Definitions
- the invention relates to a soil cover made of concrete blocks, in particular paving stones or paving slabs, wherein the molded bricks have a rectangular outline shape with four corners between which four upright side surfaces extend, and a top and a bottom, and wherein the bricks arranged side by side in rows and the plurality of rows side by side form the soil cover, and wherein the shaped blocks are arranged so that upright joints between side surfaces of each adjacent blocks are formed, which are fillable with a Fugenhellmaterial, and wherein the blocks are arranged without offset from each other to form a cross-shaped arrangement of Joints, and wherein the shaped stones have toothing means, in particular spacers, which are formed on the upright side surfaces of the molded bricks in order to achieve a bond between the bricks within the soil cover, According to the preamble of claim 1.
- a soil cover is eg from the DE-29824681-U1 known.
- Soil covers of this type are known in practice.
- the problem is the laying of the stones with a cross-shaped arrangement of the joints, also called cross joint. Due to the missing offset of the stones, the joints run through in the longitudinal and transverse direction. In the case of known soil coverings, this leads to the problem of the defective bonding of the molded blocks. In practice, such soil coverings are therefore usually used for low-loaded soil coverings.
- a ground cover in which the shaped bricks essentially have the shape of two cuboids, which are arranged diagonally offset one above the other. This results in two angularly arranged complementary bearing surfaces. In the area of the (horizontal) support surfaces also functional surfaces are provided for the interlocking of adjacent molded blocks.
- the invention is based on the object to further develop soil cover of the type mentioned, in particular with regard to an improved load capacity.
- the stones are arranged in matching relative position within the soil cover, such that transferred due to the engagement of the spacers and depressions horizontal load on a stone on two blocks adjacent rows, wherein a corner arranged spacer of a molded block is engaged with three over corner arranged recesses of three adjacent blocks in the region of a cross-joint.
- Fig. 1 to 9 on the one hand and 10 to 18 on the other hand, two embodiments of a molded block for creating soil covers are shown. It will initially be the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 9 described and then the differences between the second embodiment according to 10 to 18 and the first embodiment.
- the molded block 10 according to Fig. 1 to 9 has a flat top 11, an opposite planar bottom 12 and four upright side surfaces 13, 14, 15, 16.
- the molded block 10 is rectangular in plan or square formed with four corners 17, 18, 19, 20 in the transition between the side surfaces 13..16. In the region of each corner 17... 20, toothing means are formed on the shaped block 10, namely either spacers 21 or depressions 22, 23, 24.
- the spacer 21 extends in the region of the corner 19 between the two side surfaces 15 and 16.
- the spacer 21 is formed substantially cube-shaped with a spacer top 25 of a spacer bottom 26 and four spacer side surfaces 27, 28, 29, 30th
- the spacer base 26 extends at the level of the underside 12 of the molded block 10. Starting from this, the spacer side surfaces 27..30 extend in the upright direction to about half the height of the molded brick 10. On the top side, the spacer 21 is terminated by the spacer top side 25 which, starting from an imaginary center, descends like a roof in the direction of the spacer side surfaces 27.
- the spacer 21 extends both in the region of the side surface 16 and in the region of the side surface 15, namely over the corner 19 of time.
- the spacer side surfaces 27... 30 are formed parallel or perpendicular in plan view to the side surfaces 15, 16.
- the recesses 22 are adapted to the spacer 21 in terms of position, size and shape.
- the depressions 22. 22 extend from the underside 12 of the molded block 10 to approximately half the height of the molded block 10.
- the depressions 22. 24 have depression side surfaces 31, 32 and a depression upper side 33, the depression Top 33 is disposed above the spacer top 25.
- the recess top 33 is formed according to the roof-shaped shape of the spacer top 25 ( Fig. 6 ).
- FIGS. 7 to 9 Within the soil cover 34, the conglomerates 10 are laid at a distance to adjacent blocks 10, so that 10 joints are formed between the blocks 10 and the side surfaces 13.16 of the blocks 10, namely Longitudinal joints 35 and transverse joints 36. The conglomerates 10 are further laid so that the longitudinal joints 35 and transverse joints 36 are formed continuously. This leads to a laying of the conglomerates 10 with cross joints, so perpendicularly intersecting longitudinal joints 35 and transverse joints 36. Accordingly, the conglomerates 10 are laid without offset to each other, namely in continuous longitudinal rows 37 and transverse rows 38th
- the conglomerates 10 are always the same orientation within the Erdreichabdecküng 34, ie, the blocks 10 are arranged such that the spacer 21 always points in the same direction. This results in that a spacer 21 engages in three recesses 22, 23, 24 of three adjacent molded blocks 10 ( Fig. 9 ). This not only leads to a load transfer between adjacent shaped blocks 10 in the direction of the longitudinal rows 37 and transverse rows 38, but also in a "diagonal" direction, namely obliquely over the area of a cross joint on shaped blocks 10 adjacent longitudinal rows 37 and transverse rows 38. In this way despite the laying of the blocks 10 with cross joint ensures a horizontal bond.
- the interlocking means are also not visible in the case of filled joints 35, 36. It is created in this way a visually appealing image of a soil cover 34, without being given by the Vernierungsstoff losses.
- the molded block 40 is in accordance with the first embodiment according to the toothing means Fig. 1 to 9 educated.
- the spacer 41 and the recesses 42 to 44 have a different shape or dimensions than in the first embodiment.
- the spacer 41 and the depressions 42... 44 are provided with smaller dimensions in the plan view, but have a greater height, which results in particular from the fact that the spacer upper side 25 or the recess upper side 33 has a significantly greater inclination and thus has a much greater height. In this way, the spacer 41 and the depressions 42... 44 extend over almost two thirds of the height of the molded block 10.
- strip-like projections 47 which are each arranged between a spacer 41 and a recess 42..44 in the region of a corner 17..20 on the one hand and spacers 45 and depressions 46 on the other.
- the projections 47 serve to maintain a certain minimum width of the longitudinal joints 35 and transverse joints 36.
- the projections 47 are not exactly opposite to the side surfaces 13.16 arranged, but with offset from one another, so that the projections 47 do not abut against each other, but are arranged side by side and abut an opposite side surface 13..16.

Soil covers of this type are known in practice. The problem is the laying of the stones with a cross-shaped arrangement of the joints, also called cross joint. Due to the missing offset of the stones, the joints run through in the longitudinal and transverse direction. In the case of known soil coverings, this leads to the problem of the defective bonding of the molded blocks. On this basis, the invention is based on the object to further develop soil cover of the type mentioned, in particular with regard to an improved load capacity.
- a) the toothing means are arranged in each of the four corners,
- b) the toothing means are designed either as spacers projecting in relation to the upright side faces of the shaped block or as recesses which spring back relative to the side faces of the shaped block,
- c) the spacers or depressions of a molded block are designed for positive engagement with corresponding spacers or depressions of other molded blocks,
- d) each shaped block has a spacer and three recesses, which are each formed on the corner of the form stones.
In this way, it is possible that the stones are arranged in matching relative position within the soil cover, such that transferred due to the engagement of the spacers and depressions horizontal load on a stone on two blocks adjacent rows, wherein a corner arranged spacer of a molded block is engaged with three over corner arranged recesses of three adjacent blocks in the region of a cross-joint.
Vertiefungen.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention relate to the construction and arrangement of the spacers or depressions.
Furthermore, it may be provided that in addition to the spacers in the region of a corner of the conglomerates further spacers are arranged on the side surfaces of the conglomerates, and that in addition to the depressions in the region of a corner of the conglomerates further depressions are arranged on the side surfaces of the conglomerates, wherein the further spacers and further depressions are designed for positive engagement.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention relate to the construction and arrangement of the further spacers or further depressions.

The
The
Since the
