Description

The invention relates to a wooden panel for ceilings or walls of a room, the
  • Spaces for receiving sound absorption material,
  • at least one, the spaces for the sound absorbing material having carrier layer, and
  • has a view in the position of use facing the room and with up to the sound absorption material having interstices of the support layer extending openings provided,

From the DE 20 2004 010 276 U 1 is already a wooden panel of the type mentioned above, which can be mounted on the ceilings or walls of a room to achieve there improved sound absorption. The previously known wooden building board has a carrier layer, the at least one, at least partially arranged by rust and from each other having spaced strips or the same individual elements formed layer. In the intermediate spaces formed between adjacent individual elements sound absorbing material is provided, which may be made for example of a strip-shaped cut softboard. The carrier layer of the previously known wooden building board is connected to a viewing panel which faces the room in the position of use and, after being connected to the carrier layer, is provided with openings which are oriented crosswise to the spaces containing the sound absorption material. These, to be incorporated into the face plate openings can be arranged at a distance from each other and / or in their slot width completely independent of the arranged in the carrier layer spaces without impairing the accessibility and the sound-absorbing or sound-absorbing effect of provided in the interstices of the carrier layer sound-absorbing material would. Since the incorporated in the face plate slot openings on the one hand and the interstices in the carrier layer on the other hand and thus the remaining between the slot openings or between the interstices wooden strips are arranged crosswise to each other, even with a only two-layer structure of this prior art timbers is always a sufficient stability of this self-supporting structural element ensured. The previously known wooden building board can therefore be configured comparatively thin without any restrictions on the stability or sound-absorbing effect.

From DE 20 2004 010 276 U 1 Previously known timber board may have a faceplate, which can be designed individually depending on the desired appearance in terms of material, color and / or surface design. Likewise, the openings exposing the sound absorbing material can be individually incorporated into the Visible plate are introduced. Since the sight plate is initially formed closed and is provided only with openings in accordance with the wishes of the user before installation, a large supply of similar wooden boards can be kept, so long delivery times, which can be caused by individual production of the entire timber board, are avoided.

The previously known wooden building board can therefore be produced in a variety of ways in an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

However, there is the object to provide a wooden panel of the type mentioned, which is characterized by improved sound-absorbing and / or sound-absorbing properties, without therefore a contrast deteriorated optics would have to be accepted.

A solution to this problem according to the invention in the case of the wooden construction panel of the type mentioned in the introduction is, in particular, that the visual position has a surface which is highly structured on its visible side facing the room and has a strongly structured surface for the diffuse scattering of the reflected sound.

In the case of the timber building board according to the invention, the viewing position has a surface which is strongly structured for the diffuse scattering of the reflected sound on its visible side facing the room. Due to the strong surface structure on the visible side of the wooden building board according to the invention, not only a lively and aesthetically pleasing appearance is favored, but also a diffuse scattering of the reflected sound can be achieved by the strongly structured surface, whereby the speech intelligibility and the musical listening pleasure can be substantially improved because all frequencies are distributed optimally in the room.

In this case, the living appearance of the wooden building board according to the invention can be significantly improved if the visual position has a strongly structured by projecting annual rings and by contrast recessed annual ring spaces, and thus if the natural wood appearance in this way more prominent.

A preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the visual position on its side facing the room has a brushed and / or blasted surface structure. Since the wood surface in the area of the annual rings has a compacted structure, while it is rather softer in the area of the annual ring gaps, by brushing or blasting with an abrasive blasting abrasive, such as sandblasting, can easily create a highly textured surface, the characterized by protruding annual rings and by contrast recessed annual ring gaps.

A further proposal for solving the above object of its own worthy worth protection provides in the timbers of the type mentioned above that in addition to or instead of the visible heavily textured surface at least a larger number of openings provided in the visual position to deep into the sound absorption material. While in the above-mentioned prior art, the openings have always been continued only to the surface of the sound absorption material, the openings extend in the timber panel according to the invention deep into the sound absorption material. These openings reaching into the sound absorption material so deeply have an optical depth effect which substantially improves the appearance of the wood building board according to the invention; but it is crucial that these openings reach deep into the sound absorbing material also distinguished by an improved sound-absorbing effect. By virtue of this recessed scratching of the visual position, the sound waves penetrating into the openings can also project laterally or horizontally into the sound absorption material of the carrier layer located behind the viewing position.

With each of the two proposals described above, a particularly high sound absorption can be achieved even with a small thickness of the wooden building board according to the invention and in particular its visual position, which can lead to a saving of material and thus to a cost reduction, especially in noble and high-quality viewing. Due to the achievable high sound absorption values, however, it is also possible, if required, to achieve quantity savings over the entire absorber surface or better absorption values for the same area. These improved absorption values can also be achieved with thinner or lighter and correspondingly handy wooden building panels, for example in wood interior construction.

In this case, a preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the openings extending deep into the sound absorption material extend at least over half the thickness or longitudinal extension of the sound absorption material.

It is advantageous if the carrier layer is formed as a flat continuous layer of alternating slats or similar individual elements on the one hand and sound absorption material on the other. A preferred embodiment according to the invention therefore provides that the carrier layer is formed from at least a first layer of mutually spaced and / or mutually parallel slats or similar individual elements and that at least in a greater number of between those of each other spaced apart individual elements formed spaces which is preferably arranged slat-shaped sound absorbing material, and that abut the sound absorbing material on the adjacent longitudinal sides of a gap limiting individual elements.

The distances between the openings can be applied in a wide range of variation, when the individual elements and the sound absorption material each measure about 50% of the surface of the carrier layer level.

A preferred embodiment according to the invention provides that the sound absorption material is made of a wood fiber board and in particular of a soft fiber board.

In the Fig. 1 to 12 Different versions 1, 2 and 3 of a wooden building board are shown, which is designed as an acoustic element and in particular as an acoustic panel and intended for mounting on the ceilings and / or walls of a room.

The timber building panels 1, 2, 3 shown here have gaps 4, of which at least a subset is provided with sound absorption material 5. The sound absorption material 5, which may preferably be made of a particular strip-shaped cut wood softboard, here fills the gaps 4 completely.

The wood building panels 1, 2, 3 have at least one support layer 6, in which the intended for receiving sound absorption material 5 spaces 4 are provided. The timber boards 1, 2, 3 further carry a in the position of use facing the room viewing position 7, which is provided with openings 8, which extend up to the sound absorption material 5 having gaps 4 of the support layer 6.

The wooden panels 1, 2, 3 have on the side facing the room of their sight layer 7 a highly structured surface, which is intended for diffuse scattering of the reflective sound. The visible layer 7 is visually brushed or blasted with abrasive media, such that the visual position 7 by a projecting annual rings and by contrast recessed annual ring spaces has a highly structured surface.

Due to the strong surface structure on the visible side of the wooden boards 1, 2, 3 not only a lively and aesthetically pleasing optics is favored, - by the highly structured surface can also achieve a diffuse scattering of the reflected sound, whereby the speech intelligibility and musical listening pleasure can be significantly improved because all frequencies are distributed optimally in the room.

In particular from the Fig. 1 to 5 . 10 and 12 It will be appreciated that at least a greater number, and preferably all, of the apertures 8 provided in the face sheet 7 extend deep into the sound absorbing material 5 such that these apertures 8 extend at least halfway across the thickness or longitudinal extent of the sound absorbing material 5.

These openings 8, which extend so deeply into the sound absorption material 5, have an optical depth effect which substantially improves the appearance of the wood building boards 1, 2, 3; but it is crucial that these deep 8 in sound absorbing material openings 8 are also characterized by an improved sound-absorbing effect. As a result of this recessed scratching of the visible layer 7, the sound waves penetrating into the openings 8 can also project laterally or horizontally into the sound absorption material 5 of the carrier layer 6 located behind the visible layer 7.

In this case, the highly structured surface of the view layer 7 on the one hand and the deep 8 extending into the sound absorption material openings 8 on the other hand complement each other such that a particularly high sound absorption can be achieved, which in particular can lead to a saving of material and thus to a cost reduction with noble and high-quality sighting layers.

It is also possible that the carrier layer 6 has a plurality of individual layers formed at least partially by rust-like arranged individual elements 9. By means of the number of layers, the total thickness of the sound absorption material 5 can be varied and thus the absorption behavior of the wood building panels 1, 2, 3 can be determined. The sound absorption material 5 can be held in each case clamping between the individual elements, so that separate fasteners for the sound absorption material 5 or an adhesive connection are not required and still a secure hold of the sound absorption material 5 is secured to the support layer 6.

It is also possible for the carrier layer 6 of the wooden building boards 1, 2, 3 to consist of at least one first layer of individual elements arranged laterally spaced apart from one another and a second layer of individual elements laterally spaced apart from one another Interspaces between the individual elements of at least one of the layers form the spaces 4 for the sound absorption material 5. The preparation of the carrier layer 6 is particularly easy possible by a number of similar, lath-like individual elements 9 aligned and the individual elements 9 adjacent layers connected to each other at their points of contact, for example, glued.

The visual position 7 can be adapted to individual design wishes in terms of material, structure and color. For this purpose, it is expedient if the visible layer 7 is a Holzzeilschichtplatte, a wood-based panel or the like plate, which preferably consists of softwood and / or exotic wood.

It is advantageous if the connection between the carrier layer 6 and the visible layer 7 is a glue connection. As a result, no nails or the like connecting elements are visible on the outside of the visible layer 7, resulting in a harmonious and high-quality overall appearance of the timber boards 1, 2, 3.

The projecting to the sound absorbing material 5 openings 8 are designed here as slots, wherein the slot width, the slot length and / or the distance between adjacent slots are variable to each other. The introduction of the openings 8 is particularly simple and quickly possible if the openings 8 are formed by Sägeschlitze, which are incorporated after bonding with the carrier layer 6 in the face sheet 7. However, the slots need not be longitudinal slots and in particular not the parallel longitudinal slots shown here. Conceivable, for example, arcuate, circular or spiral slots.

Further, not shown embodiments provide that the openings 8 are designed as holes, cutouts or the like recesses, the dimensions of the recesses are variable to the view layer 7. In this case, particularly individually designed wooden panels 1, 2, 3 can be realized, for example, with circular, rectangular or the like recesses with geometric shapes. Conceivable are combinations of different trained recesses.

From a comparison of the in the Fig. 1 . 5 . 7 . 10 and 11 shown Holzbautafel 1 and in the Fig. 2 . 4 . 6 . 8th . 9 and 12 illustrated wooden building board 2 on the one hand and the wooden building board 3 in Fig. 3 On the other hand, it is clear that the wooden wall panel shown here can be configured in several layers multilayered. While the in Fig. 3 illustrated timber board only from the striped, scribed or otherwise provided with openings 8 layer of vision 7 and the spaces 4 for the sound absorption material 5 having support layer 6 is formed, the wood panels 1 and 2 are configured multi-layered and have on their the viewing position 7 opposite side a cover layer 10, with the wooden panels 1, 2 facing the wall or ceiling. While the cover layer 10 is formed in the timber board 2 from thin, spaced apart adjacent board layers, the cover layer 10 is occupied in the timber board 1 by closed or with thin and without spacing adjacent board layers. The cover layer 10 of the timber panels 1, 2 improves their stability and forms in the timber panel 1 in addition to a closed back surface.
