Abstract

L'invention concerne un dossier pour une chaise. La chaise pour laquelle le dossier (4) est conçu a un bâti inférieur (1) reposant sur le sol, une mécanique (2) placée sur le bâti inférieur (1) et un siège (3) placé sur la mécanique (2). Le dossier (4) est fixé à la mécanique (2), le dossier (4) présentant un cadre (40) sur la surface intérieure duquel est tendu un revêtement (8). Le cadre (40) a une partie de base inférieure (42) d'où s'étend vers le haut, des deux côtés, un bras latéral (43). Les extrémités supérieures des bras latéraux sont reliées par une traverse (44) qui se déforme élastiquement dans la direction de la force exercée par le dos de l'usager s'y adossant sous la charge exercée par un usager assis sur la chaise mais qui résiste à la flexion due à une force exercée perpendiculairement à partir du haut. La hauteur de la traverse (44) est, en coupe transversale, un multiple de l'épaisseur. Le revêtement (8) du dossier est pourvu de coutures (80) consolidant le revêtement (8) du dossier dans un espace intercalaire bordé entre la partie de base (42), les bras latéraux (43) et la traverse (44).

Claims (7)

  1. Dossier (4) pour une chaise, comprenant:
    a) un châssis inférieur (1) placé sur le sol;
    b) un mécanisme (2) placé sur le châssis inférieur (1);
    c) un siège (3) placé sur le mécanisme (2); et
    d) un dossier (4) fixé au mécanisme (2), lequel dossier comprend un cadre de dossier (40) dont la surface intérieure est recouverte par un revêtement de dossier (8),
    e) le cadre de dossier (40) étant constitué d'une partie de base inférieure (42) à partir de laquelle s'étend vers le haut des deux côtés un bras latéral (43) respectif, et les extrémités supérieures des bras latéraux (43) étant surmontées par une nervure transversale (44);
    f) la hauteur de la nervure transversale (44) en section transversale valant plusieurs fois son épaisseur, de telle sorte que la nervure transversale (44) puisse être déformée élastiquement, sous l'effet d'une sollicitation par un utilisateur assis sur la chaise, dans le sens de la force exercée par le dos de l'utilisateur en appui, mais soit cependant rigide à la flexion à l'encontre de l'action d'une force verticale depuis le haut, caractérisé en ce que
    g) les extrémités supérieures des bras latéraux (43) possèdent des éléments de raccordement (430) qui coopèrent par encliquetage avec des organes complémentaires (440) sur la nervure transversale (44).
  2. Dossier (4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    a) le revêtement de dossier (8) est pourvu de coutures (80) consolidant le revêtement de dossier (8) sur un espace libre bordé par la partie de base (42), les bras latéraux (43) et la nervure transversale (44);
    b) la partie de base (42) du côté de l'utilisateur, ainsi que l'espace libre bordé par la partie de base (42), les bras latéraux (43) et la nervure transversale (44), sont pourvus d'un rembourrage (49) qui peut être recouvert des deux côtés par le revêtement de dossier (8) dans l'espace libre; et
    c) les coutures (80) traversent les deux côtés du revêtement de dossier (8).
  3. Dossier (4) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une languette (471,481) d'un support lombaire (47,48) fixé à la partie de base (42) pénètre dans l'espace libre bordé par la partie de base (42), les bras latéraux (43) et la nervure transversale (44), laquelle languette pouvant être déformée élastiquement.
  4. Dossier (4) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    a) la rigidité du support lombaire (48) peut être ajustée; et
    b) un contre-palier (482) déplaçable en hauteur sert à l'ajustage de la rigidité du support lombaire (48).
  5. Dossier (4) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les coutures (80) sont en principe réalisées sous forme d'ovales fermés, et la couture (80) la plus basse possède un évidement (81), afin de permettre l'insertion de la languette (481) du support lombaire (48).
  6. Dossier (4) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    a) le cadre de dossier (40) et la nervure transversale (44) sont constitués de plastique; et
    b) la partie de base (42) possède à chaque fois latéralement un espace creux (41) ouvert vers le bas qui est destiné à être enfilé sur une pièce de raccordement (53) d'un support de dossier (5) qui est destiné à l'articulation du dossier (4) sur le mécanisme (2).
  7. Dossier (4) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
    a) la pièce de raccordement (53) possède un logement (51) qui sert à la fixation d'un accoudoir (6,7), et qui peut par ailleurs être fermé par un recouvrement (57); et
    b) les bords extérieurs du revêtement de dossier (8) sont enchâssés sur des nervures (45,46) qui sont enclipsées dans des trous d'encliquetage (420, 422) par l'intermédiaire de leurs organes d'encliquetage (450,460).
