Claims (17)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung, die dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens zwei Wischerblätter (12) aufzunehmen, die eine Wischlamelle (18) und mindestens ein Strukturelement (14) enthalten, das hauptsächlich längs ausgerichtet, elastisch verformbar und gemäß einer Längsmittelebene des Blatts (12) gekrümmt ist,
    wobei die Verpackungsvorrichtung der mindestens zwei Blätter (12) mindestens eine untere Schale (24) enthält, die mehrere nach oben offene, hauptsächlich längs ausgerichtete Fächer (26) begrenzt, in jedem von denen eines der mindestens zwei Blätter (12) in der verstauten Stellung derart aufgenommen werden kann, dass die mittlere Längsebene des Blatts (12) mit einer senkrechten Längsebene orthogonal zur offenen Oberseite des Fachs (26) einen spitzen Winkel ungleich Null und anders als 90° begrenzen kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fächer (26) Positioniereinrichtungen (28, 30) enthalten, die mit den Blättern (12) zusammenwirken können, um jedes Blatt (12) in einer zumindest teilweise aufgerichteten Stellung zu halten, in der das Strukturelement (14) des Blatts (12) elastisch gemäß der mittleren Längsebene verformt und zumindest zum Teil aufgerichtet ist.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Schale (24) eine Versteifungslängsrippe (52) aufweist, die es ermöglicht, die Verformung der unteren Schale (24) gemäß einer senkrechten Längsebene zu begrenzen.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei jedes Fach (26) seitlich von zwei senkrechten, global längs verlaufenden Seitenwänden (35) begrenzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe (52) quer zwischen zwei benachbarten Fächern (26) angeordnet ist und zum Teil von einer Seitenwand (35) jedes der Fächer (26) geformt wird.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, die zwei Fächer (26) enthält, welche je dazu bestimmt sind, ein Blatt (12) aufzunehmen, das einen Montageverbinder (20) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Längsebene jedes Blatts (12) mit der mittleren senkrechten Längsebene jedes zugeordneten Fachs (26) einen Winkel ungleich Null und anders als 90° bilden kann, und dass der Verbinder (20) des Blatts (12) bezüglich der mittleren senkrechten Längsebene des Fachs (26) in Richtung des anderen Fachs (26) quer versetzt sein kann.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fächer (26) in Längsrichtung zueinander versetzt sind, damit die Verbinder (20) der zwei Blätter (12) in Längsrichtung im Wesentlichen fluchtend ausgerichtet werden können.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniereinrichtungen mindestens eine Auflagezone (28) und mindestens eine Haltezone (30) enthalten.
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Fach (26) eine erste Auflagezone (28) und eine zweite Auflagezone (28) aufweist, die zueinander versetzt sind, und gegen die ein erster Abschnitt (31) und ein zweiter zugeordneter Abschnitt (31) des Blatts (12) in Auflage sein können, und dass mindestens eines der Fächer (26) mindestens eine Haltezone (30) aufweist, die zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Auflagezone (28) angeordnet ist, auf der ein dritter zugeordneter Abschnitt (20, 32) des Blatts (12) elastisch gehalten werden kann, wobei das Blatt (12) mit den Auflage- (28) und Haltezonen (30) so zusammenwirken kann, dass das Strukturelement (14) von den Auflage- (28) und Haltezonen (30) in der zumindest teilweise aufgerichteten Stellung gehalten werden kann.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltezone (30) bezüglich einer Seitenwand (35) des zugeordneten Fachs (26) quer vorsteht.
  9. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltezone (30) einen Ausschnitt aufweist, der vom Verbinder (20) des Blatts (12) durchquert werden kann, der im Fach (26) aufgenommen werden kann.
  10. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fach (26) mehrere Haltezonen (30) aufweist, von denen jede von einer der zwei das Fach (26) begrenzenden Seitenwände (35) getragen wird.
  11. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltezonen (30) zueinander versetzt sind.
  12. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11 in Kombination mit Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltezone (30) von der Seitenwand (35) des Fachs (26) getragen wird, die zum Teil die Rippe (52) begrenzt.
  13. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Fach (26) mindestens eine Haltezone (30) aufweist.
  14. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein einziges Fach (26) mindestens eine Haltezone (30) aufweist, und dass das Blatt (12), das in dem einzigen Fach (26) aufgenommen werden kann, auf einem Abschnitt des anderen Blatts (12) aufliegen kann, um den Halt des anderen Blatts (12) in der zumindest teilweise aufgerichteten Stellung herzustellen.
  15. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine obere Schale (36) aufweist, die eine den Fächern (26) gemeinsame obere Kuppel (40) aufweist, in der die Verbinder (20) der Blätter (12) gleichzeitig aufgenommen werden können.
  16. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verstärkungselement (50) unter der unteren Schale (24) befestigt ist.
  17. Einheit, die enthält:
    - mindestens zwei Wischerblätter (12), von denen jedes eine untere Wischlamelle (18), mindestens ein Strukturelement (14) mit längs verlaufender Hauptausrichtung enthält, das elastisch verformbar und gemäß einer mittleren Längsebene des Blatts (12) gekrümmt ist, und
    - eine Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
