Claims (12)

  1. Substrat (1) zum Halten eines Bekleidungsartikels (2) auf einem Teil des Körpers eines Benutzers, wobei das Substrat eine Textilschicht (3) umfasst, deren innere Seite mit einem Punktgitter (5) aus haftendem Material überzogen ist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, auf dem Teil des Körpers eine Haftung zu verleihen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Seite der Schicht mit einem Punktgitter (6) aus thermofusiblem Produkt überzogen ist.
  2. Substrat (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fusionstemperatur des thermosfusiblen Produkts geringer als die Fusionstemperatur des haftenden Materials ist.
  3. Substrat (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Punkte (5) aus haftendem Material eine in Stäbchen verlängerte Form und eine abgeflachte äußere Fläche aufweisen.
  4. Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das haftende Material auf Elastomersilikon basiert.
  5. Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das thermofusible Produkt auf Polyamidpolymer oder -copolymer, Polyester, Polyethylen, Polyurethan, Polyolefin basiert.
  6. Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Textilschicht (3) zwischen 0,9 m und 2,5 m liegt.
  7. Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Textilschicht (3) aus einem Gestrick, einem Gewebe oder einem Nicht-Gewebe gebildet ist.
  8. Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Textilschicht (3) eine Elastizität, gemessen bei einer Kraft von 15 N, zwischen 40 % und 250 % in mindestens einer Richtung aufweist.
  9. Substrat (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Textilschicht (3) zwischen 5 und 30 Gew.% elastische Fäden vom Typ Elasthan umfasst oder eine analoge eigene Elastizität aufweist.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Substrats (1) zum Halten eines Bekleidungsartikels (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden aufeinander folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bildung der Textilschicht (3);
    - Ablegen auf der inneren Seite der Textilschicht (3) eines Punktgitters (5) aus haftendem Material und Erhitzen des Gitters auf eine Temperatur T1;
    - Abkühlen des Punktgitters (5) aus haftendem Material;
    - Ablegen auf der äußeren Seite der Gewebeschicht (3) eines Punktgitters (6) aus thermofusiblem Produkt und Erhitzen des Gitters auf eine Temperatur T2;
    - Abkühlen des Punktgitters (6) aus thermofusiblem Produkt.
  11. Band (4), das durch Kaschierung mit einem Bekleidungsartikel (2) assoziiert werden kann, für das Halten des Artikels auf einem Teil des Körpers eines Benutzers, wobei das Band gemäß einer vordefinierten Breite in einem Substrat (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 geschnitten ist.
  12. Bekleidungsartikel (2), insbesondere Damenwäscheartikel, umfassend eine innere Seite, die dazu ausgelegt ist, in Kontakt mit einem Teil des Körpers eines Benutzers zu treten, wobei die innere Seite ein Band (4) nach Anspruch 11 umfasst, dessen äußere Seite durch Kaschierung des Punktgitters (6) aus thermofusiblem Produkt mit der inneren Seite assoziiert ist, sodass das Punktegitter (5) aus haftendem Material, überzogen auf der inneren Seite des Bandes, mit Bezug auf den Teil des Körpers angeordnet ist, um an dem Teil des Körpers zu haften.
