritt der zweiten Gewindeschraube (19) aufweist, und dass der zweite Körper (14) mechanisch an eine Trägerplatte (10) angeschlossen ist, die für die starre Befestigung am Türblatt (6) vorgesehen ist,
wobei der erste Körper (13) eine Tafel (27) umfasst, die mit der ersten (25) und der zweiten Wand (26) verbunden ist und lotrecht zur ersten und zweiten Wand liegt und parallel zu einer Liegeebene des Türblatts (6) und einer Scharnierachse ("A") liegt, wobei die erste Wand (25), die zweite Wand (26) und die Tafel (27) einen Hohlraum (36) definieren, in dem der zweite Körper (14) angeordnet ist, und wobei der zweite Körper (14) eine Tafel (30) umfasst, die mit der ersten (28) und der zweiten Wand (29) verbunden ist und lotrecht zur ersten (28) und zur zweiten Wand (29) und parallel zur Liegeebene des Türblatts (6) und zur Scharnierachse "A" liegt, wobei die Tafel (30) des zweiten Körpers (14) der Tafel (27) des ersten Körpers (13) zugewandt und im Wesentlichen parallel zu ihr liegt, wobei die Tafel (27) des ersten Körpers (13) und die Tafel (30) des zweiten Körpers (14) während des Betriebs stets im gegenseitigen Kontakt sind, wobei die Trägerplatte (10) mit der zweiten Wand (29) und mit der Tafel (30) des zweiten Körpers (14) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Körper (14) einstückig mit der Trägerplatte (10) hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Gewindeloch (20) an der zweiten Wand (29) des zweiten Körpers (14) erhalten ist, während das zweite Gewindeloch (21) an der ersten Wand (28) des zweiten Körpers (14) erhalten ist, und wobei die erste (18) und die zweite Schraube (19) mithilfe der jeweiligen gewindelosen Schlitze (24) den ersten Körper (13) durchlaufen und am ersten (20) und am zweiten Loch (21) an den zweiten Körper (14) angeschraubt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Körper (13) eine zusätzliche zweite Wand (26') umfasst, die an der gegenüberliegenden Seite parallel zur zweiten Wand (26) angeordnet ist und in ähnlicher Weise mit der ersten Wand (25) gemäß einer Symmetrieebene, die lotrecht zur Scharnierachse "A" ist, verbunden ist, wobei die Tafel (27) ferner mit der zusätzlichen zweiten Wand (26') verbunden ist und die zusätzliche zweite Wand (26') zudem den Hohlraum (36) definiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zweite Körper (14) eine zusätzliche zweite Wand (29') umfasst, die an der gegenüberliegenden Seite parallel zur zweiten Wand (29) angeordnet ist und in ähnlicher Weise mit der ersten Wand (28) gemäß einer Symmetrieebene, die lotrecht zur Scharnierachse "A" ist, verbunden ist, wobei die Tafel (30) ferner mit der zusätzlichen zweiten Wand (29') verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, wobei die zusätzliche zweite Wand (29') des zweiten Körpers (14) der zusätzlichen zweiten Wand (26') des ersten Körpers (13) zugewandt und im Wesentlichen parallel zu ihr liegt, und wobei ein Schlitz (24), der gänzlich identisch zum Schlitz (24) der zweiten Wand (26) ist, an der zusätzlichen zweiten Wand (26') des ersten Körpers (13) erhalten ist und ein zusätzliches erstes Gewindeloch (20') an der zusätzlichen zweiten Wand (29') des zweiten Körpers (14) erhalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Blockiermittel (31) zum permanenten Fixieren einer relativen Position des zweiten Körpers (14) in Bezug auf den ersten Körper (13) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiermittel (31) einen Bolzen (32) umfassen, der am zweiten Körper (14) angeschraubt ist, sodass eine Tafel (30) des zweiten Körpers (14) in Kontakt mit einer Tafel (27) des ersten Körpers (13) bleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Bolzen (32) einen zusätzlichen Schlitz (33) durchläuft, der in der Tafel (27) des ersten Körpers (13) erhalten ist, und in eine Gewindeöffnung (34) geschraubt ist, die in der Tafel (30) des zweiten Körpers (14) erhalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste (18) oder zweite Schraube (19) einen Bund (35) umfasst, der an einem Schaft (23) der ersten (18) oder zweiten Schraube (19) angeordnet ist; wobei der Bund (35) zwischen dem ersten (13) und dem zweiten Körper (14) und in Kontakt mit dem ersten Körper (13) angeordnet ist, sodass verhindert wird, dass die erste (18) oder zweite Schraube (19) in Bezug auf den ersten Körper (13) teilweise gleitet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Schlitze (24) einen Betriebsabschnitt (24a) aufweist, dessen Breite kleiner als der Bund (35) ist, und mindestens einen Einführabschnitt (24b), dessen Breite größer als der Bund (35) ist.
- Verdecktes Scharnier (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen fixierten Abschnitt (3), der starr an einen Rahmen (4) gebunden sein kann, einen beweglichen Abschnitt (5), der drehbar an den fixierten Abschnitt (3) gebunden ist und an ein Türblatt (6) gebunden sein kann, umfasst, wobei der bewegliche Abschnitt (5) eine Verstellvorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 umfasst.
- Verdecktes Scharnier nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei der bewegliche Abschnitt (5) mit dem fixierten Abschnitt (3) verbunden ist, sodass er um eine Scharnierachse ("A") rotieren kann, wobei das Scharnier (2) einen Rotationsstift (7) umfasst, der den beweglichen Abschnitt (5) mit dem fixierten Abschnitt (3) verbindet, wobei der fixierte Abschnitt (3) zwei L-förmige gefaltete Elemente (8) umfasst, die parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und mithilfe eines aufrecht stehenden Teils (3a) starr aneinander gebunden sind, wobei jedes gefaltete Element (8) ein jeweiliges Loch (9) zum festen Verkuppeln des fixierten Abschnitts (3) mit dem Rahmen (4) aufweist, wobei sich das aufrecht stehende Teil (3a) parallel zu einer Scharnierachse ("A") entwickelt, wobei die gefalteten Elemente (8) jeweils eine Zunge (8a) aufweisen, die mit einem weiteren Durchgangsloch zur Aufnahme des Stifts (7) ausgestattet ist, der bewegliche Abschnitt (5) eine Trägerplatte (10) umfasst, die zum starren Befestigen am Türblatt (6) und am Körper (12) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Trägerplatte (10) an den Körper (12) angeschlossen ist und die Vorrichtung (1) mechanisch den Körper (12) mit der Trägerplatte (10) verbindet, wobei diese dazwischen platziert ist.
